I love that I have one account for multiple stores. Several of my favorite stores use this platform and it’s great that I don’t have to sign up for yet another loyalty program to start earning points.

It’s easy, it’s simple, I get to earn prizes, and I get to save money.

What’s not to love?! You don’t need to use fifty characters to describe cons when a product works as it should.

It’s definitely a reliable and excellent service. I don’t think I see many other competitors doing as well as Fivestars

Fivestars is a program that’s easy to use and recognizable across many stores that I go to. The reward incentives keep reminding me why I like to go to each business every time. I also like how they keep track of points and receipts with text messages.

Sometimes I think the point system could be used for more locations in general

I like it so I will continue to stay subscribed to the service in order to get the coupons and a advanced warning of upcoming sales. I hope they will streamline to process of adding the coupons or deals.

I like that one company keeps me up to date with local businesses. I coupons are pretty good deals and the advanced notice of sale days help me plan to take advantage.

It takes quite a while to accumulate points. Also, I get text messages, then I have to click a link to add the coupon. If it automatically added them and told me this, it’s one less step I’d have to do.

Very disappointing and not up to expectations at all. Many items that are available at very reasonable rates are priced here on the higher side and one just does not to make second visit. then the offer of one r two products at reasonable rates is limite to just three days where as many other desi stores make their on sale products available for a week.

I liked nothing at all. The owners of this business know nothing about running such a business. If they need my suggestions, I can guide them to run a very successful business ,but their arrogance will be a hindrance.

I in fact liked nothing ,pricewise, behaviour wise . Fact is one does not like to come here again for shopping.

It is a convenient app, you can access to many different bubble tea places and collect points. It also incluidos other food places as well as grocery stores.
The costumer services needs some improvement

I like that in only 1 app you have a lot of different places where you can collect points. I think that is very convenient

The costumer service of the company. I had a problem about a year ago with my username and password and I couldn’t access my account in time for my birthday, so I lost all the freebies that year.
I am still waiting for a reply.
I end up creating another account for this year

I really like using this quick and easy coupon and special promotion tool for my favorite restaurants. I have most frequently used it for my favorite poke restaurant in the Bay Area. The app I downloaded shows me all the promotions that are available at any time and gives me the list of rewards for being loyal to the company. It is the equivalent to the “star cards” I used to carry around in my wallet for certain companies, just with more rewards along the way. I would highly recommend using Fivestars to anyone. It’s an easy app to use and offers you rewards to places you already go to anyway.

I wouldn’t say there are any cons. I think the app is easy to use and updates me regularly. Not too frequently to get annoying or anything.

I want to get rid of some businesses I no longer frequent, and I’m unsure of how to do it.

It’s awesome to be rewarded for shopping at stores and the reminders are nice.

The app sends me reminders so I never miss a deal! You get points for shopping!

Nothing the app is great and very easy to use. If I had to pick one con I guess I could say I don’t use the map.

Everyone in the store is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They go out of their way to help you pick out what you will like best and get you the best prices for it.

I have never had a problem with using Five Star. All of the notices and options have been great!!

Fivestars is good for getting small rewards at places you already frequent. The rewards could be bigger but still worth using.

Points and coupons for all the local businesses you already frequent

Points could have better rewards or faster to earn ..could also have a coupons page

I like the rewards system. You can earn free toppings, drinks, etc. And it’s easy to use (entering your phone number).

I enjoy the rewards program because it's very beneficial! I use 5star because a LOT of businesses are associated with this program. They send you alerts and everything! I'd definitely recommend this to EVERYONE!
