Great platform for sending group cards. I use this for birthday cards for all my co-workers and it is a great way to get the full team to contribute with well-wishes whenever they have a chance with an automatic/timed send.

This platform is very easy to use and is atheistically pleasing. The photos, GIFs and emojis you can use are fun and the way the notes are broken up make the cards easy to read.

The cost of each card for a virtual card is pretty high. Would love for cost per card for basic usage and less than 20 people signing could go down, and/or there were more package options for less $$$$.

Awesome way to show appreciation to your team and celebrate special moments together! It promotes good vibes in the cultural workplace.

I love how the team can easily contribute and add messages to a greeting card. It’s super easy to use, really user-friendly, and honestly, it makes you want to create more cards!

It would be awesome if you could add more themes, backgrounds, and font styles, it’ll make the presentation even more vibrant and fun!

Not too many cons as everything is pretty user friendly and customizable for any occasion. Id maybe offer plans for those who use it multiple times/year, but not several times monthly.

I appreciate having this service at my fingertips. It allows us to recognize our team members who are located across the state with more than "just" an email.

I love Kudoboard for how easy it is to send to teammates to "sign the card" for a fellow colleague. The GIF and design libraries are fun and make it easy to really personalize your individual greeting. The scheduling feature makes it easy for planning, so I don't have to remember on the specific celebration day to send at a certain time.

It's definitely a convenience, but I think the cost is high. If it weren't endorsed by our corporate owners, we wouldn't be subscribing.

It is good for companies to use to celebrate their most important asset, their employees. It's easy to use, has great options, and you can attach gift cards. I love the emails received from the Kudos board (when created, delivered, when the recipient opens the kudos, and when the recipient can email back a thank you).

Easy to use with a remote team, so everyone can sign cards and send well wishes. We use it for birthdays, work anniversaries and retirement. It's an easy way to get the entire team engaged regardless of where they're working from.

Easy to use from design, messaging, and delivery. Allows for team engagement from a team spread across the country. Recipients love the well wishes from their colleagues.

Not really many cons that I can think of but if I had to maybe some of the images, gifs aren't super relevant when searching for a specific theme.

Overall 4 out of 5 stars. We will continue to use these within our remote team - but only a few per year.

We like that we can have team members from everywhere add notes, gifs or support via the Kudoboard. Its easy to share a link and get team involved and delivers quickly.

I would love a few simpler board- every board has crazy designs (can be very fun) but it can be distracting from the many messages/gifs/images added and very busy.

Overall, this has been a great way to improve team morale and show staff appreciation. Having the ability to collect digital signatures has made life so much easier.

I've been using Kudoboard for about 2 years now and it has been a game changer! For teams that are hybrid, remote or just a big team and difficult to coordinate card signing, Kudoboard makes it easy to gather all signers in one place and digitally deliver it to the recipient. I appreciate that Kudoboard also notifies me when the recipient opens the card.

For smaller teams, I hope there'd be another version available for 10 posts and under. The Lite is great with up to 20 contributors but it'd be greater if there was a version of a board for smaller teams.

It is a much better alternative than passing around a card for each birthday! Would recommend for any workplace.

It is very easy to use, even for our teammates who are not tech-savvy. Even though it's a digital card, you can still make a card feel personable.

I wish that there were more options for backgrounds.

A great tool that is easy to use and I rarely look for any other alternative. Print out /download could use larger fonts to better fill the space.

Easy to print out afterwards to via downloading of a high quality image.

Little to dislike maybe the price and a few more options for background themes.
Font size on print out could be bigger or bolder, more use of blank space could be used for this.

The streamline of creating easy Kudoboards. Being able to send one mass email without the need to keep track. It's a fun way to communicate with teams.

Would like to have more background options and reminders to be more often for those that have not contributed a Kudoboard.

Way better than passing around the physical card around the office for a note. Everyone on the team has loved getting their own cards. And the emails that Kudoboard sends the administrators have contained some good suggestions.

I love that there are different ways to customize each card. And it's fun for people to add a GIF or picture to their messages :)

It’s super easy to use and simple to send a nice note to a colleague. We have used it for employee promotions and holidays.

We use Kudoboard for all sorts of events. Employee retirements , get wells, promotions and office happenings.

Would love regular updates from Kudoboard in new features as they happen.

It's been a great experience, very intuitive to learn not a huge learning curve and easy for employees to use which is always a plus, the SSO is huge!

I have been loving the kudoboard, so much easier than emailing a virtual card, or using an in person one. People are really able to engage in all sorts of boards and events and it makes it easy to access anywhere for all our employees across the country. Customer service has been great about all my questions and responding quickly!

I like that you can schedule the delivery date and time. Wish there are more designs or can upload more options ourselves.

We have a corporate account. Really like that multiple users can contribute especially when many work remotely.

Staff don't like to be forced to create an account. Is there anyway to add input as a guest?

I love it and we use it every time we have an occasion at work (farewells, giving birth, getting married, travelling etc.)

I like the idea and the whole thing..digital, adjustable background depending on the reason for the card, GIFs (add your own or search), how the creator of a card can adjust the arrangement, etc.

Price is a bit too much for the lowest number of people. Maybe introduce a cheaper version for up to 10 ppl?
Plus needs more backgrounds for each option or the ability to upload our own background that would be great.

Great platform that I haven't seen before, easy to use and automate, easy to collab with other teams and easy to share with the people that are being celebrated!

I love that you are able to schedule the boards from sending it to people to fill it out, to sharing it with the person thats being celebrated.

I wish there was a way to automate the dates when to send the boards, vs doing it manually.
