I will continue to use Kudoboard! It's super easy and my team really loves getting them. You can use them for any type of recognition. Birthdays, reaching goals, etc.

I think it's a great product and It's wonderful because it has an easy interface for those who aren't so tech savvy.

I love the fact that we can pen down words to co-workers especially when they are leaving. It's something they get to keep with them to encourage them and remind them of the beautiful memories shared.
I also like the easy navigations and ability to resend and send card to more than one email.

Nothing really - As always, human nature is to wish there were more spaces for the free template but again that will be selfish as Kudoboard needs to thrive...so no cons per se!

Super easy and fun thing to do for our office! It is a fun way to personalize peoples birthdays as the gifs as such a wide range!

We absolutely love how easy it is to send to our team who all write happy birthday to the particular person!

This is a really easy way to give someone collective messages of support and to connect together. We've used this for birthdays, deaths, new jobs, new babies, tough times, and even "just thinking of you"

Kudoboard is a great way to be able to show appreciation (or celebration) for someone when folks aren't all in one place to sign a physical card. It's heartfelt and easy to give a quick message of support/congrats/bon voyage/sympathy to those receiving, and people seem really touched to get Kudoboards.

The gifs can be a bit large space-wise-- just the formatting on inserting gifs makes them a bit too big often for the overall look of the kudoboard.

When needing to wish someone well, celebrate a birthday or congratulate a coworker about a promotion, Kudoboard is the perfect spot to do just that. Multiple contributors in different locations can all add their messages which is so convenient. The selection of colors and themes are fun to choose from, as well! We use Kudoboards for all types of occasions!

Being able to add gifs or memes to the message is fantastic! Ability to include people in different locations as contributors, and ability to schedule delivery times is great, as well.

Our only wish is that there were more occasions to choose from and a few more mature or modern looking prints.

I recommend to everyone and use this product often! I love all of the different options and that it helps me when I forget to get a physical card. This adds so much more detail and personal gifs to make it fun.

I love it all. Really - Zero Cons. Every time I use it is seems to get even easier.

Kudoboard is my first thought whenever an employee is having a big event - promotion, new baby, retirement, or leaving the university. I set up the board in a few minutes and employees are adding messages in no time. Very convenient and user-friendly.

The ease in setting up a board is impressive. It literally takes less than 5 minutes to have it ready to go for use. I also like the features of being able to schedule (or not schedule) the delivery.

I would like to have a way to go back and add in the gift card option if it wasn't selected from the start. Even if it only allows for one person to add money, that would be good.

I am a huge fan! I will continue to use Kudoboards as a way to celebrate and create the culture I want to work in at my office.

I love sending Kudoboards as a way to build culture in my new office. I arrived 9.5 months ago and I think it is a fun way to recognize employee milestones (birthdays, retirements, new jobs, babies!).

Kudoboards make it easy for me to set up a fun background and share the link with 9 other colleagues and then have the board delivered to the recipient on a selected date and time. Perfection!

Since I only have a free account, I am limited on the number of contributors to the Kudoboard.

I love it! I would like to explore other ways to use it beyond the work environment and extend it to families and friends.

I like the GIFs and personal messages. The simplicity of it is great and allows you to quickly show people that you are thinking of them without the hassle of trying to figure out a complicated system. Kudos! :)

There is nothing really that I do not like. I think there could be more background options but that is just me being picky.

Awesome, superb, excellent platform helping to make our people feel special and important on their special occasions.

So many people can wish a person with wonderful wishes at the same time. It makes the person feel special.

None as such this is an excellent platform to keep the person informed.

Overall I think with some time people will find value in it. I know the few Birthday boards I did the recipients appreciated them!

I love how everyone can provide a detailed personal message. It is a much more personal way to wish someone happy birthday or a get well etc.

Getting people to click on the link and fill it out is tough.

Overall creating and sharing a Kudoboard for a team member is easy to do and the available customizations are cute enough.

Would like the option to upload customized backgrounds and fonts!

Way better than other free group card tools i have used in the past. I work at a school and for a non-profit.

Easy to use/simple features, fairly versatile - could be used for many occasions, visually appealing.

Would love to see more design features, themes, etc., price.

I have used Kudoboard for a while, as had several members of my workplace and will continue to do so, it's really good.

It's a great platform - easy to set up, it's easy to manage and make any changes and then it's easy to distribute.

Nothing - all the hard work of going around to get signatures is taken away!

Can’t recommend highly enough. Such a touching gift. Love it that we have the option of printing out too.

So easy to use. Just need email addresses & off we go! I’ve organized kudo boards for weddings, thank you’s & bon voyages. So lovely reading all those heartfelt messages. And now we can add donations/contributions-perfect! Saves me from asking & organizing. Kudo boards take the hassle out of something wonderful.

As editor I wish I could move people’s posts around. Also include more than 1 pic per post.

Easy to get everyone on board with the software and we can all read the board online to see everyone's pics.

Personalization to add GIF's provided from Software or to add your own pictures and messages from dept events.

1) could use more background boards since we use it often for dept birthdays, sympathy, baby showers
2) if we could add a verbal message, that would be great too to add personal jokes
3) if the recipient could also write back in one thank you to everyone on the board would be great too.

Really easy to use and track cards delivery to target user. This saves a lot of time as well. Recommend this product a lot.

We always use it for birthdays and celebrations and it's easy to share it with other teams and send it to the interested people.

It makes my life easier when it comes to congratulate team members for some achievements or welcoming a new starter.

Nothing I can think of, perhaps the free version can be extended to 15-20 users.

In this hybrid work age, it's important to find ways to stay connected. We use Kudoboards in lieu of signed cards at the office and it's a great way for everyone to participate and connect with each other.

Fun gifs and photos to add to the messages, easy set up and scheduling, easy to share with others, competitive pricing to physical cards but way easier to get everyone to sign this one.
