I LOVE Kudoboard - again it is always my go to for any cards for work (and for personal life). I always tell other folks about it and ensure that is the go to way that my work will share cards for co-workers leaving, retiring, birthdays and everything in between.

I like how the board looks, that there is an option for a free board, its cheap for a larger board and all of the options for adding to the board. I find it easy to use, share with people to add, and easy for the recipient to access and enjoy.

Obviously would love not to pay any money, but I appreciate that their is a free option and cheap ways to get premium boards! No other cons though.

Highly recommend to send notes of appreciation or congratulations! Kudoboard makes it so easy to collectively send a group card/board to someone.

We love that our team can add notes of appreciation for our employees & add unique touches like photos, videos, or gifs. We appreciate that it is SO EASY to use. We also used the new gift card feature & it worked GREAT.

Maybe more features in design to make it more customized.

It's a hit at our company with so many folks working remotely - no more passing around a paper card!

Easy to use, amazing gifs, enables tons of signatures! We are in the age of gifs and Kudoboard doesn't disappoint!

There isn't really a con that I can think of, really!

Since using Kudoboard, I have increased the frequency of sending out cards based on the simplicity of creating a card quickly. There are so many occasions, background patterns etc that make it fun to customize. I know these special deliveries put big smiles on the recipients and I will continue to use Kudoboard because of that.

I love how simple it is to set up a Kudoboard. I like that it is easy to send cards for any occasion, especially now that we are all working virtually. It is really nice to acknowledge colleagues for birthdays, new jobs, etc. And I like that there is a an option to collect money for a gift card all in the same place! I like that I can schedule delivery of the card so I don't need to worry about forgetting to send.

Truthfully, I don't have a con! There hasn't been any downsides to using Kudoboard

Overall, Kudoboard has been a game changer while supporting a staff that is remote! It reminds our staff in a fun way that we are all still a team and still able to enjoy those special moments as a team.

I love Kudoboard. It is a great way to recognize staff in such a virtual world. It is an easy platform to use and very reliable.

There are no cons that I can think of at this time.

I believe this is a great tool to connect with employees and peers to recognize special events in their or the groups lives.

Ease of use and ability to involve multiple people easily regardless of location. The ability to connect with people and provide special recognition.

Would be nice to have a menu of recipients to just click instead of typing in each time.

Overall I enjoy using Kudoboard for celebrating events with coworkers. I try to find backgrounds, images, or gifs that relate to the person for whom the board is being made, and it is fun to see what others choose as well.

Kudoboard allows for easily creating a place for recognizing coworkers' special events, like birthdays and work anniversaries. You can share the link directly with colleagues or send an email invite for others to collaborate. Scheduling the board to be sent is simple. It is fun to see how others interact with each other through the gifs and images shared for these events.

I did not see a way to search for backgrounds. A number of categories exist, but no easy way to search like there is for the gifs or images for posts.

Extremely happy with the product - cost is the same as a card and much faster to use and more special.

I use this a lot for our work team (which is geographically spread out) to recognize people when they are leaving the company and/or Birthdays, etc. It is extremely easy for even non-tech savvy people to use. The ability to add pictures, gifs, memes, etc. make it look really nice and more special than a paper card.

Nothing - everything works really well. I'd highly recommend this product.

I love using Kudoboard! It's efficient at work and staff really respond as it's easy. And then the recipient is surprised to see how many people care.

The ease of sending a link to staff to wish someone well, congratulations and even sympathy. I enjoy the ability to load GIFs into the "card". The option to print the card.

I did trial the business plan, but did not like the limit of up to 50 colleagues. My boards vary audience so it 's not always the same 50 people.

Great experience. We use it almost every week for our company and Kudoboard is the reason that makes us feel that our company care for each other and celebrate everything with each other. Thanks.

Ease of use, Design is very nice. The Notification, Adding People etc all very nicely designed and featured.

I almost like everything- But a feature like editing an image a bit will be helpful.

Very good tool that I highly recommend. I use it yearly but it can be used for different purposes and you can print your posters.

I just love using Kudoboard. I discovered it during the Pandemic as a way to congratulate and recognize our seniors and since then I have been using it. It makes very pretty posters as there is a variety of beautiful backgrounds to choose from and it is very easy to use.

I do not have any cons for the moment. I have had a great experience with the tool.

It always seems to put a smile on the persons face that receives it. It is really nice that you can set a date and time to send it.

I think it is a neat way to send a virtual card no matter the occasion to a co worker! We have sent kudoboards for deaths, anniversaries, and birthdays!!

There is not much I don't like about this. You can add your own pictures or GIFS.

It's easy to set up a board and share it with teammates. I like that you can schedule the board to deliver automatically on a given date/time.

I wish there were more design options, especially backgrounds. It would also be helpful to have the option to schedule board delivery by the minute (vs. by the hour).

Kudoboard has been a simple, convenient way to recognize and celebrate team members milestones and achievements, especially in a virtual world. It's very intuitive to use, even for beginners. Scheduling delivery for a specific date/time as well as inviting others to contribute is very easy and enables you to set it up and then put it out of your mind. Just love this tech tool to make celebrating work colleagues so easy.

I'd love more customization options for wallpaper, fonts, and Kudoboard set-up.

I love Kudoboard. Such a great way to capture information from people in a centralized place. Great for work farewells, congratulations or any time you need to get people to collect thoughts virtually in one beautiful place. People are always so thrilled to receive a Kudoboard. Love it!

I'd like to see more background design options and options to change layouts.

I use this every other week or monthly to send cards to my team. It's great for morale and send offs if people are leaving the company.

This is a fantastic tool and I am so glad I found it! We will continue using this as a way to engage with colleagues by celebrating and sending our well wishes.

This product allows our global team to collaborate and send digital cards to team members. When we were all on site (and a much smaller business) we would pass around a card for everyone to sign - I love how this product allows us to achieve the same task in a digital manner.

A price structure somewhere between 10 & 100 would be beneficial. We tend to be around 25 contributors.

This is a clever way for our remote team to celebrate accomplishments, birthdays, etc., and still allows each individual to have their own flair.

Personalization and collaborative options allow our team to use this as a group, while still being able to show off their own style.

We haven't found a feature of Kudoboard that we dislike.

I really enjoy this site! It's great to celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, and give Kudos to your team members.

- Being able to scheduled delivery date/time
- Being able to add past emails to contribute
- Having GIFs installed is great and easy to use

- Not enough reminders sent to the contributors through email.

Overall experience is fantastic. So easy to use and takes no time at all. Simple process to accomplish this task.

It's so easy to set up and deliver to the new colleague on their first day with the company. Provides a warm welcome.

I don't feel as though there are any cons to this system.
