    I firmly belief in you get what you pay for. And I’m happy to pay 7 or so dollars for a good quality meal. I highly recommend this place.

    I love how even though the Vacaville location (the one I frequent) is a fairly new location, the customer service is always spot on. The food is delicious. The employees are super friendly and make me feel welcome.

    The only negative thing I can find to say is their “please wait here” sign. Even when I’ve been sitting there waiting to receive my order, I’ve watched other customers look just as confused as I was, not knowing where to enter the line.

    Fivestars is awesome and so convenient because a lot of local eateries that I go to have it. All I have to do it punch in my phone number at any location and my points get saved to my account. The program also alerts me via text messages when ever a location is have special deals. I love that there are no stamp cards, it’s so eco-friendly!

    I got locked out of my account because I changed my phone number, I’m unable to recover it because I no longer have the number. There should be a recovery system that lets you reset it if something like this happens, otherwise it’s not too bad.

    Rewards aren’t always applied to my account. I can’t see a tally of my activity, just the point total. The previous system they had with a card instead of just phone number was much more reliable.
