Kudoboard is a great tool for retirements and other events. Easy to use and everyone seems to like it.
Nice it notifies those that have signed up of board being sent.

Understand both however.

I think the product is a good quick fix. If there is a competing product I may explore that option due to pricing.

Would definitely recommend! We used to buy cards for every occasion, but this is has made celebrating so much easier!

Easy to get everyone together to celebrate and share love with someone. There are fun personalize the board and the message being left. Also, its logistically easy, allowing for schedule sends and sharing. Its also great that you can attach a gift through Kudoboard, making it a one stop shop.

No true cons because it super easy to use. I do wish AI was included to help create a message.

We have explored other ways every year to celebrate our individuals on their anniversaries and welcome our incoming new associates. Each time we keep coming back to Kudoboard is our best solution.

This has been a huge morale booster post-Covid as it allows our teams to still celebrate anniversaries of their co-workers and often friends. The once office celebrations are now done online and in a more memorable way where associates have printed them off or gone back to and referenced at another time.

It would be great to have the ability to load in our entire associate staff and their anniversary dates. From there have it auto send an email to all staff members whose anniversary it isn't seven days prior encouraging them to post a message / gif on that individual's page.

Overall, the ease of using Kudoboard makes it enjoyable for everyone.

Kudoboard is a platform that has been an excellent way to express our appreciation for our colleagues, our team is spread out to different countries so having one channel for everyone to collaborate is really nice. we can also customize it to represent the likings of the person who will receive the board.

Sometime i forgot to set when the board will be delivered, I hope there will be a feature in the future to have this as an required field of at least a prompt so that we won't forget.

My overall experience has been very positive! I've been a Kudoboard user for 2-3 years now and I love it! I have a lot of fun setting up the boards and even more fun finding a GIF to use for my message! GREAT site, GREAT experience, HUGE fan. Thank you!

Kudoboard is easy, there are options/card designs for any and every event and I love that everyone can add their own image or GIF to personalize each individual message. I use Kudoboard for team birthday cards, farewell cards, get well cards, all kinds of cards and everyone always enjoys them! The ability to schedule when it is sent is also a huge pro and a feature that I love. I'll continue to use Kudoboard as long as it's available!

No cons in my opinion. I really do love Kudoboard!

i love being able to use Kudoboard as an accessible way to celebrate and share wins with a global workforce. I think there's an opportunity to venture into the video collection versions of these too, maybe an integration or collaboration with Canva to be able to differently edit, etc.

i don't love the interface it feels very "cartoonish" or "cliparty" and I would love to see a more modernized design.

Kudoboard has made my job as facilitating in team spirit and improving morale, so much easier. We use it for recognitions, farewells and birthdays and always makes our employees feel so welcomed and special.

Would like a bit more depth to the boards, more capabilities and options for gift other than monetary. For example. gifting a pretend gift. Like " This person sent you a virtual teddy"

I guess, how is it really different than people just posting to a Facebook wall? I have gotten feedback from others on that.

Cost, it would be helpful for the app to automatically send reminders (maybe that exists but I do not know).

Kudoboard has been a great software for my company, I must admit that thanks to this platform, I have been able to keep our employees happy, this platform has allowed us to send recognitions and achievements to employees located in the development, marketing, sales, human resources and many more sectors, our company is currently quite complete, and our employees perform well in their jobs, so this platform has been really useful to be able to recognize each of the tasks they perform in their offices. In general, I consider that the usefulness that this platform has had has been completely beneficial for my company and has allowed our employees to be happy and strive even more to belong to the ranking of employees with the most achievements and recognitions. I will continue to use this platform in the long term, I consider that it has had a positive impact on my company, and I want this positive impact to last much longer.

For us, Kudoboard became an extremely important platform for recognizing the achievements of each of our employees. The features that I liked most about this platform were:

1- This platform offers us a monitoring system for each of the recognitions that we send to each of the employees, in this way we can keep complete control of the recognitions that we provide to employees in the different areas of the company. The platform allows us to have a complete record and a database of the recognitions given at any time, we can consult the recognitions provided last year or this year, this is relatively important for us, having this database helps us understand which employee has had the most recognitions over the course of the company.

2- I love the way in which this platform allows me to send monetary recognitions to my employees, I can send these recognitions by email. Thanks to this platform, it provides me with a system for creating gift cards, either to send to an employee when they have achieved something in the company or when it is a birthday, this function is very important for us, since we can send gifts at any time to keep our employees happy.

3- I love the automated function in which the platform automatically provides me with a ranking of the most outstanding employees in my company or the employees who have received the most recognition from this platform. This function is one of the most important, since I can quickly see which is the most outstanding employee or which is the employee who has received the most achievements in my company

4- The application for mobile devices also works wonderfully, and these provide complete accessibility to my control panel. Within this platform, I can send all kinds of recognitions just by using my mobile device.

There are very few negative things that I have noticed about this platform, these negative things were:

1- This platform did not provide me with a wide variety of templates designed for each of the recognitions that I gave to my employees, in this way, I had the need to import new templates of my own in order to provide a much more complete design to my recognitions. I consider that this platform should offer much more attractive designs to add to the labels or recognitions that you give to your employees, this would be great since you could vary the design that you use for your recognitions.

2- Another thing that I did not like is that the free version of this platform is quite limited, we currently use a paid version in our company, however, we lasted approximately a week, using the free version to be able to test it properly, and I must admit that this free version is too limited, it limits the number of designs that you can use in your recognitions, it limits the number of recognitions that you can create for your employees, as well as it limits the number of recognitions that you can send to your employees, it is a completely limited version.

Everyone on my team enjoys receiving and contributing to Kudoboards. With Kudoboards, people feel recognized by their coworkers and are genuinely grateful to receive them.

KBs are an easy and fun way to recognize team members on their birthdays or other milestones. The image galleries are very robust.

Honestly, I think the pricing and packages offered are fair. I don't have any complaints.

I love working on Kudos boards for my teams events, birthdays, and anything positive. My team enjoys getting them as well. There are so many options out there that its so enjoyable.

It can be a little confusing to get people sign in.

As a virtual company, it can be difficult to build a culture. This product assists in allowing us to celebrate the individuals/staff in a way that they can share their personality and honor the recipient.

I just don't like reminding people who still forget to sign it - but that is not a problem for Kudoboard, just myself.

We love Kudoboards - with our team all over the country this is a fast and efficient way to recognize folks in a cute and special way.

I find Kudoboard to be a useful tool for recognizing team birthdays, work anniversaries and other accomplishments in our mostly-remote environment.

Kudoboard is a powerful tool to engage with staff and friends alike. I will continue to use it in the future.

Setting up greetings on Kudoboard is easy to do; no fuss, no muss. It’s convenient to provide staff an online portal to express their well wishes, congratulations, or condolences. The scheduled delivery option provides a flexible timeline to allow all participants to do their entries on their schedule. Since I was introduced to Kudoboard I’ve used it several times and will continue to do so. An excellent tool.

I was a little confused when the scheduled delivery time was expressed in a different time zone than my own.

Kudoboard is great. It has allowed our remote team to send meaningful birthday and farewell messages to our team members. We look forward to receiving them and the ease of use is great. Lots of joy when they are received by our team.

We love the ease of the platform and how colleagues from all over the US can collaborate on a birthday dedication of a colleague.

I don't have anything bad to say about Kudoboard. The platform works as designed.
