Have used for engagements, weddings, baby showers, and sympathy messages for the team. Highly recommend!

Easy to use from design, messaging, and delivery. Allows for team engagement from a team spread across the country. Recipients love the well wishes from their colleagues.

Not really many cons that I can think of but if I had to maybe some of the images, gifs aren't super relevant when searching for a specific theme.

Overall 4 out of 5 stars. We will continue to use these within our remote team - but only a few per year.

We like that we can have team members from everywhere add notes, gifs or support via the Kudoboard. Its easy to share a link and get team involved and delivers quickly.

I would love a few simpler board- every board has crazy designs (can be very fun) but it can be distracting from the many messages/gifs/images added and very busy.

Overall, this has been a great way to improve team morale and show staff appreciation. Having the ability to collect digital signatures has made life so much easier.

I've been using Kudoboard for about 2 years now and it has been a game changer! For teams that are hybrid, remote or just a big team and difficult to coordinate card signing, Kudoboard makes it easy to gather all signers in one place and digitally deliver it to the recipient. I appreciate that Kudoboard also notifies me when the recipient opens the card.

For smaller teams, I hope there'd be another version available for 10 posts and under. The Lite is great with up to 20 contributors but it'd be greater if there was a version of a board for smaller teams.

It is a much better alternative than passing around a card for each birthday! Would recommend for any workplace.

It is very easy to use, even for our teammates who are not tech-savvy. Even though it's a digital card, you can still make a card feel personable.

I wish that there were more options for backgrounds.

A great tool that is easy to use and I rarely look for any other alternative. Print out /download could use larger fonts to better fill the space.

A really easy to use tool to share and add comments from teams across regions for team members going through special occasions.
Easy to print out afterwards to via downloading of a high quality image.

Little to dislike maybe the price and a few more options for background themes.
Font size on print out could be bigger or bolder, more use of blank space could be used for this.

Kudoboards makes it easier for all team members to interact and give shout outs. Easy to maintain and keep record of all of your shout outs.

The streamline of creating easy Kudoboards. Being able to send one mass email without the need to keep track. It's a fun way to communicate with teams.

Would like to have more background options and reminders to be more often for those that have not contributed a Kudoboard.

Way better than passing around the physical card around the office for a note. Everyone on the team has loved getting their own cards. And the emails that Kudoboard sends the administrators have contained some good suggestions.

I love that there are different ways to customize each card. And it's fun for people to add a GIF or picture to their messages :)

I wish it was easier for the recipient to keep the card.

It’s super easy to use and simple to send a nice note to a colleague. We have used it for employee promotions and holidays.

We use Kudoboard for all sorts of events. Employee retirements , get wells, promotions and office happenings.

Would love regular updates from Kudoboard in new features as they happen.

It's been a great experience, very intuitive to learn not a huge learning curve and easy for employees to use which is always a plus, the SSO is huge!

I have been loving the kudoboard, so much easier than emailing a virtual card, or using an in person one. People are really able to engage in all sorts of boards and events and it makes it easy to access anywhere for all our employees across the country. Customer service has been great about all my questions and responding quickly!

I like that you can schedule the delivery date and time. Wish there are more designs or can upload more options ourselves.

We have a corporate account. Really like that multiple users can contribute especially when many work remotely.

Staff don't like to be forced to create an account. Is there anyway to add input as a guest?

I love it and we use it every time we have an occasion at work (farewells, giving birth, getting married, travelling etc.)

I like the idea and the whole thing..digital, adjustable background depending on the reason for the card, GIFs (add your own or search), how the creator of a card can adjust the arrangement, etc.

Price is a bit too much for the lowest number of people. Maybe introduce a cheaper version for up to 10 ppl?
Plus needs more backgrounds for each option or the ability to upload our own background that would be great.

Great platform that I haven't seen before, easy to use and automate, easy to collab with other teams and easy to share with the people that are being celebrated!

I love that you are able to schedule the boards from sending it to people to fill it out, to sharing it with the person thats being celebrated.

I wish there was a way to automate the dates when to send the boards, vs doing it manually.

I really enjoy using this method of getting all of my remote colleagues involved in team camaraderie!

I like how quick and easy it is to create a kudoboard and share a link for my colleagues to be able to share their well wishes!

Personally, when using Kudoboard I haven't experienced any yet!

I come back to Kudoboard for everything work-related: a retirement, a layoff, a coworker's birthday, etc. It's the first place I go to when my virtual team is saying goodbye, congratulations, etc. to others in the workplace.

Everything about Kudoboard is easy - setup, sharing, adding gifts (money), reviewing/modifying and sending. I like how you can customize the layout on the fly by grabbing and moving content around. It's also fun to be able to upload your own images/gifs. You can set the background and choose different animations, such as hearts falling down the screen. You can share through the application, or copy/paste the link and send to others. There are different pricing plans, depending on the number of signees you're expecting. You can always upgrade if you need more people to sign.

The only thing I could say is the lack of backgrounds/animations. I chose a board for saying Farewell. The one option provided falling hearts. That wasn't appropriate for a coworker leaving. I didn't find anything else suitable, so I just removed it altogether.

Overall, I really love using Kudoboard for team birthday celebrations. It's a great tool as we are a virtual office!

Super easy to use and the collaboration that came happen amongst team members is great. I love that you can include fun gifs for added flair!

Not much to list here! If anything, cost might be a deterrent should you have a larger group of folks you are sending cards to. Otherwise, no real cons!

10/10 kudoboards have always done exactly what they are meant to and everyone always loves receiving them!

Kudos are great to receiving and fun to sit and read. I also find the app very easy to use.

Emails could be easier to read when we upload. More background options
