Overall creating and sharing a Kudoboard for a team member is easy to do and the available customizations are cute enough.

Kudoboard is easy to use and set up for team birthdays or goodbye cards. Simple and easy to pick customizable options make it quick to create.

Would like the option to upload customized backgrounds and fonts!

Way better than other free group card tools i have used in the past. I work at a school and for a non-profit.

I have used Kudoboard for a while, as had several members of my workplace and will continue to do so, it's really good.

It's a great platform - easy to set up, it's easy to manage and make any changes and then it's easy to distribute.

Nothing - all the hard work of going around to get signatures is taken away!

Can’t recommend highly enough. Such a touching gift. Love it that we have the option of printing out too.

So easy to use. Just need email addresses & off we go! I’ve organized kudo boards for weddings, thank you’s & bon voyages. So lovely reading all those heartfelt messages. And now we can add donations/contributions-perfect! Saves me from asking & organizing. Kudo boards take the hassle out of something wonderful.

As editor I wish I could move people’s posts around. Also include more than 1 pic per post.

Easy to get everyone on board with the software and we can all read the board online to see everyone's pics.

Personalization to add GIF's provided from Software or to add your own pictures and messages from dept events.

1) could use more background boards since we use it often for dept birthdays, sympathy, baby showers
2) if we could add a verbal message, that would be great too to add personal jokes
3) if the recipient could also write back in one thank you to everyone on the board would be great too.

Really easy to use and track cards delivery to target user. This saves a lot of time as well. Recommend this product a lot.

We always use it for birthdays and celebrations and it's easy to share it with other teams and send it to the interested people.

In this hybrid work age, it's important to find ways to stay connected. We use Kudoboards in lieu of signed cards at the office and it's a great way for everyone to participate and connect with each other.

Fun gifs and photos to add to the messages, easy set up and scheduling, easy to share with others, competitive pricing to physical cards but way easier to get everyone to sign this one.

We use Kudoboard to celebrate our employees' birthdays. We have employees nationwide and most are working remotely so this is a way for everyone to wish someone a happy birthday or celebrate an accomplishment, new baby or anything else we might want to acknowledge. The system is very easy to use for both the creators and the contributors. And there are great GIF's to add to the messages to make them more fun.

GIF's are great but keep adding new ones. More backgrounds would be great too. It would be nice to be able to schedule a deadline and then a separate delivery time for the recipient.

I am an AA and use this application daily and enjoy using it. Mostly used for celebration and recognition of other colleagues: birthdays, milestone anniversary dates, etc.

Easy to navigate, Good choice option based on occasion, user friendly. I like all the options for delivery choices, links to page are especially helpful so I can embed into a mass email to colleagues.

Good. It's a great product to use in the workplace in place of the super large cards that had to be physically circulated around the office and excluded employees at other sites.

I like that it's super easy to set up, our workforce can access it from all sites and locations and we can customise our additions with gifs, images and memes.

I'd like to be able to customise the board more. Change the header colour as well as the background to suit the recipient. I'd also like more diverse backgrounds to suit different hemispheres and cultures, not just US.

I like this product and I prefer it when selecting online cards overall the price compares with other products that they are free.

Overall kudoboard is fantastic. The team loves using kudoboard and we even have our other companies using it as well. It serves the purpose of company entertainment, achievement, and kindness.

Kudoboard is great for teams that enjoy company culture. It is a nice way to allow team members to share notes or messages for special occasions that just add a little more to a persons day. It unites the team!

I would say the background choices could use a little bit of an upgrade. I do create mine as customs, but it would be nice to not have to create them and have some decent celebration choices.

Overall, I have no major complaints and would definitely recommend Kudoboard. It gets the job done with minimal effort required which makes life much easier.

I really like Kudoboard as it is very easy to set up a Kudoboard, it is very straight forward and also very easy to distribute. I use it at work for staff birthdays. I really appreciate them.

The only aspect I don't like is that the free board has a maximum number of people who can sign it, but recently I have not been using Kudoboard for big groups of people so have not been affected directly thankfully.

Easy way to send greetings and get the whole team to collaborate. Like that it remembers my contacts so I don't have to ask them each time.

Was unable to add my own GIF. I paid for an upgrade and was still told that my board was full.

Pretty good experience with Kudoboard so far, as stated in my "Pro" section, I do enjoy it as I use it for work, to show love and appreciation to my team for birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

I do enjoy being able to send my team work anniversaries, birthday etc. It makes it easy to have fun ideas for the staff and team alike.

Not much that I dislike, I think the only thing that could be better is being able to mass copy and paste emails for the same people.

Overall it's a great experience! It's an easy yet impactful way of recognizing employees in a personalized fashion.

I use Kudoboard all the time for work birthdays on my team. Super easy to set up, takes 2 seconds, and love the GIPHY integration. Love the addition of being able to add gift card funds.

There's none I can think of. I guess maybe if the price was cheaper since it has recently increased.
