Kudoboard has been a great tool for out team which is now fully remote to recognize members of the team.

Ease of Use - Setup and sharing with contributors is straight forward. Contributing to a board is easy.

Cost - Kudoboard is a little spendy for what essentially amounts to a pre-fabbed Mural/Miro template which auto-delivers via email.

I truly like this tool, is a easy way to celebrate milestones, it’s simple to use and makes a difference to the people that receives one.

I love that you don't need to be worried about sending the kudo on time, you just program the date and time and That’s it.

In free version you can only add 10 comments. It’ll be great if you can create a full list with all the celebrations during the year.

Overall happy with this we usually do the 100 signatures board for 5.99 and it seems like the perfect amount.

It's so simple but effective; insert a Giphy or image and write a note to your colleague, friend, family member. We use it for colleagues birthdays at my work and it's always a nice thing to arrive in your inbox on your birthday. Makes you feel appreciated. It is very user-friendly unlike some other similar programs I've seen.

Cons would be that you have to pay to upgrade the board...would be nice to keep the price consistent and not $20 for unlimited posts.

In general, if Kudoboard prices are brought down, it would be great for the customers, especially due to this inflation in goods and services. will be low that would be great.

- Honestly nothing! I have used Kudoboard many times and have never had a poor experience, if anything I wish we could have more users at to the Kudoboard for the free version

It's pretty good and I've introduced it at my new firm and it seems positive It's fun and easy to circulate and people seem to be embracing it.

The first level upgrade is overpriced. We're a firm of 12 and I go from the free option at 10 to suddenly paying $5.99 for up to 100. Maybe a $3.99 for up to 50??
Also, maybe some more backgrounds and styles would be good.
Also if you forget to upgrade so there's no space and people are trying to post, perhaps another reminder would help.

Easy, quick, efficient to use. Not a groundbreaking invention but a great simple tool for quickly recognising colleagues and collecting funds if needed.

Love that we can have as many people as we want write messages, that we can postdate it to send AND it sends us a message 24 hrs before it sends.

None that I can think of. The only thing I would say is maybe if there can be videos too with the giphys!

We have been able to replace physical letters with electronic letters from this platform. Every time nine employees join our company, we can send a letter of recognition to their main inbox so that this new employee feels comfortable in the company, in addition , the platform automatically sends congratulatory messages every time the work anniversary date of each employee approaches, it also sends congratulatory letters to their inbox automatically, the automated system helps a lot with this congratulatory letter without having to do that process manually. I would like this platform to have more variety when it comes to sending specific gift card awards to employees, currently there are several options to choose from to send this gift card, however, there are simply many more gift cards from different stores that are used within the United States, I hope this gift card store to send cards and mods improves within Kudoboard, I would love to see more gift card options.

Overall, I really enjoy using Kudoboard to celebrate various things with my team and to show appreciation. Whether it be birthdays, maternity leaves, sabbaticals, promotions or other celebratory events, we always make a Kudoboard.

I love it, i don't know about the pricing, t is paid for by my employer. i have a link in my signature so people will have even easier access to it.

Easy to use, allows for creativity, love the follow up reminders, i love the gifs, i have used it for individual cards and for group cards. It is a great replacement for the card that used to be passed around the office--now we are all remote and we can still send messages this way!

I don't have any cons, my experience has been great every time. I wish i had an icon i could put on my task bar, i have to go back to previous emails to access it.

Kudoboards can be set up in a few minutes and are easy to send to colleagues to add their messages to.

I would like some extra pictures or Gifs to chose from as when there are lots of contributors it can be hard not to duplicate posts.

I have used and introduced Kudos to different companies I have worked for or worked with. It's just so easy , but effective. It allows everyone to share their "KUDOS' and allows them to be creative.

If your team is smaller than 10 - this is FREE. -- which is even better.

Especially during the pandemic- It is contactless , safe . and fun.

Most teams are larger than 10 - maybe increase the amount to 15 or 20.

Kudoboard is a fun, easy way to teams to celebrate each other virtually! Just takes a min to share a photo or gif and comment for a teammate. And no need for users to create an account or anything. The recipient can even print out and/or save their Kudoboard if they want to hand on to it!

Easy to use, affordable, gets high response rates from employees without me needing to remind anyone (the reminders are sent automatically). It is well received by recipients.

No cons to note -- if anything maybe more variety in pre-loaded backgrounds, but you can upload a photo if you want.

I work for a company that has been remote since the covid pandemic and, in a case where we used to all sign a physical card when someone moved on to a new job or retired, Kudoboard is the perfect solution to replace a physical card. Not only can you easily have people from different departments and teams sign, but the recipient will have access to view this card forever.

We have been using Kudoboard since the pandemic to acknowledge birthdays or special occasions for staff, and it has been such a great platform to allow each individual to use their own personality and messages to celebrate people.

It would be nice to have the ability to schedule reminders to people to participate.

Kudoboard is great, especially for those of us who work remotely. It allows us to easily be able to show our appreciation, and also acknowledge and recognize each other as a group or individually, within the virtual world or working 100% remotely.

I love the Kudoboard product, as it has become my go to for acknowledging and recognizing team members for a number of things. I use it for birthday wishes, anniversary milestones, farewells, and any other kind of recognitions.

I wish there was a way to save different lists of recipients for sharing, instead of just saving all of the past recipients as one list.
