It’s easy, cuts down on handing out my email, and works at a lot of my favorite places. I would say that my experience with this service has been really positive!

It’s pretty cool that you are a rewards thing for many different places. It’s really convenient to only have to sign up for one thing instead of giving your email out to a bunch of different rewards programs. Now I only have to get emails from one rewards program and I like the deals you send me. I also like that it’s just something the store has face out, so you can just quickly enter your phone number and be done with that part of the transaction.

I haven’t been using the service long, but I like everything I’ve seen so far, so no cons, yet!

a good app wish there were more business that participated

I live the fivestart app i never had a problem and i like how it notifies me when i am close to a business that is participating

I really enjoy it. It’s quick and easy. It doesn’t pressure or bombard you.

I got a text which helps me to see coupons better. The deals are always good, and I can just link the coupon to my phone number so I don’t have to worry about it!

There’s nothing that I don’t like about this app but this thing makes me use 50 characters so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I enjoy coming to Clean Eatz for lunch or to grab some to go meals. They always taste great and fresh! The points are a nice bonus!

I usually only go into the store when five stars sends me deals I can't refuse! Without the deals, I most definitely wouldnt shop as much as I do!

Got 10 off $40 worth of baby clothes. It was such a great deal and I got over 10 outfits for my baby, and ended up only paying 30. I was very happy about it!

There is not much I don't like about it. I love how I get sent deal monthly. It does take a while to add up a bunch of points to use though. The actual deals are great though!

I am enjoying using fivestars. I wish there were more places that use fivestars for rewards so i could keep all rewards in one place.

That it is a reward system that give you points towards some type of discounts at each store.

That it takes so long to earn rewards at our favorite places.

Pretty good rewards system use it whenever I am shopping at a fivestars shop.

It provides an easy point system with great rewards.

There should be some type of gathering where vendors/store owners can display their goods. Also some business do not have a brickk and mortar shop so maybe an online system would be cool.

We always have a seamless transaction and the vendors are top notch

Great idea, encourages me to build loyalty to certain places, restaurants, shops, etc, and makes me feel like I'm always getting an awesome deal. Being able to be welcomed with my name is always a plus too!

Love that I get rewards based on places I've visited, and it encourages me to keep going back to build brand loyalty. I appreciate being able to feel excited to "win" something each time I use this program!

It's alright, but I wouldn't go out of my way to use it right now. It doesn't have enough function or purpose overall for daily use.

Simple design is easy on the eyes

UI wasn't super friendly - long loading times on phone from one button to the next
The app doesn't serve much purpose overall - not much to do or need to go in so I become inactive and it is forgettable.

Cool point and reward based app. Needs to fully integrate Phone #, E-mail, Username, and password into the login or sign up page.

They have first time customer deals for all locations.
It's easy to save offers and apply them in store.
Makes it easier to save money and earn rewards.

Difficulty with logging in online with a password and username to join partnership program.

Overall I like any sort of discount I can get. So for now I'll get what I get and not have a fit *in my sun's former kindergarten teacher's voice*🤣

Not enough businesses are registered THAT SHOULD BE. I also thought I could use this all throughout California but discovered otherwise when I was just in SoCal on April 24th

I love Fivestars because of its easy to use design and also how it always notifies me about coupons and the rewards I earn!

If I could criticizes anything it’d be how much rewards you get per spending. Wish was more than a dollar a point, but that’s minor still love it !!
