Overall, I like Fivestars. I never had any serious problems and the only problems were outside factors such as no internet for the program to work. Besides that, it’s super easy to use, convenient, and hassle free.

I can just use my number to sign in and don’t need a punch card to carry around . Way more convenient. To my knowledge the stars don’t expire either(?) . Also the promos are automatically on the five star account so it’s just way more easy to use.

Honestly, I can’t really think of any cons except obviously if the companies internet is down, you can’t add to your accounts through the program. This has happened only maybe two times for me. The WiFi was down and I was unable to add points to my account after a purchase.

I like this software as a customer. I am not the employer, but as a customer it's easy to use and it doesn't take up a lot of time

I like that I receive emails saying they miss me..it's easy to use. It's the best out of all reward programs...I also like that I don't have to carry a card

The kiosk/pads are hidden, so if you're not aware of the rewards program you normally wouldn't enter your phone number each time you make a purchase

no complaints here!! i love it, the ipad is a good reminder as well that i can gain points for my purchase when i am at the shop.

It’s so quick & easy using my phone number. especially bc i can type it in the ipad provided and it doesn’t take long. compared to other places where i have to present my card every time, the ipad is a win for me!!

There's a very bad bug in the app. When I open the app, I often see promotion on the map tab, with Save buttons. I often tap Save, the Save button becomes Redeem. Then when I tap Redeem and show the store clerk the offer. They often tell me that they don't see the offer on their computer. Then I would show them the offer on my phone, and we could never figure out what the two devices could never agree with each other.

The app often sends notification about offers and promotions to my iPhone. When I tap these notifications, often the app opens without displaying the offer. I am left with the home screen (map tab). I try to tap the notification again, but sadly the notification is gone as soon as I tap it. So, I have just lost the offer/promotion.

I wish there is a place where I can see all of the promotion and offer that I currently have from all merchants. I believe there used to be version of the app that did this, but the current version as of April 28 2019 does not do this. There is only Wallet, where I can only see the full list of merchants that I have ever saved offers with. Many of these merchants I don't even have any offer or points with, but I need to scroll through this list to search for promotions. This is horrendous. The scrolling on this Wallet screen is also very buggy. As I scroll, it keeps going crazy jumping around to random places.

I stress that there needs to be a place where I can see a list of promotions that I have. I am not talking about points that I have. I am talking about limited time promotions that merchants send to me. I don't want to just see merchants around me either, because if there is a merchant offering good promotions, I don't mind driving there to get it. Often, where I go to eat depends on

The user interface is really crude. I suggest that you get your designers to actually use the app and see how it is working.

There is also a bug in the app that the person at Tous Les Jours was complaining today, saying that it happened multiple times today.

Overall, my experience has been great. Fivestars is easy to use. Quick. Done in a matter of seconds.

Fivestars allows me to easily enter my telephone number when I make a purchase. The price doesn't matter. I can purchase my favorite, vanilla chai, or a book. It all adds up to savings for me. The best......??? When I can pick up my favorite author's new book...for free....as I have accumulated points!

From a user's role, there are no cons. Fivestars is an easily accessible way to ultimately save money.

Wonderful! I make sure to check in wherever Five Stars is available.

My overall experience was great. I love when I go to a place and they have the Fivestars pad.

I love that when I put in my phone number I don't just get deals for the place that I'm at, but I also get deals for businesses that are nearby. And who doesn't love free things?! I know I do.

Five stars is very convenient! I enter in my information and everything that I need pops up for me and that team that handles five star in their business

They’re always very nice and very accommodating there, so I enjoy going back because I’m treated well

I like the ease of being able to just enter your phone number and instantly receive a freebie of the venue you're at or saving a freebie of nearby venues/restaurants. I've always found it tedious trying to remember a physical loyalty card.

It's a great product and I really like not needing to carry around physical stamp cards. It also tells me whether shops near the one I'm currently at has deals, which is really useful. It's pretty great!

Overall I would say it's a great app with the addition of a few more places I go to it would be perfect but it's still great.

I love the ease of use and the deals that come with it. Interface is smooth and responsive I haven't had any glitches or errors with it.

I love getting things for free! Square seems to be helpful to businesses who want to promote loyalty.

I love loyalty programs, whether it's a punchcard or something digital like this. Gives me an extra perk for supporting local businesses
