Overall, I'm really happy with Kudoboard. Our team carved out budget for it because free solutions just don't measure up in terms of ease of use and the positive impact Kudoboards have on our team culture. With a few tweaks (as described in this review), Kudoboard would be a 5-star solution.

I love how easy it is to contribute to a kudoboard, as well as being able to include gifs and other fun ways to make it visually appealing. Our team tried to move away from Kudoboard to free solutions and decided to come back because it's so easy to get big groups together to contribute to a board, the delivery is seamless, and other functionality is just a lot easier to use than others.

I find the "account" functionality to be confusing. I can contribute to kudoboards without logging in, but it does prompt me to log in each time, and when I do, my dashboard shows some of the previous boards I've created and contributed to, but not all of them. It's confusing.

In addition, the handling of email addresses for inviting people to contribute is bizarre. It offers me a list of "recently invited" email addresses but they're mostly masked/hidden. For example, I'll see a list that looks like:

bo********@gmail.com
As you can imagine, when I'm inviting a bunch of people from the same domain, there are too many emails that look the same and I can't differentiate between them, so it's basically useless to me. I end up having to generate a list of emails outside of kudoboard every time.

my overall experience is great so far but the design is a it minimum as you can't change the color of the top bar.

it's easy to use and great to have teams contribute to the celebration together. Love to see there is another option for adding $$ as needed.

I would love to see more themes available, the birthday themes aren't that many to choose from.

Overall this is a fun product that our team enjoys using. Recommend as a fun thing to keep the team together.

It's so easy to use and fun! Keeps our team enaged and gives a platform for everyone to celebrate our colleagues accomplishments. Works well for a team that works all over the globe.

Wish there were even more board options. And that it would auto save/remind me of people's birthdays for next year. Maybe auto create a board?

I'm glad to switched over to Kudobaord as our way of sending virtual birthday cards! Being 100% remote, it's a great way to build connective tissue between our team.

I love that the Kudoboard makes it so easy to celebrate each other's birthdays! It' so easy to set up and as a signer, it's so easy to customize a message with gifs and pictures! And it looks so good as well.

I love everything about it, there are no cons that I can think of.

This is my go-to when a colleague has a birthday, life event (baby or retirement) or just a simple "thank you for being awesome". The platform is easy to use, gives you several options to share so others can interact and provides a way for the recipient to give their thanks.

The only "con" I can think of is that you can't customize the font. That would be a neat addition if you can change the color of the font and pick the style that you'd like.

Love using Kudoboard! If you haven't tried them, you need to check them out. Everyone loves receiving them.

I love being able to collaborate with others to send a Kudoboard. In our virtual environment, this allows us to send kudos from one location with participation from various folks regardless of their location.

Wish there were more categories (Birthday, etc.)

I was introduced to Kudoboard by a colleague at a previous company and I've introduced it to my last 2 companies and we use it for birthdays, goodbyes, etc.

It's very convenient, free to use (for up to 10 posts) and reasonable price for more posts, offers so many different options.

Nothing that I can think of. Never came across any issues.

My experience has been easy. It has been fun putting the Kudoboards together, and it has been great to see the wonderful things that my coworkers have to say about one another. I feel like Kudoboard really brings teams together, and I love that so much. It is such a positive experience using Kudoboard, and I plan to use it in the future. I used to use another website, but that one does not hold a candle to Kudoboard. I am beyond satisfied with this website. It is easy to learn how to use, it is user-friendly, it has a lot of options for customization, and it ultimately brings joy to the recipient(s) of the board.

I love that I am able to involve all of my coworkers in praising a teammate. I love that their voices can all be heard in a beautiful board, where images, gifs, and even confetti can be used to decorate the space. I love that there is an assortment of exciting backgrounds that can be used to add even more of a visual appeal to the board. The fact that you can set a date for the board to go out automatically is awesome. I also enjoy the fact that you can keep the contributor's names on the board or you can remove them if needed. It is very versatile that way. The board even has an option to add a gift card, which is a nice touch. I have never used that feature personally, but it seems like if someone wanted to add a gift card that feature would make things easier. I like that they have a free version or a paid version, so you can decide what best works for you and your budget.

I wish there were a few more plain backgrounds for those individuals who do not like all the bold images that are offered as backgrounds. I also wish you could choose the color of the confetti. Also, sometimes when you pick a gif it does not load properly and looks a bit fuzzy. I gave the design section a 4 for these reasons, even though I wish I could rate Kudoboard 5 across the board.

Overall had a good experience with Kudoboard across work and personal settings, for diverse occasions.

User friendly interface, easy to post pictures and make a nice card electronically from a group at the office or at school.

Subscriptions require extensive use, a smaller subscription option would be nice.

I will continue to use Kudoboard! It's super easy and my team really loves getting them. You can use them for any type of recognition. Birthdays, reaching goals, etc.

I think it's a great product and It's wonderful because it has an easy interface for those who aren't so tech savvy.

I love the fact that we can pen down words to co-workers especially when they are leaving. It's something they get to keep with them to encourage them and remind them of the beautiful memories shared.
I also like the easy navigations and ability to resend and send card to more than one email.

Nothing really - As always, human nature is to wish there were more spaces for the free template but again that will be selfish as Kudoboard needs to thrive...so no cons per se!

Super easy and fun thing to do for our office! It is a fun way to personalize peoples birthdays as the gifs as such a wide range!

This is a really easy way to give someone collective messages of support and to connect together. We've used this for birthdays, deaths, new jobs, new babies, tough times, and even "just thinking of you"

Kudoboard is a great way to be able to show appreciation (or celebration) for someone when folks aren't all in one place to sign a physical card. It's heartfelt and easy to give a quick message of support/congrats/bon voyage/sympathy to those receiving, and people seem really touched to get Kudoboards.

The gifs can be a bit large space-wise-- just the formatting on inserting gifs makes them a bit too big often for the overall look of the kudoboard.

When needing to wish someone well, celebrate a birthday or congratulate a coworker about a promotion, Kudoboard is the perfect spot to do just that. Multiple contributors in different locations can all add their messages which is so convenient. The selection of colors and themes are fun to choose from, as well! We use Kudoboards for all types of occasions!

Being able to add gifs or memes to the message is fantastic! Ability to include people in different locations as contributors, and ability to schedule delivery times is great, as well.

Our only wish is that there were more occasions to choose from and a few more mature or modern looking prints.

I recommend to everyone and use this product often! I love all of the different options and that it helps me when I forget to get a physical card. This adds so much more detail and personal gifs to make it fun.

Kudoboard is my first thought whenever an employee is having a big event - promotion, new baby, retirement, or leaving the university. I set up the board in a few minutes and employees are adding messages in no time. Very convenient and user-friendly.

The ease in setting up a board is impressive. It literally takes less than 5 minutes to have it ready to go for use. I also like the features of being able to schedule (or not schedule) the delivery.

I would like to have a way to go back and add in the gift card option if it wasn't selected from the start. Even if it only allows for one person to add money, that would be good.

I am a huge fan! I will continue to use Kudoboards as a way to celebrate and create the culture I want to work in at my office.

I love sending Kudoboards as a way to build culture in my new office. I arrived 9.5 months ago and I think it is a fun way to recognize employee milestones (birthdays, retirements, new jobs, babies!).

Kudoboards make it easy for me to set up a fun background and share the link with 9 other colleagues and then have the board delivered to the recipient on a selected date and time. Perfection!

Since I only have a free account, I am limited on the number of contributors to the Kudoboard.

I love it! I would like to explore other ways to use it beyond the work environment and extend it to families and friends.

I like the GIFs and personal messages. The simplicity of it is great and allows you to quickly show people that you are thinking of them without the hassle of trying to figure out a complicated system. Kudos! :)

There is nothing really that I do not like. I think there could be more background options but that is just me being picky.

So many people can wish a person with wonderful wishes at the same time. It makes the person feel special.

None as such this is an excellent platform to keep the person informed.

Overall I think with some time people will find value in it. I know the few Birthday boards I did the recipients appreciated them!

I love how everyone can provide a detailed personal message. It is a much more personal way to wish someone happy birthday or a get well etc.

Getting people to click on the link and fill it out is tough.
