Love that there are different restaurants and cafes available. Always surprised when the place I visit has Fivestars available.

Everything works great! No complaints up until this point.

It works well but I wish there was maybe something on the receipt that tells me how many points I have obtained.

I like that it’s easy. I hate key tags and the fact that I can just put my number in makes it so easy!

I don’t like that I’m always unsure if u have gotten my points for that visit because cashier doesn’t ask if I’m done putting my number in. By the time I put my number in, my order went through. So I never know if I do get points for my orders.

Been going to Mickey's for 40 some years. My boys love it too. Always get your pizza when family comes from out off town.

The great choices of pizza, subs and soup. Not to mention the great salads.

It would be great if your open hours would be later, like 10 PM. other than that, no cons.

I love it will continue to use it and will do a happy dance whenever I find a new one!

That the tablet asks "Can I Have Your Number" great reference.
That I find deals in unexpected places.
That going back to a favorite spot gets you more points and rewards.

I wish it was more widely available, more stores should use this awesome system.

Overall I like the idea of earning points and the reward system. I think it needs improvements and need to be more detailed and easy to access.

I like that you can earn points for free items or use towards future purchases. In addition coupons available for use and feeling like a VIP.

I not sure or aware if you can inform the restaurant via delivery that you have rewards if not I don't like that you can't earn your points if you don't carryout your purchases and your rewards are not applied to delivery orders. Also I do not know how many points I have or where I stand on receiving free items or rewards based on my purchases. I purchase a lot from round table based on the quality of food and I think their award system on accessing the information should match up with the quality of food and service.

The deals I get are awesome. I just wish I knew when they were having them, and how many points I have at each place, so I can remember to use my rewards before they expire.

Though there aren’t a lot of places in my area that use Fivestars, I visit the ones that do quite often. I’ve saved so much using this app, it’s so worth it!

Not a lot of places in my area that use it, and I also don’t get notifications from the app, even though I have them all turned on. I’m not sure what that’s about, but I would like to get notifications about suggested places near me that use it, and about deals that are going on at least at the places I use it at.

Very pleased with the way the Fivestars loyalty program works. Easy to use and very convenient.

Appreciated that I could collect my points through only having to give my phone number. One less loyalty card to carry/find! Very convenient.

It is very handy to use the App to find out where discounts are located.

I really like having one location to search for savings coupons at places that I normally go to. Being an older woman, I need all the savings I can get! All I have to do is type in my cell # at the store and it shows what discount I can get at that particular Merchant.

So far I’ve not found any Cons! I’m only a user of the App so there’s not a charge for it so there’s no Con’s from me.

Great experience. Makes it worth the trip to the brick and mortar store over ordering online.

I lost my Fivestars card, but luckily it’s connected to my phone number! I just enter my phone number and I get the points.
