I use Kudoboard frequently at work. I am a manager and make an effort to recognize my employees for things like big life events, birthdays, etc. Kudoboard makes it easy for everyone to contribute their well wishes collectively.

Kudoboard is easy to use and share, includes GIFs and video features, include a variety of themes, and has an engaging interface.

Nothing I can think of at this time. It has worked well for me.

Overall, I would recommend this for any professional setting where you'd like to celebrate a team member's birthday, send-off or give kudos!

It is a great way to celebrate coworker birthdays when teams are spread across multiple offices. This is my primary use for Kudoboard.

Overall it functions really well, but I wish there were more background designs to choose from when setting up the Kudoboard.

I am an assistant and this platform allows me to help keep morale up as we are all still working from home. It is easy for my team members to add something quickly and get back to their work. It works for all occasions I have had the want to use it for. I will continue to use it.

Easily sent to email addresses, fun to pick GIF when you aren't good with words, and plenty of options to choose from.

Email every time someone adds to the board. I am sure I have access to limited content do to the free version, but understandable.

I'm very happy with the Kudoboard experience. I have had the opportunity to create and send several Kudoboards. It has been very well received by the team. I appreciate the ease of engagement made possible by the Kudoboard system.

The ease of collaboration is excellent. Since working remotely it has been difficult to find a system that works as well as the Kudoboard to bring a team together for celebrations, support and engagement.
The ability for the senders to receive a note from the recipient is fantastic! it makes it easy to send a note of thanks. This feature is very much appreciated.

It would be a great to have the opportunity to customize the background. However, this would be an added feature that does not take away from how great the Kudoboard operates.

Enables individuals in different demographics to celebrate 1 event together with variety, purpose, and unity...

So far, Everything from the gif to the font to the confetti to the scheduled delivery. Great job guys!!!

The limitation of font types available I guess!

Love this! Time saver for a large team to create post to celebrate or farewell for someone. Really like the features where you can add the picture, and video to make the post more fun and meaningful.

It's very easy to create, the gif, png and videos already in the system are great which makes the post fun! I have a large team, this really helps to save time.

The option to download the board is great, but you can't print form your computer nicely. It will be great if you can print out the post individually.

I can't think of a better way to spread good cheer and recognition among our staff. Everyone gets to be creative, yet it doesn't take a long time to create a post. Therefore, our participation rate is very high.

I like that everyone is able to contribute to good wishes for co-workers. And that the access and navigations are super easy to use.

I don't love the cost -- wish there was a way for our office to purchase access, maybe annually, for multiple initiators to access. Currently, each manager on our team has to buy their own access, separately. Also, I wish we could do more with the fonts -- like adding color.

I absolutely love Kudoboard! It is a great tool to recognize your peers and counselees. It is a great way to say thank you and farewell to employees who are leaving the firm. It is a perfect way to say congrats to the newly promoted. I cannot imagine not having access to it!

Kudoboard is a great tool, very easy to use, with great features - such as image upload, access to gifs. I especially like that it is easily accessible on desktop and mobile, that you can share a link to it on your social media. I like the image extract - some of my friends printed their Kudoboards and loved it!

Of course, as any frequent user, I'd love to have access to cheap business plans. Currently, I am purchasing single boards whenever I need to set up a new Kudoboard.

I really enjoy using Kudoboard for those special occasions where you want to recognize a colleague. It allows for creativity in a professional environment. The user friendly platform makes it very inclusive and fun to use. It creates an opportunity for bonding experiences within the team.

I have used the Kudoboard platform for the last couple of offices that I have worked for. I like how it is user friendly and inclusive for all members of your office staff. The possibilities are endless and the Kudoboards can be created to accommodate small offices and up to very large offices with many staff members. It’s just that special touch when you want to recognize someone special!

I don’t like that you cannot attach a gift card to the Kudoboard when the recipient opens it. It would be perfect if you could do this! Currently, we have to send the gift card separately.

Great experience, Quick and easy to register an account. Reliable service. Great you don't need an account to write a post as not all contributors want to set up an account.

Quick and easy to set up a board and share celebrations. Great way of collection contributions for that extra gift for the receiver.

The free board is not great with only 10 board posts. The charge for mire users should be unlimited not just 100 board posts.

I use this product when an employee is having a work anniversary. It is not enough to encourage me to pay for the extended version. It allows my team to connect and write something in honor of that person! Everyone loves getting their Kudoboard.

Love the colorful backgrounds and ease of use! Love the ability to make each Kudoboard unique. Enjoy the ability to set up a send date.

I do wish that the free version allowed up to 15 spots. My team is growing by a few and it would be nice to allow everyone the opportunity to contribute.

Maybe this is something I don't know about but it would be cool to be able to retain these kudoboards somehow. We use them with our work emails and I don't know how to download to keep.

It's easy to use. Fits all different kinds of occasions. I really like the ability to send the Kudoboard card to the recipient, it works seamlessly and very cool to see that the recipient actually looked at it and can send a thank you note back.

It would be nice to see more backgrounds / options to choose from when creating a board. Some of the options may also be a bit too childlike for a professional environment.

It would also be nice to have some pre-written examples, for example: when creating a card "Farewell, NAME, thank you!" or help when creating a post "Thanks NAME for your contributions over the past year. Your leadership and positivity really made an impact on our org..". Something along those lines, I usually use google to help me write these things. lol

Another thing would to randomize the search when adding gifs. I often see the same gifs being used, example: searching "celebrate" gets you a gif of the office every time....

We use Kudoboard in our office now for all birthdays and anniversaries. It's a simple tool and so much fun!

The process to create and send the boards is fun and intuitive - so many options are available! Everyone loves getting them, and the ability to save them in various ways is super. Now that some of our staff works remotely at least some of the time, this allows everyone to add their greetings.

The process of adding emails is a little cumbersome - having a list with tick boxes would be easier to use.

Our Admin Team is located at different branches on the west coast from San Diego to Alaska. Kudoboard keeps us connected when celebrating each other.

Enjoy and appreciate the fact we can or cannot use gif's, photos, and/or emojis. Lots of options to make our messages unique.

Limited birthday backgrounds. I've used Kudoboards at my last couple jobs for all staff, each year, and we tend to have to recycle backgrounds because we've used them all.

Overall performance is very nice, it's easy to use, It has a scheduled delivery and informs you when it's been delivered and reed.

It has a contributors list, and you can deliver it when you want. It has variety of backgrounds, great app overall.

The free one can use only 10 contributors, no other cons.

I love that I can make my work team feel special. We are cross regional and it helps greatly. I think that this is an opportunity to give someone a shout out or wish for happy birthday in a very easy and efficient manner.

In this world of telework, it can be sometimes hard to connect with you staff and co-workers. This is a great platform that helps bring the team together, for Birthdays, Babies, and just a plain ol' thank you.

The ease of creating a great Kudoboard for any occasion. Posting is very simple, and I love the fact that I can schedule the delivery. Great access to GIF's and simple to post photos.

The cost of the onetime boards. I am going to look into one of the plans. No other cons.

We love that we can, as a group, create a card from all of us in celebration, sympathy, or congratulations. The templates are fun and being able to personalize the message with videos, .gifs, font types, etc., is neat as well. A really fun platform!

I think it would be cool to make the notes different colors. Maybe that is an option of which I am not aware, but if it is, it isn't easy to find.

Great product and usage for communities and friends. Would recommend for corporate settings and those that want to celebrate virtually but want the same warmth of a card.

Cost is unnecessary for this type of product, though it does bring joy to people. I wish you could include more guests on the free offering.

I have used Kudoboards for kudos, remembrances and recognition. It's flexibility and ease of use to set-up and for contributors makes it part of my tool set.

The ease of setting up a Kudoboard and contributing posts has come to make it my method for doing so. It allows contributors to use their own creativity and provide their thoughts in a forum that makes it a worthwhile gift to the recipient. It's both easy and fun.

It would be nice to have some flexibility in arranging posts when they have been gathered.
