I have been using Kudoboard since Covid, and it is still very useful. I will keep using the service!

Easy to use for collecting messages in work environment, especially in my company, there are people from overseas coming and leaving.

I cannot think of anything to be honest, there are no cons for me.

My team loves Kudoboard! They get excited to see what other colleagues post for their birthdays, anniversaries and many other holidays.

Even though we do not connect in an office, Kudoboard is an opportunity to recognize employees and celebrate each other as colleagues.

I have zero complaints. Our entire team finds it rewarding.

Really happy to have a tool like this in our agency. We have shared it with internal and external partners to help make people's days special and it's always very appreciated. Choosing personalized GIFs is also SO MUCH FUN !!!

Kudoboard has allowed our team to celebrate important milestones like work anniversaries, babies born, birthdays and more with an independent opportunity for staffers to participate on their own time. Its a game changer!

I do not have kudoboard complaints at this time :)

Overall, I really enjoy using this. It is a great way to let coworkers know you care (whether birthdays, anniversaries, boss's day, whatever!)

Sometimes people have trouble adding to the boards or making an account.

I really like using Kudoboard at work. Makes it easy and fun to celebrate coworkers, wish them well, etc.

It makes it super easy to collaborate with coworkers in celebrating someone's birthday or special occasion. The GIFs are very diverse and fun. Since you can schedule the delivery, it makes it very easy and convenient to use.

I can't find anything negative about this product.

The process for celebrating someone is convenient and easy. There are different ways to personalize based on who you are celebrating and what you are celebrating.

It would be nice the lite version had short video capability.

Overall our experience has been great. When I can get software illiterate executives to use it with ease, it's a win/win!

It is very easy to navigate. I love the scheduling feature and the versatility of the product itself.

Would like to see more designs for Birthdays or be able to customize them to an employees hobbies, likes, etc.

I like that it is a quick way to get a lot of people to contribute / express thoughts to send kudos / best wishes / gratitude to someone. I love the different GIFs we can add to the cards. They are so much fun.

Love this option especially since we have a team all over the country. Easy to celebrate everyone and drive team culture.

- Easy to add contributors, send reminder emails for those who haven't written their message in the Kudoboard

- Would love for there to be more "lite" packages - especially for the workplace. I dont need the premium cards - especially since our team is small.
- Would love more animated cards - especially birthday cards

We use these for every occasion, farewells, birthdays, new babies, etc, and it's a great way to send people some quick care.

This is super easy to use for work- people can fill it out without signing in or a bunch of other barriers, just a saved link. Love that you can add photos and set a time for it to be sent.

I wish you could add more than one photo at a time

Overall, really like this platform. I use it for coordinating work gifts and it has made my job much easier. Only downside is lack of customization/theme options.

It was good overall. Easy to set up and easy to copy link and send to people so they can also contribute.

I like that you can add pictures and gifs and always have it. I also like that you accept donations.

When setting it up, people have stated that they did not realize it accepted donations though I set up the option.

I recommend it ! So many ways you can make the Kudoboard even more fun by adding pictures, videos etc...

Despite the expense, it's absolutely worth the investment, because it's ultimately a retention tool for your most important asset - your people.

It's very easy to create and collaborate on a beautiful digital board to thank a team member - love how simple it is. These messages are really powerful to recognize and appreciate people.

It is more expensive than you might expect for a simple software.

Its a great overall experience. I still have all of my birthday kudoboards that i go back to from time to time to look at all of the wonderful things my co-workers have written.

The yearly membership is too high for our use cases. Not necessarily a con, it's just not set for users like us.

We use Kudoboard for a variety of different celebrations - from employee recognition to birthdays and work anniversaries!

We love that a large group can contribute, that you can deliver at a pre-designated time, and that we can attach a gift.

No current cons to speak of. The service works well and we have never run into issues sending a kudoboard.

Excellent product, lets you be creative, easy to use, & inexpensive. Allow you to bring others together for a special moment to share their thoughts.

Simple to use, ability to keep it cost effective or spend a little more. Ability to invite others to be part of any important event. In this case ... a mile stone for an amazing person.

There are no negatives for this product. This is an amazing and useful product that lets you bring a group together.
