Great platform easy to use for the most part, like the capability to be able to set up early, and send at a later time.

A great tool to be able to send a shout out to coworkers on their special days or to simply have some acknowledgment!

Possibly some simplicity on the sending, or better saving features for past email addresses. Or an invite address book that stores all past emails that you can click on instead of typing up the email or names for them to come up.

Great way to honor people for hard work!
I love the great gifs that can be added to boost moral and create camaraderie.

A free board only allows 10 posts - which is fair but 12 posts would be ideal.

I use Kudoboard to send my appreciation from my students to guest speakers. They love how easy it is to use and that they can add gifs. I like that I can add multiple recipients and can easily share a link to the Kudoboard so my students can add their messages.

Kudoboards are easy to collaborate on, send to multiple recipients and collaborators, and customize.

I haven't come across any drawbacks of using Kudoboards.

Overall Kudoboards have been our go to Virtual card system since we all began working from home. I highly recommend using this to build camaraderie and relationships in a work setting when not everyone is in the same location or the same office.

I like the variety of pictures that can be added to the Kudoboard by each participant. I appreciate that you can customize the background to fit the occasion (work anniversary, baby, wedding, birthday, etc).
The free option is great for smaller work teams to use for recognition.

There is a cost to Kudoboards larger than 10 contributors. It would be nice if when you signed in with a particular company email, it could suggest using an established company premium plan if available.

I was pleased to have found this as an option to send cards to co-workers. It is a struggle to find 'normal' activities for remote workers, and this has been a blessing. It is easier than sending around an actual card for people to sign!

Easy to use. Many options for backgrounds and images. Easy to personalize. Scheduling delivery of the Kudoboard is convenient and allows for one-time set up. Once you set up the Kudoboard and schedule delivery, the link goes out to whomever you enter in the email recipient list and your work is done! The website keeps a history of cards you have sent previously, which is a nice feature.

The backgrounds and gifs are cute and funny, but would prefer to have more professional, understated options as well.

Overall, it works, and I've never needed support. The options, like the number of backgrounds, seem to grow every time I use Kudoboard.

Kudoboard works for condolences too, but the name "Kudo" seems odd when sending to people.

I love Kudoboard. I first learned about it about 5 or 6 years ago at an old job. When I got a new job, no one had heard about it and I introduced it to the team. Soon, it became the “go to” addition to any farewell or birthday celebration. And still is to this day.

During the early days of using it, there was no book option. I like the fact more options for hard copy items have been added.

Great platform to recognize colleagues, no matter if its work or personal. It's colorful, happy and the ability to print it is great too.

The backgrounds, the ability to deliver when ready, everything is great!!! I've been using this platform for years now and love the ease of it.

Nothing, I love it all! there is not one thing to complain about, nothing.

My experience using Kudoboard has been positive. I used it for my Sister's 60th birthday during Covid, a coworkers baby shower, and I just used it for an Employee's retirement card. I am able to upgrade to allow for unlimited signatures or stick with the free option for smaller events. I'll continue using and suggesting Kudoboard to my friends and family and coworkers!

I love Kudoboard for both work-related and personal greeting cards. Its easy to use, lots of options (backgrounds, fonts, GIFs, etc) and makes for a really fun affordable card!

This was a great way to recognize team members that are retiring, getting a new role, leaving to a new company and so much more. I have used them for more than one reason and they are always a hit.

They are very colorful and fun. There are many ways to add sentiment (words, GIF, picture or all of the above). It is easy to share to get others to sign it. The automatic delivery that is an option is great.

There are not as many options for a retirement for the background.

The ability to use animated GIFs, videos and static images from any source really provides great customization options. It allows social media – level of interaction recognition and satisfaction without having to employ any of the large commercial social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. In this way, it is not necessary for all or any of the members of your team to have social media access in order to benefit from this type of social interaction.

Tutorials for novice users to log in using single sign-on, would be helpful.

I have had so much positive feedback on the Kudo boards that I have sent, that it makes me happy knowing that we brought a smile to someone's face and made the day a little brighter than it was. I highly recommend everyone use Kudoboard for sending "cards" for any and all occasions to the people in their workplace.

It is such a great way to send cards to colleagues and get others to "sign" the cards- virtually, keeping us all connected during these times we are in now, that most everyone is working from home or a hybrid schedule. No longer are the days that we physically take a card around the office for others to sign. The Kudoboard is so easy to use and has great tools to make each board look so great for the recipient. It delivers joy and appreciation and lets the person know they are thought of and that is success!

I have to remember to go in and change the time zone before I set up the delivery or it will send it at a different time then I was planning. Not really a con, just something I need to pay attention to.

I love the easy access, uploading of images, you name it. Instead of buying a card, I go to Kudoboard!

Everything! Especially the fact that others can add their personal messages. I like the feature that I get notified with others have posted as well.

The only thing I had trouble with was finding the group email access. I had to click from one link to the other, but I found it.

It's really easy to set up, easy to schedule for delivery, and simple to use. Lots of great background designs that make the life of a busy admin assistant that much better! and the reaction from recipients is always very positive, even for those virtual cards that have a more somber tone (sympathy cards, get well cards). Love it.
