I find Kudoboard to be a useful tool for recognizing team birthdays, work anniversaries and other accomplishments in our mostly-remote environment.

Kudoboard is a powerful tool to engage with staff and friends alike. I will continue to use it in the future.

Setting up greetings on Kudoboard is easy to do; no fuss, no muss. It’s convenient to provide staff an online portal to express their well wishes, congratulations, or condolences. The scheduled delivery option provides a flexible timeline to allow all participants to do their entries on their schedule. Since I was introduced to Kudoboard I’ve used it several times and will continue to do so. An excellent tool.

I was a little confused when the scheduled delivery time was expressed in a different time zone than my own.

Kudoboard is great. It has allowed our remote team to send meaningful birthday and farewell messages to our team members. We look forward to receiving them and the ease of use is great. Lots of joy when they are received by our team.

We love the ease of the platform and how colleagues from all over the US can collaborate on a birthday dedication of a colleague.

I don't have anything bad to say about Kudoboard. The platform works as designed.

Kudo's to Kudoboard. It s a great app to help celebrate others. Our company uses it all the time for many different occasions and I have recommended it to friends to get for their company's. My first experience was during my onboarding. The Kudoboard was in my email inbox on my first day at our company and I was thrilled to receive it.

Kudoboard is super easy app to use to celebrate others for any occasion. Graphics, gifs, it's all there. We use the app to celebrate new hires, promotions, work anniversaries, weddings, births and any other time we want to wish someone well, even if they are leaving our organization There are lots of options to create backgrounds, custom font choices to make each Kudoboard unique and special for the recipient.

It's easy to set up a board, the app practically takes you step by step. You can even schedule the board to send automatically, taking the the pressure off reminding you to do it.

I would love if Kudoboard would send me a reminder for those occasions that would happen annually like a birthday or work anniversary. That would be an added bonus. Or even let me store birthdays in the app and have it trigger a reminder email for me to set up a board a week before. Maybe a question, do you want a reminder set for this board in the future.

We use it a lot for recognition - service anniversaries, birthdays, even company contests - such as Halloween costumes or Ugly sweater!

I love how user-friendly it is - it's a great tool to connect remote employees. It can be challenging to feel connected and engaged - Kudoboard makes it possible!

All is good - no complaints! I only wish we had started using it sooner :)

Love it! Highly recommend companies to use this to help improve and connect teams spirits. It would be awesome if companies had an account set up so individuals don't have to buy it themselves.

This server is the perfect way to keep people connected while working from home. It is fun and easy to use. People are able to celebrate one another and easily feel acknowledged on special occasions.

Long time Kudoboard user here! I Love how interactive this platform is, it’s so easy to contribute and share. It’s so easy to use, uploading photos, video and text. It’s fun creating the background with so much options to chose.

It costs money but of course nothing is free, otherwise I can’t think of anything.

My experience with Kudoboard has been great. It's always easy to create new kudoboards, share with others, and set it automatically to send. Makes my life easier to celebrate the colleagues' special days!

Pro of using Kudoboard is that it is easy to use, customizable (GIF options are always so fun)!, and affordable

The way blocks are showing may not be the most appealing. Also sometimes the GIF options are a bit outdated/limiting

Easy to use, get experience! I like the gifs and that it is signed so people can know who wished them well.

Great tool to send messages of support, care, and celebration while not having to physically pass a card around multiple floors or locations.

Scheduled delivery is nice to accommodate the time zone of the recipient. The choice of backgrounds and Gifs is also good; You don't see too many repeat messages on larger boards. It is very easy to create and share around with teammates for input.

The pricing model is tricky. I understand the need to make a profit but the tiers between the bottom 2 force the user into a higher price model. 20 users is easy to hit depending on the team size but 100 may not be necessary either. There used to be a model for 50 that was a great fit.

Really good option for messaging to a global team. Speedy, efficient and can ensure timely delivery.

Like the design options and the ease of uploading images. Also like the scheduling function to ensure timely delivery and the notification of a sent and opened message.

Can't think of any downsides but wonder if one day there could be a sound function?

I find KUDOS boards is a great alternative to the old school hand-written cards in the office. The virtual concept can bring in people from all over the globe.

Easy to navigate and the cost is minimal. Started using KUDOS during COVD for the office and we have kept the practice after returning to work! It's great to see the GIFs from everyone!

The only con I can see is that the price increases with the amount of people who want to participate in being a part of the shared virtual card.

Love kudoboards for farewells for colleagues. Love that you can set a delivery time and add images .

Love that the board options are cheap for a big amount of messages. Really great for a lot departures

That the person receiving cannot reply to messages

This is an awesome solution and way to recognize our employees and their accomplishments! This really brightens our employees experience!

I love that this allows me to schedule e cards to be delivered to my employees. It is way easier to use than trying to send around a physical card for signatures, especially given our workforce is often out of the office and at multiple sites.

The only improvement I can think of is to expand the library of images even more. It's already great, but I'd love to see it constantly updated!

I have been with my company a little over 6 months, and Kudoboard have made it easy to connect with my fellow co-workers as well as showing my personality! We have gotten to celebrate birthdays, retirements, promotions, etc!!!!

I love the ease of creating our boards for our associates. I am able to choose backgrounds to match the occasion, upload GIFs, pictures, etc, as well as adding messages. As a creator of our boards, I am able to choose when to deliverer the boards and if not opened in a timely manner, Kudoboard will notify me with the link to the board, so I can send it directly to the recipient.

There are no cons to this easy way of posting celebrations!!!

I have been using Kudoboards to send farewells to colleagues. They deserve to know the impact they have made on the organization. I look forward to using all ways to celebrate my fellow employees. It's been a wonderful experience that my colleagues have enjoyed.

This site is so easy to navigate. Whatever celebrations your looking for, Kudoboards has it. Highly recommend to any one, If you want to share praise or celebrate wins.

Overall I love Kudoboards! I should have purchased the subscription. I didn't realize how easy and frequently I would use them. For work purposes we use them monthly!

Board selection limits - if you have 1 person over the limit to sign the board you need to buy the upgraded board which then has more people available to sign which isn't needed. Would like to see smaller number ranges for boards with equivalent purchase pricing.

Good and efficient and quite personal. I have not used the support function, so have no idea if it is good or bad. Therefore I rated it"Just OK". There should be a field for "not used". As for the design, it would be nice with a few more choices, or for example a choice of colouring. The farewell options were rather "sombre".
Frequency of use: 2-3 times per year in the past but it will be monthly going forward.
And well - I find 9 USD rather expensive.

A Kudoboard is an efficient way to provide personalised messages from people who cannot come to the same address and sign a physical card.

Printing was a bit troublesome, but after a few attempts I got it right. It would be great if 2 pages was possible, as the text becomes very small if there are many messages.

I enjoy it very much and so does the staff.

It's easy to use.

At first the delivery part was confusing but I understand it now.
