I'm not a fan of the app. I guess I can recommend it, simply for the discounts, but I would not be unhappy if my favorite restaurants switched to a different reward system.

Maybe it's just me, but I can't figure out the app. I get notifications on my phone about new rewards, so I click on the notification and open the app, and all I see is "nothing in your area".

Take the good with the bad & see what happens. I form my own opinion after my own experience and compare it to other peoples experience.

I like the idea of sharing thoughts on stuff I purchase. Its insightful, gives a clearer picture of what to expect and it makes my life easier on decision making.

Not everyones opinion is fair or accurate. Using this app is easy when getting discounts. I like it overall because its useful.

Easy, especially if you allow location services. But even if you don’t, you can always pop open your app and view rewards.

What’s not to like? Sometimes I felt like it contacts you too often, but I turned off background app permission and notifications and I like it better.

Overall a good experience because because the store will have the Fivestar login right at their register so you can enter your phone number.

Fivestars is so easy! I use it at 2 of my favorite places and get rewarded with either free dessert, or a free pound of chicken at the butcher. All you have to do is enter your phone number and you get 1 point for ever dollar you spend. Very easy to start racking up points!

The only downfall is if using a mobile phone and you’re in a location without service it is hard to get your app to load and see your rewards.

I like that I'm actually able to see how many points I have versus having to trust the store to tell me how many I have.

I like that it is easy to keep track of your own points.

It sends me more notifications than I care for, but I could easily turn them off.

This app / software is a VERY easy going application. In this technology age, we spend a lot of time using different apps. Hands down this app has no problems or issues whatsoever. Never seen the app down or running. No glitch, no issue, just easy going.

There’s nothing bad I can say. This app has no cons.

Love Fivestars always ask if they have it on hand and sometimes will try new places off the map from in the app.

I love when business reach out to me when they miss me, all because of Fivestars. I love hearing about deals on my frequented places, and nearby businesses want my service on Fivestars as well.

Not every place has Fivestars possibly because it costs too much monthly?

Overall, I'll keep using! I've already used rewards on more than a few occasions.

Pretty easy to use, I get rewards without trying (ie I'm already eating out at these places), system prompts me when rewards are available.

The map/search function is kind of clunky and difficult to navigate. I'd like some kind of simpler interface.

Not highly advertised at businesses. The screen is just there at the register. I had to actually look up the company for more information.
