    Summary

    I was having an extremely difficult time finding a black toilet with a 10" rough in anywhere. I contacted Benjamin Pitt who took on the challenge and sent me options to choose from. I was also in contact with Michael in the Trade Sales department, who confirmed with manufacturers that they had the correct color and rough in size. They were both very helpful in adding the listing needed to place the order. This was a necessary item for a client and I would not have gotten the toilet in time without them. I am immensely grateful for all of their help and very appreciative for their time and effort. Very impressive and exactly how every company should be.

    The ease of use is fantastic; from editing descriptions to adding or changing pictures, so easy. Plus, if assistance is needed your Client Success Manager is there to help. Houzz Pro is designed well, which makes it easy to find what you are looking for. I like how quick and easy it is to respond to potential clients and they seem to like it too.

    I would have to say the only con could be the price. It just depends on how much assistance you want from Houzz and if you are going to utilize the features.
