Excellent system. Very great for the environment since it’s all digital and easy for recipients to save their board!

Love the ease of scheduling delivery and picking a variety of designs. It’s great to be able to invite others to add to the board.

Kudoboard is a fun, easy way to teams to celebrate each other virtually! Just takes a min to share a photo or gif and comment for a teammate. And no need for users to create an account or anything. The recipient can even print out and/or save their Kudoboard if they want to hand on to it!

Easy to use, affordable, gets high response rates from employees without me needing to remind anyone (the reminders are sent automatically). It is well received by recipients.

No cons to note -- if anything maybe more variety in pre-loaded backgrounds, but you can upload a photo if you want.

I work for a company that has been remote since the covid pandemic and, in a case where we used to all sign a physical card when someone moved on to a new job or retired, Kudoboard is the perfect solution to replace a physical card. Not only can you easily have people from different departments and teams sign, but the recipient will have access to view this card forever.

Wonderful, enjoy the platform, the reminders, and the ability to schedule delivery. I also enjoy the ability to personalize the backgrounds.

We have been using Kudoboard since the pandemic to acknowledge birthdays or special occasions for staff, and it has been such a great platform to allow each individual to use their own personality and messages to celebrate people.

It would be nice to have the ability to schedule reminders to people to participate.

Kudoboard is great, especially for those of us who work remotely. It allows us to easily be able to show our appreciation, and also acknowledge and recognize each other as a group or individually, within the virtual world or working 100% remotely.

I love the Kudoboard product, as it has become my go to for acknowledging and recognizing team members for a number of things. I use it for birthday wishes, anniversary milestones, farewells, and any other kind of recognitions.

I wish there was a way to save different lists of recipients for sharing, instead of just saving all of the past recipients as one list.

Great experience each time we use this option. People seem to enjoy being able to personalize their greetings and it's much easier than passing a card around.

Great option for having employees 'sign' a colleague's birthday card and add their own personal touch, e.g., gifs and photos.

I do wish there was a cheaper enterprise/annual option for small companies (more than 10 employees but fewer than 100). Paying $6 each time seems a little high.

We were doing google slides to send bday and Yelpiversary cards and Kudoboard is significantly easier, faster, and more fun.

I love the layout, posting capability with gifs, ease of use, and auto-send features! Teams really like the solution compared to what we had before.

Nothing really negative to say as I like the software. Sometimes I post later than others and my post goes to the bottom and selfishly think about moving it up, but I guess that's what I get for posting later.

Excellent. Best thing ever! Ive noticed other people/teams starting to use the Kudoboard after seeing some of the ones that have been put out there. Kudoboard was a great tool during covid. Was able to send farewell messages to co-workers who left during the pandemic as we were not able to get together to sign cards etc.

The ease in using kudo. The various options to tailor a board. The ability to distribute the board to contributors from wherever you are to where ever they are. Timing of delivery function. The ability to change up a board when needed. The joy in receiving a Kudoboard.

When adding a photo- whoever adds it..name is attached to that posting. Would be nice if there was the option to just add photo with no wording/message below on same posting.

We use Kudoboard all the time for overall recognition, and it’s so nice to be able to customize for each receiver!

The website is so easy to use, both as the person setting up the Kudoboard and as someone contributing!

If I could change anything it would be to up the number of contributors for the free platform.

I go to this for my co workers who are remote and it's always easy breezy. For birthdays, farewells, weddings, work anniversary's, etc.

Very easy and fun to use! It is always nice and thoughtful. Setting up is user friendly and I love that the boards can be auto delivered.

I haven't came across any cons this far. I am apart of this through my organization.

Overall, I’ve had an incredible time using Kudoboard. The ability to invite others to contribute and to finally share the templates with the intended recipient have been phenomenal.

I like that Kudoboard is convenient, easy to use with great multi-use templates and creative layouts for any occasion. The ability to personalize by adding pictures and gifs is also fantastic.

There is nothing I don’t like about Kudoboard. I’ve used similar online platforms but they haven’t been as good.

Love it! Everyone is able to add their own unique touch to the cards and it can be printed into a poster if wanted!

Ease of set up and distribution , love that people from anywhere can contribute and it's not limited to only the people in the office.

Gifs selection is good but will become repetitive if more aren't added.

Overall, I appreciate the ease this tool has allowed me to celebrate my team, collecting many participants quickly and easily through the sharable links. I appreciate the option for GIF's within the comments to add extra flare to the receiver's experience!

I love how simple and easy it is to create a new board, to add to a board and to schedule a board to be sent to the recipient. I am able to stay organized with the boards I have created and appreciate the ability to customize each one!

I do wish there was a more cost effective option for an in-between pricing structure, rather than paying by the 1 or the business plan. I also wish there were some additional themes/backgrounds that were not tied to a specific type of celebration.

Kudoboard has offered the opportunity to allow digital signing of cards and is useful for employee departures.

This program is a fun way to recognize and celebrate team members! The gifs are a nice touch and the background designs are beautiful.

No ability to preschedule new kudoboard - if you could preschedule Kudoboards to create new ones for people's birthdays or work anniversaries then people would need to add well wishes.

I love having this resource to use in my role as an Educator. I have found many times where this came in handy. It's better than a hand written thank you note!

Easy to create. Fun. Engaging. We used this to send our condolences to a school where they lost a student due to a mass shooting in our state.

I wish there were a free option or a less expensive option.

LOVE Kudoboard. When my team and I all went remote, as leaders we were constantly looking for ways to engage the team and say thank you or happy birthday. This did it! Kudoboard brings a smile to peoples face, small moments of recognition are SO important!

Love how collaborative, fun and easy it is to use! It allows each person to personalize their message!

I wish the free board would increase how many people can participate by just a few - but totally get it!

Love it, will continue using it for sure! There is no app or website that comes close to the level of quality of Kudoboard.

Have been using these very often, super fun, simple, and boosts morale. I love all the different features, from being able to post pictures to gifs and everything in between.

Maybe more backgrounds, more variety, but overall nothing specific.

Overall, Kudoboard is a fabulous product and I don't hesitate to give it a five star review. It is easy to use, excellent quality, and a way to organize a large group of people to send lots of greetings all at once to commemorate any occasion. What I love is that it can be for small things . . . like wishing someone a wonderful day as a pick me up . . . or for big events like weddings, anniversaries, retirements, or milestone birthdays. The possibilities are endless and I absolutely love Kudoboards! I would love to see an education pricing opportunity. School budgets are truly thin already and that is why I just purchase individual Kudoboards for special occasions. I would love to do a birthday board for each staff member, however, cost for something like that would be a barrier in our school.

I love the simplicity of Kudoboard. It is very user friendly and I love that you can add your own photos to your greetings! Every person I have sent a Kudoboard to has responded with gratitude. It is a great way to get personal messages from a large group of people without having to organize them in the same physical space to sign or add to a greeting for a special event.

It is not a con vs a feature I am hoping will be added in the future. I would like to see more generic themes or the ability to change the color of a theme that I like, but is not in the recipient's favourite color scheme. I would also love a simple way to create my own theme . . . but that is not a con of this product, just my own love of design and creativity.
