Overall, my experience these past years has been great. I've managed to make every recipient very happy and loved. Providing digitally in a single place, a lot of love and support, very customized and unforgettable gifts, very easily accessible for recipients and participants. And just stays there for them to be printed, or to look at them for the memories.

Kudoboard system is very convenient, you can group up all the people in a single place digitally, to make them feel special and unique. With the plus of the ability to attach a giftcard on it, later redeemable by the recipient. At the same time, it offers a lot of customization to fit your celebration needs and make it unique, allowing you to shape it accordingly for that special person or occasion.

The redeem options are slightly limited, and the customization options lacks some basic features, like for example, selecting the colors of the themes, instead you have presets with colors and backgrounds. And customizable background for the most expensive type of board. Still, more customization over the colors would be nice.

I find Kudobards to be a great addition to how our Department collectively shares sentiments, especially with our remote workers. I am grateful for it!

We use Kudoboard for all our office colleague birthdays, and it's fantastic. Everyone contributes and I love being able to schedule-send it.
It's also great for sympathy cards - it allows everyone to share their condolences without the recipient being bombarded with in-person well-wishes.

The backgrounds could be a little more varied, but perhaps that comes with the more expensive version? It might be nice to choose your own background, if possible. It also used to be a smidge cheaper, if I'm not mistaken.

Used Kudoboard recently for office to send best wishes to coworker that just got married and for in-laws 60th wedding anniversary.

Individuals across the US can sign a virtual card. Easy to use. Don't have to go to the store to purchase a card.

Individuals don't want to create an account to post message.

Very user friendly, it's nice to have everyone be able to contribute and read what everyone shared.

I like that there are new backgrounds added regularly. It is very user friendly and such a great way to celebrate!

I wish you could change the color of the front, more backgrounds for all categories.

Great images and GIFs to choose from - and also that we have lots of options when it comes to uploading our own images.

Wish we could have done a pic slideshow - or link a deck to one.

We use Kuboboard a lot to recognize various life events among our coworkers. It's great! Convenient, fun, inclusive, and personal.

I love that anyone can sign from anywhere and it's much easier than passing around a physical card. It's great that people can include their own photos/videos or choose from the Kudoboard collection - it's a great way to personalize.

I really can't think of anything I don't like about it.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this product. People who have been receiving these really enjoy them, and it's a nice way to celebrate them.

Kudoboard is vey well put together; it is very easy to use, has several different templates to choose from, and enjoyed by the people who send.

I wish it had a more robust free version, but understand the rationale.

When I was put in charge of celebrations at my work place, I was so excited when I found Kudoboard. It's a wonderful platform to celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries. Everyone gets a chance to show appreciation for their workmates in their own unique way. It's a digital version of 'passing a card around to sign', but more fun!

Kudoboard is easy to use, offers many different and decorative options for backgrounds, fonts, and effects. Love that you can use gifs as part of your special message, and the range of reasons for celebrating is great, covers all of the occasions!!

We love using this as birthday cards for our teachers, and the picture collages are always a huge hit.

Our workplace has been using Kudoboard since spring of 2020. There are about 20 of us on staff and we have always shared birthday cards and wishes with each other. When we moved to remote operations during the pandemic, we found Kudoboard as a way to easily keep this tradition going. Now that we are back in the office but still have remote and hybrid employees, Kudoboard remains the easiest way to get everyone connected. Though we started with straightforward messages, I've noticed that more than half our our messages now have gifs, memes, or jokes. That's been a great way to liven it up while making the messages connect to the personality of the recipient (for example, lots of us like cats and there are lots of cat gifs)

Easy to use, price is right at about the same price as a physical greeting card, ability to easily add images or gifs, scheduled delivery and reminders.

Could use more variety in the images and gifs to keep it fresh, as an employer I might like a way to filter more work-inappropriate pictures out so we don't accidentally include them (for example, alcohol), but this hasn't really been a problem for us.

I love kudoboards and do them for every bday and special event in the office. for baby showers its especially helpful that you can contribute to a gift card amount without having to send direct gifts.

Easy, always-on, downloadable and customizable. Mostly love that gifs as well as manually uploading images with the person the board is for is an option.

Cost for more than 5+ people. Many companies do not expense this so out of pocket...

Nothing at this time. Our teams are very appreciative when they receive them and always are thankful and love the idea.

Overall, I'm really happy with Kudoboard. Our team carved out budget for it because free solutions just don't measure up in terms of ease of use and the positive impact Kudoboards have on our team culture. With a few tweaks (as described in this review), Kudoboard would be a 5-star solution.

I love how easy it is to contribute to a kudoboard, as well as being able to include gifs and other fun ways to make it visually appealing. Our team tried to move away from Kudoboard to free solutions and decided to come back because it's so easy to get big groups together to contribute to a board, the delivery is seamless, and other functionality is just a lot easier to use than others.

I find the "account" functionality to be confusing. I can contribute to kudoboards without logging in, but it does prompt me to log in each time, and when I do, my dashboard shows some of the previous boards I've created and contributed to, but not all of them. It's confusing.

In addition, the handling of email addresses for inviting people to contribute is bizarre. It offers me a list of "recently invited" email addresses but they're mostly masked/hidden. For example, I'll see a list that looks like:

As you can imagine, when I'm inviting a bunch of people from the same domain, there are too many emails that look the same and I can't differentiate between them, so it's basically useless to me. I end up having to generate a list of emails outside of kudoboard every time.

my overall experience is great so far but the design is a it minimum as you can't change the color of the top bar.

it's easy to use and great to have teams contribute to the celebration together. Love to see there is another option for adding $$ as needed.

I would love to see more themes available, the birthday themes aren't that many to choose from.

It's so easy to use and fun! Keeps our team enaged and gives a platform for everyone to celebrate our colleagues accomplishments. Works well for a team that works all over the globe.

Wish there were even more board options. And that it would auto save/remind me of people's birthdays for next year. Maybe auto create a board?

I'm glad to switched over to Kudobaord as our way of sending virtual birthday cards! Being 100% remote, it's a great way to build connective tissue between our team.

I love that the Kudoboard makes it so easy to celebrate each other's birthdays! It' so easy to set up and as a signer, it's so easy to customize a message with gifs and pictures! And it looks so good as well.

I love everything about it, there are no cons that I can think of.

This is my go-to when a colleague has a birthday, life event (baby or retirement) or just a simple "thank you for being awesome". The platform is easy to use, gives you several options to share so others can interact and provides a way for the recipient to give their thanks.

The only "con" I can think of is that you can't customize the font. That would be a neat addition if you can change the color of the font and pick the style that you'd like.
