Really good option for messaging to a global team. Speedy, efficient and can ensure timely delivery.

Like the design options and the ease of uploading images. Also like the scheduling function to ensure timely delivery and the notification of a sent and opened message.

Can't think of any downsides but wonder if one day there could be a sound function?

I find KUDOS boards is a great alternative to the old school hand-written cards in the office. The virtual concept can bring in people from all over the globe.

Easy to navigate and the cost is minimal. Started using KUDOS during COVD for the office and we have kept the practice after returning to work! It's great to see the GIFs from everyone!

The only con I can see is that the price increases with the amount of people who want to participate in being a part of the shared virtual card.

Love kudoboards for farewells for colleagues. Love that you can set a delivery time and add images .

Love that the board options are cheap for a big amount of messages. Really great for a lot departures

This is an awesome solution and way to recognize our employees and their accomplishments! This really brightens our employees experience!

I love that this allows me to schedule e cards to be delivered to my employees. It is way easier to use than trying to send around a physical card for signatures, especially given our workforce is often out of the office and at multiple sites.

The only improvement I can think of is to expand the library of images even more. It's already great, but I'd love to see it constantly updated!

I have been with my company a little over 6 months, and Kudoboard have made it easy to connect with my fellow co-workers as well as showing my personality! We have gotten to celebrate birthdays, retirements, promotions, etc!!!!

I love the ease of creating our boards for our associates. I am able to choose backgrounds to match the occasion, upload GIFs, pictures, etc, as well as adding messages. As a creator of our boards, I am able to choose when to deliverer the boards and if not opened in a timely manner, Kudoboard will notify me with the link to the board, so I can send it directly to the recipient.

There are no cons to this easy way of posting celebrations!!!

I have been using Kudoboards to send farewells to colleagues. They deserve to know the impact they have made on the organization. I look forward to using all ways to celebrate my fellow employees. It's been a wonderful experience that my colleagues have enjoyed.

This site is so easy to navigate. Whatever celebrations your looking for, Kudoboards has it. Highly recommend to any one, If you want to share praise or celebrate wins.

Overall I love Kudoboards! I should have purchased the subscription. I didn't realize how easy and frequently I would use them. For work purposes we use them monthly!

Board selection limits - if you have 1 person over the limit to sign the board you need to buy the upgraded board which then has more people available to sign which isn't needed. Would like to see smaller number ranges for boards with equivalent purchase pricing.

Good and efficient and quite personal. I have not used the support function, so have no idea if it is good or bad. Therefore I rated it"Just OK". There should be a field for "not used". As for the design, it would be nice with a few more choices, or for example a choice of colouring. The farewell options were rather "sombre".
Frequency of use: 2-3 times per year in the past but it will be monthly going forward.
And well - I find 9 USD rather expensive.

A Kudoboard is an efficient way to provide personalised messages from people who cannot come to the same address and sign a physical card.

Printing was a bit troublesome, but after a few attempts I got it right. It would be great if 2 pages was possible, as the text becomes very small if there are many messages.

I enjoy it very much and so does the staff.

At first the delivery part was confusing but I understand it now.

I've tried a few other options for workplace ecards and Kudoboard is the best by far! There are lots of customization options, notifications, and ability to schedule the card to auto-send at a specified day/time. The site is easier to navigate than other websites I've tried, and it just feels more fun.

Easy to use and customize. Lots of occasions and options to choose from. Can schedule when to automatically send the card to the recipient. Notifications for additional signers, when the card was sent, and when it was opened by the recipient. Allowing reactions on posts is a fun way to make the cards more interactive.

Wish there were more customization options for the theme. Suggested card titles would also be nice.

Kudoboard is a fun and easy way to recognize and acknowledge our coworkers life events. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a simple platform to send e-cards from a group.

Fun GIF options, extremely easy website and platform to navigate, & several options to fit the right occasion.

We have a workaround for this now but our company firewall blocks the email if we send it directly from Kudoboard.

It's such an amazing to have this operating within the teams, it does build a lot of excitement. Easier to get everyone to post on kudo board without tracking where the card is and who has it.

Definitely fits our needs for a simple board but also has a lot of other cool features (like video) that I don't often use.

Kudoboard is super easy to use - from developing the board to reaching out to collaborators to sending the board, it's all very simple and straight-forward.

I feel like the free version used to be sufficient for our needs, but 10 posts is pretty limited. I wish there were a lighter and cheaper version than the smallest paid option you currently offer.

Kudoboards make my job and life easier on multiple levels. From a professional standpoint, they're perfect.

Kudoboards are WONDERFUL. I've worked in tiny offices and large organizations, they're good for both. You get more messages that are more heartfelt in a kudoboard than passing around a dusty card. You're also not giving someone something they have to throw away. I love the gifs, I think they're so much fun!

There isn't anything I actually dislike about this product. It already gives me a reminder a week before someone's birthday.

Kudoboard is my favorite and only go to celebration software! I would not use any other system for all the Pro's I already mentioned. Our company loves it and uses it daily!

As I mentioned in the Pros section, Kudoboard ticks all of the boxes when it comes to getting disparate team members to sign a card for another team member.

Gone are the days of finding a card and surreptitiously trying to pass it around the office when someone is leaving the team. Kudoboard allows you to do the same thing without the recipient being aware. I have used it for promotions, retirements, get-well cards, as well as retirements. We even had one printed and framed for a senior leader that was leaving.

I cannot think of anything that I don't like about Kudoboard. It ticks all of the boxes.

Kudoboard is easy to use and convenient. It's definitely a good product that I would recommend, especially in a work environment.

We have been using Kudoboard at my work for several years now. It's easy to set up and it's nice to be able to celebrate birthdays and such. I love that my work account syncs to the emails so I don't have to dig for everyone's email address.

The graphics could be much better. They are too plain and the style isn't my favorite.

Overall, we rely on kudoboards within our organization quite often. The team loves contributing to them because it allows them to search for their own memes or puns. The boards can be saved or printed as well. For what it does, pricing may be a little steep for some individuals/orgs out there.

The kudoboards are so fun to contribute to. You can search memes, or any graphic or gif, to personalize your message. This allows you to make humorous and punny contributions. The kudoboard is easier to distribute among the team for others to write than passing around a physical card. It's very straight forward to use and we love it!

Some of the gif graphics are really pixelated, I wish the quality could be better. I also wish there were a wider variety of gifs than the ones available (you see the same ones over and over after awhile). Pricing may also be a limiting factor for some teams/organizations.

I enjoy my experience with Kudoboard and will use again. My favorite thing is how easy it is so share and I appreciate how beautiful the templates are!

I love that I can bring the in-office and remote members of my team together to create a meaningful and beautiful board to celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, and more!

Pricing it a bit high and can add up if you are using the product frequently.
