Vey Happy with the product. My team likes the ease of posting a message. We use it for all our team birthdays, retirements and promotional congrats.

It is easy to set up and post a message. The price is reasonable in compared to prices of greeting cards.

Would like the small Kudoboard to allow maybe 12 messages before having to pay the 5.99.

For first time user maybe an unlimited amount of messages so they can get hooked.

My experience with this product has been excellent since the start of COVID and I would highly recommend it to any organization looking to celebrate milestones. This is far more engaging than passing a card around the office and far more discreet.

-The gift card feature helps raise funds even if colleagues aren't on site.
-The board UI is super simple to navigate and I seldom ever have questions
-Colleagues love getting to write heartfelt messages and even goof around with funny pictures

-Wish there were more background options
-Gift card feature charge is reasonable but seems a little high
-When printing the board into a book or poster, the animated pictures get a little pixelated

Product is good, it works, however it can surely be improved in many ways. There should be a way to replicate past boards as it is and then customize the necessary bits each time.

Nice background designs and access to tonnes of gifs and pictures to choose from. Pre-defined email templates and text suggestions are also good.

Setting up email list isn't very convenient. Last used email ids don't always populate properly.
More background designs should be added to the picture library.

Great site, I highly recommend it! The option for setting a date and time is a life saver. You can add gifs and jpegs which is fun when you're using for a team.

I have been using Kudoboard for two years now for work celebrations and its a huge hit. It was especially helpful during Covid when everyone was WFH it added some fun with our teams.

I was so happy to have found the site. I was getting bored with other sites I was using and prices kept going up. I like that they offer a membership you can share it across teams so it’s cost friendly.

I wish they had more options- they have added DEI which is wonderful, and having most of the holidays is great.

Our team loves using Kudoboard. It has helped us stay connected while working in a hybrid environment (where each member of the team doesn't necessarily work in the office with every other member of our team).

Kudoboard has been a great tool to create happy birthday pages for our hybrid team! It allows our team to feel more connected and takes away the difficulty of passing around a birthday card for each event.
We also love that you can schedule the date/time for the page to be sent. It really helps to take away one more step in the process, and you know that the page will always be sent at the correct date/time (and no one will forget to send it!).

Our team has more than 10 people on it at certain points during the year but the free version only allows 10 posts. This isn't a true con though, as there are options to upgrade your experience (which will allow for more posts).

I use this for anniversary milestones and when people retire/leave. This has been great for my semi-virtual teams, when historically I would have used a greeting card that everyone needed to be on-site to use. Highly recommend.

Planned delivery helps with hectic schedules and delivering by a deadline (ex: retirement date). GIFs are a hoot to use. Found some neat anniversary backgrounds to use.

The backgrounds could use some more help. Maybe additional backgrounds? Or when a design has a graphic (like the anniversary template that shows the anniversary number) could the posts not be placed over graphic.

It's ease to use to start and great to have something started and automatically send out. It makes it easy to send out for any occasion and work on something that is shared among groups.

Overall very happy with creation, contribution, and distribution ease of access. Sometimes slow and some feature unavailable.

Boards are easy to create. Easy to distribute. Easy for team collaboration with the copy link feature.

I've used this 5 times for work and it's easy to send to everyone. It looks clean and I like the option that I can push to send it out and it'll remind me or automatically does it. The 24-hour reminder for others to sign is great and encouraging.

Love the different style backgrounds, and fonts and can add in creativity with the post - gifs, pics, etc. I like that you can send the invite out directly and only people who have the link can sign. I love the feature when the person receives it and opens it too - gives me peace of mind that it was seen.

I had no cons or issues with using this. Very straightforward.

Overall love it, use it quite frequently for IC anniversaries, IC departure, and birthday celebrations!

I have used it to celebrate couple of birthdays and farewells of my colleagues and they were all very happy when we showed them the Kudoboard. So I’d recommend everyone to use this in special days!

Kudoboard is very creative and super easy to use! It’s a perfect platform to use to make employees happy in birthdays, anniversaries, and farewell. You can also add gifs, pictures alongside with text in your message. Physical cards can get lost but Kudoboard page is there to stay!

There’s nothing I dislike about Kudoboard so far. It’s very well developed, I haven’t faced any technical problems.

We use Kudoboard to share the joy between our team members. It's really good as everyone feels happy to receive their kudo and read the nice messages.

We can use emojis to celebrate our team member birthdays
it sends notifications when the kudo is delivered and when the receiver opens the kudo.

Would be good if we can add audio attached videos.

We love this product for sending team birthday cards to our teammates who are located all over the globe. It helps foster that community feel in a virtual workplace.

I really enjoy the ability to add GIFs to add personality to the card. It makes them much more fun to read and allows for everyone's personality to shine through. It's also super easy to share a board with other contributors.

When you add tiles it covers up the background. Would be nice to upload your own background. - Not really cons, just new features I'd like to see them add.

I have enjoyed creating Kudoboards for my colleagues that have left my school site. I began creating them during the pandemic because it was convenient since we were working from home. But I've continued using it this year even though we are back in person. It is a welcome change from passing around cards for people to sign. A Kudoboard allows people to write longer messages that wouldn't fit in a card.

I work at a school with a large staff. I have sent out Kudoboard links for Retirements and staff leaving our school because of a promotion. It is easy to copy the Kudoboard link and email it to a large group of people. Creating Kudoboards is much easier than passing around a card for signing. People can also add pictures to their message.

I have had to send multiple reminders/emails to have people sign the Kudoboard. It may be because not everyone is diligent about checking their email.

Great way to brighten up someone's inbox and day! My coworkers and I use it for birthday e-cards at work. Easy to schedule a date/time to send the card out, and easy to invite others to sign the card.

Very easy to use. This is a standard practice at our office for celebrating birthdays and work anniversaries that allow multiple team members to add on. I like that you can forward to link as well so team members can add on additional people!

I love that you can add gifs and photos to the board to make it more fun and engaging. I also like that you can send reminders and schedule a delivery!

I wish there were more layout options to choose from.
