I love it and we use it every time we have an occasion at work (farewells, giving birth, getting married, travelling etc.)

I like the idea and the whole thing..digital, adjustable background depending on the reason for the card, GIFs (add your own or search), how the creator of a card can adjust the arrangement, etc.

Price is a bit too much for the lowest number of people. Maybe introduce a cheaper version for up to 10 ppl?
Plus needs more backgrounds for each option or the ability to upload our own background that would be great.

Great platform that I haven't seen before, easy to use and automate, easy to collab with other teams and easy to share with the people that are being celebrated!

I love that you are able to schedule the boards from sending it to people to fill it out, to sharing it with the person thats being celebrated.

I wish there was a way to automate the dates when to send the boards, vs doing it manually.

I like how quick and easy it is to create a kudoboard and share a link for my colleagues to be able to share their well wishes!

Personally, when using Kudoboard I haven't experienced any yet!

I come back to Kudoboard for everything work-related: a retirement, a layoff, a coworker's birthday, etc. It's the first place I go to when my virtual team is saying goodbye, congratulations, etc. to others in the workplace.

Everything about Kudoboard is easy - setup, sharing, adding gifts (money), reviewing/modifying and sending. I like how you can customize the layout on the fly by grabbing and moving content around. It's also fun to be able to upload your own images/gifs. You can set the background and choose different animations, such as hearts falling down the screen. You can share through the application, or copy/paste the link and send to others. There are different pricing plans, depending on the number of signees you're expecting. You can always upgrade if you need more people to sign.

The only thing I could say is the lack of backgrounds/animations. I chose a board for saying Farewell. The one option provided falling hearts. That wasn't appropriate for a coworker leaving. I didn't find anything else suitable, so I just removed it altogether.

Overall, I really love using Kudoboard for team birthday celebrations. It's a great tool as we are a virtual office!

Super easy to use and the collaboration that came happen amongst team members is great. I love that you can include fun gifs for added flair!

Not much to list here! If anything, cost might be a deterrent should you have a larger group of folks you are sending cards to. Otherwise, no real cons!

10/10 kudoboards have always done exactly what they are meant to and everyone always loves receiving them!

This is such a great way to send your messages / wishes. It's creative and not your typical card but has the same impact!

It's simple to set up and has some cool Gifs included! It adds a nice personal touch to it also, and unique!

I've used Kudoboard a handful of times now to get birthday greetings out to executives I support. I love how it brings all the greetings & love from fellow colleagues into one surprise virtual greeting card. I love the choices of GIF's, the themes to choose from, all of the things. I've found the site to be very user-friendly. All in all, loving it.

I liked it better when I was able to send them for free, or at least less than the $7 or whatever the charge is now. Lol.

Love the gif functionality. Love everything about how easy it is to use and the scheduling feature. All sorts of great QOL things.

Price is slightly high for a web based product. I do wish it could be cheaper $1-$2, but oh well.

Would definitely recommend! We used to buy cards for every occasion, but this is has made celebrating so much easier!

Easy to get everyone together to celebrate and share love with someone. There are fun personalize the board and the message being left. Also, its logistically easy, allowing for schedule sends and sharing. Its also great that you can attach a gift through Kudoboard, making it a one stop shop.

No true cons because it super easy to use. I do wish AI was included to help create a message.

We have explored other ways every year to celebrate our individuals on their anniversaries and welcome our incoming new associates. Each time we keep coming back to Kudoboard is our best solution.

This has been a huge morale booster post-Covid as it allows our teams to still celebrate anniversaries of their co-workers and often friends. The once office celebrations are now done online and in a more memorable way where associates have printed them off or gone back to and referenced at another time.

It would be great to have the ability to load in our entire associate staff and their anniversary dates. From there have it auto send an email to all staff members whose anniversary it isn't seven days prior encouraging them to post a message / gif on that individual's page.

Overall, the ease of using Kudoboard makes it enjoyable for everyone.

Kudoboard is a platform that has been an excellent way to express our appreciation for our colleagues, our team is spread out to different countries so having one channel for everyone to collaborate is really nice. we can also customize it to represent the likings of the person who will receive the board.

Sometime i forgot to set when the board will be delivered, I hope there will be a feature in the future to have this as an required field of at least a prompt so that we won't forget.

My overall experience has been very positive! I've been a Kudoboard user for 2-3 years now and I love it! I have a lot of fun setting up the boards and even more fun finding a GIF to use for my message! GREAT site, GREAT experience, HUGE fan. Thank you!

Kudoboard is easy, there are options/card designs for any and every event and I love that everyone can add their own image or GIF to personalize each individual message. I use Kudoboard for team birthday cards, farewell cards, get well cards, all kinds of cards and everyone always enjoys them! The ability to schedule when it is sent is also a huge pro and a feature that I love. I'll continue to use Kudoboard as long as it's available!

No cons in my opinion. I really do love Kudoboard!

i love being able to use Kudoboard as an accessible way to celebrate and share wins with a global workforce. I think there's an opportunity to venture into the video collection versions of these too, maybe an integration or collaboration with Canva to be able to differently edit, etc.

i don't love the interface it feels very "cartoonish" or "cliparty" and I would love to see a more modernized design.

Kudoboard has made my job as facilitating in team spirit and improving morale, so much easier. We use it for recognitions, farewells and birthdays and always makes our employees feel so welcomed and special.
