Overall, Klaviyo turns out to be a very value-for-money platform for us. It is easy to use. The customer support is excellent and the deployment process was smooth. Overall it's great software that helps to increase sales.

Klaviyo is one of the very software that ticks all the boxes for our customer relationship and marketing automation needs. It helped us to build highly engaging campaigns. It's analytics is very robust, gives us the ability to drop emails to the right subscriber. The user interface is visually clean and appealing.

It supports less platform for integration as compared to other software.

A very powerful email marketing platform, good templates and sequences as well as integrations with platforms like Shopify. However given the strength of the platform it is expensive.

A powerful email platform, their templates and starter flows are good to get started with initial email sequences. Their editor is pretty good and I like their integrations into Shopify for things like coupon codes, cart abandonment emails etc.

Can sometimes be a little bit hard to use and setup, but once you understand the nuances it is fine. The platform is expensive based on newsletter subscriber volume as compared to other platforms, in some ways it may be best to hire someone to manage it to get the most value out of it.

My overall encounter with Klaviyo is great since, I haven't faced tons of issues, and has enabled us to generate high leads.

I like Klaviyo and how well it syncs with other tools, especially e-commerce and other marketing platforms, to make it easy to pull data from the media it integrates with, facilitate segmentation, create automated flows and strengthen email marketing in our organization. It simplifies everything about email marketing, is very easy to use, has good templates, automation, and more.

Some functions are somewhat complicated to understand; you need to dig a lot in tutorials; this can make adapting to the software more difficult.

Although a large investment must be provided to exploit its functionalities, Klaviyo is a tool that allows extending market relationships between users and companies with its message automation and persistent contact with customers to cover all their needs. Klaviyo is an essential tool in advertising.

The main advantage is that it segments a formidable amount of users to apply promotional and marketing methods. It has email autoresponder tools that we can pre-build and import to your database to automate customer relationships.

However, it does not offer customer survey options to determine what their needs are and to target our opportunities with them. On the other hand, to have a greater scope of access to contacts in your database you must pay subscriptions that depend on the number of users provided, but their costs are very high compared to other applications.

Overall, Klaviyo is very easy to use and is very useful for the agency that I am interning for. I recommend using this software when designing templates such as creative emails.

I love Klaviyo. It has been very easy to learn and is very convenient. With being an intern for an advertising agency I 100% recommend this software.
