Overall, Kudoboard has been great for our work environment and it is a great way to celebrate a special day/occasion.

This has been a great way to celebrate birthdays in our office. It takes 30 seconds to post a unique message to your coworker and share a special message.

After using it for awhile, you run out of new material, BUT this just means you have to become more creative.

Good overall, straightforward and easy to use. Would be great to also provide some sample messages for special occasions.

- defaults to email/user handle as first name + last name, and having to manually update first name
- not enough gif choices

Fun for the user and easy giving! Bonus is ease for the recipient to thank all that responded in one email.

The ease of sending out invites and the setup. Love all the additional features that the end users can add when providing their wishes to make it personal between the receiver and the giver. Plus ease of receiver being able to thank all who responded!

The limited amount of free emails but understand this service comes at a cost. It's still worth the price if using for a large group.

Kudoboard is a well-thought product that can be used by anyone no matter their technical skill. Offers a great way to recognize and celebrate co-workers!

Kudoboard is perfect for maintaining a fun/easy way to celebrate any occasion within the office! It is super user-friendly & provides endless ways to express one's self using pics/gifs.

A pro is being able to schedule a delivery, so I don't need to remember to send it out myself. Another pro would be having so many options to make the Kudoboard look nice.

There honestly isn't anything I don't like about Kudoboard.

A product such as this needs to be very efficient and joyful to use with minimum configuration required from the user. Kudoboard ticks all of these boxes.

Very easy to start using. The additional features are useful but unobtrusive so so you can get started very easily and then add whatever you like. Integration with our company contact list means it is very easy to add collaborators. Schedule send works excellently. Lots of GIFs and images available. The Kudoboard background that is automatically generated is always pretty and there is no need to change it.

It would be nice to have a feature that prevent you accidentally adding the recipient as a collaborator.

Kudoboard is the perfect resource for any occasion that you would typically do a group card or gift card. It is simple and easy to use on the admin side and even easier for collaborators.

Kudoboard is user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and provides options for different event or celebration types!

It’s not that I don’t like, but would love to see even more layout and design options!

Overall experience has been great, I love to see teammates connect on a more personal level and continue to grow relationships.

-Great for working within teams, especially virtually. The connection and relationships it helps to build is super nice.

-Would love to see more background options. I had a couple of weddings that I didn't feel any theme matched, and I also did one for Mother's Day that didn't have many options.

I love Kudoboard and plan to continue using it for all my collaborative expressions of gratitude! I also love that the Kudoboards stay with your account so you can always revisit old boards to reminisce.

I’ve used Kudoboard for colleagues, my children’s teachers, birthdays, etc., it simplifies the challenge of trying to get signatures from a group on a card and the ability to add photos, GiFs, etc., adds to the personalization of the board. It is just so much easier to send a link in an email than chase folks around the office to sign a card.

I was a little bummed that the free version doesn’t allow for video content, but certainly worth the small fee for a larger group for an important event…. Again, easier than a card and the same price.

Overall, I would recommend Kudoboard to anyone looking for a creative way to send messages. It's also so fun to receive them as well.

I have used Kudoboard for my team's birthdays and work anniversaries! It's awesome to celebrate these wins with a fun, interactive, and engaging platform. The images and giphys are always a nice touch and I know that the team truly appreciates the messages.

I do wish that the mini board came with additional posts!

This is a very simple tool to appreciate, celebrate, show kindness, empathy, etc all in a single page. The tool is very easy to use and supports images, GIFs, emojis etc.
I seldom use it to celebrate work anniversaries and birthdays of my team mates. The free board does work for me for most of the times, but I do end up upgrading to the paid version when I have more contributions for a given event.
In the times where lot of companies are doing budget cuts, Kudoboard comes handy where we can show appreciations and celebrate by staying within the budgets.

Will surely continue using this tool!! Great work, Kudoboard team!

This tool is easy to use and intuitive. It’s convenient and even better that you can schedule deliveries of the boards so that you don’t have to remember to share or send it. It’s great to be able to have contributors to add to the recognition being given whether it’s a bday, anniversary, or a pat on the back kudos makes it easy to send boards to anyone using just an email address. I’ve used the tool more than 5 times in the past month along.

Kudoboard is a great addition to our supervisor options for team celebrations! It's relatively easy to create exciting celebratory greetings that I could not do otherwise and delivery the electronically to most anyone.

Relatively easy to create and there are lots of exciting and creative options for design and messages.
Kudoboard provides a wonderful way for our team to share their encouraging words with their team mates now that half our team is working remotely. It has replaced sharing treats and celebrating onsite for anniversaries and various celebrations.

There is not anything in particular that can think of right now. A feature or two might be easier to navigate, such as entering participants. It would be nice if there was an option to enter a distribution list.

We have had a lot of retirements, resignations, and a few weddings in the past few years. Usually we would send around a card to sign, but with everyone still working about 90% virtually, Kudoboard is very convenient and very user friendly.

Since my organization is still 90% telework, Kudoboard makes it easy to allow co-workers to acknowledge birthdays, resignations, and retirements without having to be in the office.

I wish there were a little more variety with backgrounds.

We use it all of the time at our company for thank you occasions, retirements, congratulations, and everything in between.

I like the ease of use and how many preset memes and gifs are available for all occasions. We have received positive feedback from our staff.

No real cons to this product to pass along at this time.

Great product and experience! My team and I use it multiple times per year for boards of varying sizes.

Customizability, gifs, emojis. Ability to: move messages around, edit or delete messages that don't meet company policy, lock boards, password protect boards, share link with contributors.

What an amazing concept!
Virtual card for everyone to share, no matter when and where.
For communities big and small, time is no longer an issue at all.
The gift card option allows even a better experience of gift giving.

Okay, 10 participants in mini version for free...all good, understood.
Basically a sample.
But the gap between premium and milestone versions should be filled with one more option... at least.
Though 100 is enough at some occasions...infinite number is waaay too much in other.

I think Kudoboard is an amazing tool as it allows for posting of youtube videos and so much more. Totally recommend!

Absolutely love this tool as it enables us to build the employee morale at work when celebrating birthdays, work anniversaries and farewells after employee departs from the company.

Maybe more template options for background would be great.

A great way to make your remote coworkers feel special! I absolutely love creating a Kudoboard to wish my coworkers a happy birthday, congratulate them on their accomplishments or most recently, show a coworker that we support her during a very hard time in her life.

The themes are fun and appropriate. Adding funds is easy and practical.

-It needs more themes or rotate on a monthly basis.
-Gift card icon should be larger and more noticeable for the recipient.
