I love seeing a Fivestar box when I go into an establishment! Its like an exciting little lottery win. I know I'll get personal service and I really enjoy seeing my points and rewards add up. I am more likely to give them repeat business when I see the box!

Nothing. The ease of access is great and I love finding new places through Fivestar.

It was okay experience just need more people to be professional and courteous to the customers! Prices are okay but some are ridiculously high! Some staff are sweet and helpful but I still stop in this particular hair store for my convenience.

I don’t like that some of the employees don’t speak or acknowledge you when you walk in! They peek around and watch you instead of asking is there anything you need help! Makes you feel very uncomfortable! I’d rather drive back to Alabama and shop at my hometown hair store, never had these problems!

I don't have to scan the app or remember to use the app. Just enter my phone number at the counter and I get points!!!

The overall impression is easy to use but the down side is the delay or no credit given after a purchase.

The reward benefits are nice to redeem for food. I would prefer that the credit is instant so I can redeem them faster.

Sometimes I don’t get credit for purchasing a product. For example, the last two times I bought something at Ding Tea in Elk Grove, I did not receive credit even though I put my number in the keypad machine.

We love Rolling Bagels. Always great food, salad bar and those that work there.

The idea is a good one, checking in for rewards, but it's not as easy to use as it should be.

Easy to check in, just input your phone number and that's it.

Sometimes hard to redeem rewards because the redemption interface isn't very good.

My overall experience is great and I would love to see more stores using this app!

I love it because it gives me the opportunity to get points off my purchases at my favorite store. I also love how it gives the location and phone number of the store in the area using Five Stars

Overall it’s good. But I don’t think I should have to voice what my reward is. It should just automatically apply

I like that I just have to put my phone number in and my rewards pop up. Also getting emails letting me know about current rewards is nice

When a reward comes up the cashier doesn’t ring it in. I put my number in and it came up at 20% off your purchase. I thought oh great. As soon as I left the store I looked at my receipt and the 20% off was not applied.

It’s been a great experience I appreiacte it and it’s a lot of fun to use makes shopping more exciting

Crush Taco in Frisco Texas is outstanding.! What fun to have unique gourmet tacos, great service and support a local business. From the Baja tacos to Carmelized Cauliflower and Elotes, each menu item is five star quality. Gaining points with Fivestars is an extra positive.

Crush Taco is without flaw in food quality and service.

I like that it is discreet, I don't have to say my phone number out loud. Overall, it is easy and convenient.

This is my family's go-to place for kolaches. We pick some up every week. The staff is always friendly, the food is fresh, and the Fivestar rewards is the cherry on top! We love this place and after tasting many other kolaches, these are wTHE BEST!!!

Easy to use. I don't have to worry about forgetting losing or carrying a stamp card with me. App let's me know when I have accumulated a free item and also let's me know that the business is doing a promotion or added a bonus coupon etc.

I wish more businesses used the app. It would lighten the load in my wallet of all the Loyalty cards, stamp cards I have as well as it would be less of a worry if I lost or misplaced the stamp cards because I would just type in my phone number to record a visit/dollar amount spent.
