My colleagues and I frequently use Kudoboard for birthdays and other celebrations. The instruction video makes it easy to create, schedule and deliver a Kudoboard. And it gives "signers" the ability to search for fun GIFs and photos suiting the occasion and receiver to go with their messages. I don't mind paying the 5.99 to include more than 10 people because that's about what I might pay to go out and buy a card. And no more passing around printed cards and trying to keep track of who in the office is holding the card and who hasn't signed yet!

Ease of use, ability to search for GIFs and photos to go with your message, ability to schedule delivery for a certain day and time.

I need to sort of re-teach myself each time I create one and remember/experiment with things like where on the screen do I click to start scheduling and such.

Kudoboards are an essential part of our work culture now; Keeping our teams connected and providing an opportunity to show gratitude and warmth for one another.

It's a fun and festive way to give people an opportunity to show their appreciation for each other!

Can't vary fonts between the header and the posts on the same board. Would like more current background options.

Kudoboard has been a great addition to our team. We have been able to use them for birthdays and farewells.

It is so nice to be able to start multiple Kudoboards at once and schedule delivery! Takes a lot of stress off of having to remember to send on time. Also fun to be able to add GIFs.

It isn't super intuitive how to post, but once you do it the first time it's easy!

Overall experience is great! We can communicate with each other and celebrate milestones wherever we are. Very useful and fun to work with.

My company loves to use Kudoboard since a lot of us are remote and it makes it easier to celebrate by writing nice things. It also has a way for printing it which is awesome. I like how you can add pictures as well.

It would be nice to have a membership for those that use it frequently.

Overall, Kudoboard is a great tool to use for all types of cards, such as birthdays, get well cards etc.

It helped our organization a lot when COVID hit, we were still able to provide birthday cards, but online!

It can be hard to navigate, for a first time user.

It is really easy to get lots of people to "sign" a "thank you card" with options for adding GIFs, photos, etc. Really fun!

I don't always remember where to go to close the card for submissions, but that's because I only use once a year.

I would recommend this product to any Supervisors. It is an easy way to make any of your employee's days. A small gesture goes a long way!

Kudoboard is very user friendly. I have been using it for over a year now and this is a great product to use for any of your employees; new-hire, employees leaving, events, or any holidays.

I do not have any Cons at this time. There are so many options to pick from for any event you are creating a Kudoboard for.

Overall, I've had a 10/10 experience! My company has used Kudoboard to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, work accomplishments, retirements, etc. Thank you so much for creating this product!

- Being able to invite contributors remotely and without needing to create a Kudoboard account
- Scheduled delivery
- Being able to edit contributors' posts as an admin (to fix grammar errors, update pics, etc.)

It would be great if:
- Multiple photos could be attached to a post
- Searching for gifs/photos was more refined, better organized (maybe with more search filters?)
- Sometimes when searching, gifs take a while to load (but that might just be an issue with the internet connection on my end)
- More font choices and sizes were available

A great experience! Very useful for teams that have hybrid or remote - everyone can write a message even if they're not in the office.

The reminder email is helpful, especially with busy schedules.

More inclusive background options would be great - like non-cisgender wedding and birthday backgrounds.

I love that they added a gift card option to give a gift to the receiver.

No cons I don’t have anything bad to say I think it’s great.

Kudoboard works best for us in my workplace, since so many colleagues work remotely and would struggle to sign a physical card. It's easy to use and convenient.

There's no physical token to give a colleague, which I do miss.

I use Kudoboard for birthdays on my work team. Overall it's a great solution for dispersed/remote teams.

Easy to share, collaborate, and send. Always well received by recipient. Easy for recipient to acknowledge receipt and share thanks.

Can be tricky to find relevant GIFs. Might want more tracking to know who has signed and who hasn't.

Positive until recent changes to pay structure where miniboards are now a few. Much less likely to use Kudoboard since pay structure change.

Easy to use and a good variety of card designs. Like the ability to schedule cards in advance and to be alerted when recipients open them.

Started charging for mini boards. I have instances where there are less than 10 people signing and not happy that I now have to pay for a mini board.

Kudoboard has provided the perfect way to celebrate our team in our remote/hybrid workplace. Team engagement is incredibly important, especially since the onset of the pandemic. Our work team only coordinates on-site one day a month, so to be able to celebrate each other and feel recognized and part of the team while remote has been game-changing.

The ease of preparing a Kudoboard and the features of scheduling delivery. As the administrator, I appreciate having the capability of creating all the Kudoboards needed at the beginning of the month and scheduling their delivery date so that no matter whether I am working that day or on vacation, our staff still receive their recognition.

We use the free version as it was not in the budget for this year to subscribe to this platform. One con in the free version is only allowing 10 people to contribute to the Kudoboard. While we realize this is due to the different subscription levels and have adjusted based on the free version, we would love if that number increased.

Kudoboard is super easy to use and something that the recipient can easily download, print, and keep. I love using it for birthdays and for recognizing accomplishments!

There is nothing about Kudoboard that I haven't liked so far!

It was really easy, especially if you are busy at work and don't have time to sing a card. Loved it!

The best and simple way to send a e-card to thank or to simple wish a happy birthday. I really like all the options you can choose from, really friendly.

These days so many people are online, and know people from all around the world. Kudoboard makes it easier for people to connect and bond by sending birthday messages, holiday cards, and more, even with the distance.

I like how easy it is to set up a kudo, the many designs, schedule it to be sent, add a gift cards, and add images.

I honestly don't have any cons for it, it's easy to use and I think the cost is fine.

I have used Kudoboard for several years and I enjoy the flexible, personalized message board. I have used both paid and free versions and have found both options to be fun and engaging.

Platform is user friendly - and use is quite intuitive. Both free and paid version are excellent options to share sentiments with others.

Would like customizable backgrounds, otherwise, I'm quite content with the platform.

I use Kudoboard about 8-10 times a year, mostly the free service. As mentioned, it is quick, easy, reliable and has great features for a quick card. The ability to schedule sending a card ahead of time as well makes it easy to never forget and also to get in nice and early on someone's special day.

I love using Kudoboard without our team at work. It is the perfect go to card for birthdays, thank you's & general cards. Easy to use, FREE, and most importantly quick and simple.

No con's that I can think of at this stage, it is so very easy to use.
