Overall, my experience has been nothing but pleasant. I really enjoy the point system with certain companies. Also going into stores with a fivestar database allows me to simply just give my phone number and then add points onto my account

Very clean and crisp way to access and gain points for various stores in my area.

I found no cons during my personal experiance of using fivestars.

I would recommend to any business to install and start their five start experience today

I don't have to wait for someone to check me in or help in any way. I walk on put in my phone number and I can see that I'm checked in with my points value at that location. It's also an incentive to visit the places with five star because they offer you so many different levels of being able to redeem your points!

Nothing. It runs itself so unless it's down it works perfect

This is a great app with lots of discounts . I'm excited for the ability to network within my communities small business and support it. Discounts are a great bonus

The waiting area is outside, asked the hostess if she can switch on the heater and she told us to wait by Angels and hearts so we wont be freezing. She later sat the people after us because she said she called our name outside. Told her that she was the one that told us to wait over there. We ended up waiting extra time because of this. Server was a bit unfriendly. Not one smile. Not to mention we told them that its one of our friends birthday. He said that they dont do anything for birthdays. Atleast wish her a happy birthday, but nothing.

I spend 15$ every visit which equates to ONLY one point for rewards only to get a measly small water bottle after spending hundreds of dollars . I feel this business is only there to take advantage of every person who stands at that register

I like the people and the atmosphere .It is always clean and nice and the staff are always friendly and nice

I think this should definitely be the way of getting discounts coupons and rewards for stores all over the country!

Love the easy way to use it and check your points plus the options in each stablishment to get perks!

None that I can think of. I would maybe have the app have you log in once you go in the stablishment

Its a Great program to have.. Just for the places you shop at the most.. And just may open you up to a place you never thought about trying until now..

Cons about the program is. I've try to redeem items and I was told I was unable too.. It had been redeemed already..

Five Stars helps me redeem rewards from many local stores and its convenient to use since I just have to use my phone number to keep track of my rewards. The app makes it easy to see what rewards I have and how far away I am from another.

Sometimes I get too many texts messages about offers but that’s more based on the store’s offers than the application.

Very easy to use. Just enter your cell phone and it accumulates your purchases for you. Once you hit a promotion level, it suggests the discounts or let's you keep it accumulating. Discounts and offers for adjacent businesses are a big value as well

Not everyone uses it but that is not really the software's fault. I wish more small businesses would use it

I like how u can type the number in and everything just pops up about your account and its bright enough were u can see the screen

The timer before it blinks off should be a little longer. It will just cut off while im scrolling to see what coupons and reading.

It's a painless way to get discounts on stuff I woyld buy anyway

It's very easy to use and results in an overall 10% savings at my Vape store (I get 10 bucks off a purchase if I have ten points and get a point for each dollar spent).

It would be great if it tracked fractional points, for example, if I make 2 separate 15 dollar purchases I only get 2 points, but if I make them together I get 3. It would be nice if I still got 3 with the 2 15 dollar purchases.

Five Stars so far has been my favorite loyalty reward program (over punch cards, belly, etc) and I take full advantage of restaurants that use them (ie. if I see a special discount on a certain day, I try to go).

Five stars is such a great software. Anyone that can use it should!! It's very thought-out and makes shopping a breeze.

Well love that I always spend enough to get percentages off purchases. Love that if you don't need a bag it's an extra point, super handy. Collecting points is so easy.

That you can't just use the same points from all stores combined. I was told they were working in that so yay!!

I wish that the reward points can be one cumulative bank and not separate points for every restaurant. So you have to visit the same restaurant multiple times to unlock rewards.

Amazing system that works flawlessly. I can’t complain about any issues I’ve had thru the program. I’ve always had a good result from this and honestly it’s a great idea. More stores need this.

Fast, easy, convenient and reliable. I’ve never ran into an issue when earning points thru the service. It always feels good when the teller says you have points and you are awarded for the amount of purchases you have gone through.

I don’t see why this field needs a minimum of 50 characters to be honest. I haven’t had any negative experiences with this program.
