A great way for the whole team to be able to write in a card when we work from home and cannot physically get a card round to everyone.

I love that you can schedule delivery so you don't forget and one link does all and there are lots of themes.

I find Kudoboard creative, fun, easy. I like that each and Kudoboard is unique and allows participants to share their creative style.

Kudoboard is easy to use to create cards for any occasion. Tons of backgrounds to choose from, with options to use GIFs, emojis, or upload your own pictures, etc. Fun!

No cons that I can think of. I love that my team has a corporate account which makes it even easier to login and start a Kudoboard.

It's really easy to set up, easy to schedule for delivery, and simple to use. Lots of great background designs that make the life of a busy admin assistant that much better! and the reaction from recipients is always very positive, even for those virtual cards that have a more somber tone (sympathy cards, get well cards). Love it.

Overall an excellent product! Great way to circulate a card among colleagues. Easy to share and schedule delivery. Should be a bit more than 10 contributors for free board or have a cheaper option for more than 10 but less than 100.

Overall experience with Kudoboard cards has been consistently positive! I have used it for various reasons and have always been successful in finding a fitting background. I also enjoy the options of delivering manually or scheduling the delivery depending on what suits the specific situation best.

Kudoboard is easy to use, allows for a lot of different background options and themes and is reasonably price for the version that allows for more than 10 people.

I really love this tool as a way to recognize people. We mainly use it for milestone anniversaries at work, but the use of Giphys and photos makes it fun and engaging. Recipients are always delighted to open this up.

I wish I had more background design options - seems limited for the category I am using and I would like to use a new one every time so it feels personal and not redundant.

Kudoboard has meant a lot to me and to the whole company, with the help of this platform I have been able to reward all the employees thanks to the work they have done within my company, in addition, this platform has also been able to have a record in a database which allows me to view in real time all the awards that have been sent to a specific employee, in addition, this platform also has a positioning system, where the employees who have received the most awards and those who have received the least are shown. received, for which, thanks to this system, I can meet the employees who have not yet received any award. I have really loved the experience I had within this platform, I believe that this platform has allowed our employees to be more satisfied in our company, therefore, it has also allowed us to retain all those employees, providing some type of bonus or some type of award for recently completed work, without a doubt, this platform is very complete and allows me to send all kinds of awards quickly.

Kudoboard has been an excellent platform to be able to add any type of important date for our employees, it is an excellent platform to obtain employee retention, achieving the satisfaction of each one of them with Reminders of their birthday dates, and important dates for them . The things I liked the most about this platform were:

1- One of the main features that I liked is that this platform allows me to create a personalized card for each of the employees, this card can be sent to the contact details of each of the employees, those cards can get a design exclusive, you can make use of each template offered by this platform to have an optimized design in each of the cards for your employees, in addition, the cards are sent immediately to the employees via email when that specific date arrives.

2- It is not necessary to configure each of the important dates of our employees again, just by assigning a specific date for a card to be sent to an employee, you can configure so that this platform immediately re-sends that card every year, You will not have to configure this platform again or assign the date again so that your employee can receive important mail from your company on special dates. For example, this is great for your employees' birthdays, as they will receive a notification and card each time they have a birthday.

3- I also love that the platform allows me to add a work anniversary date for each employee, this is fantastic since every time an employee has completed one year within our company, we can send them an incentive through this platform and also a card personalized, so that you can properly celebrate it's anniversary, this function is very important to remember the work anniversary of each employee.

4- Another of the things that I like about this platform that has a large catalog of awards, this Catalog allows me to send gift cards to each of the employees when a recent recognition has been granted, this gift card function is very important to me as i can send gift card along with congratulations card for some kind of anniversary or for some kind of birthday.

The main negative features of this platform were:


1- The first negative feature of this platform is that the awards catalog does not load correctly in the version for mobile devices, which makes it difficult to send economic recognition to employees through this application. I totally recommend that if you is going to send an award to an employee, the version for computers is used, it is much more optimal and is capable of correctly loading the catalog system.

2- The prices offered by the platform are also somewhat high, despite the fact that you do not have to pay additional commissions for the gift card that your employees have sent and you do not have to pay commissions for each shipment of the recognition card, I consider that This platform should lower the price of its plans, both the monthly subscription and the annual subscription, since I consider that they are very high.

3- Another negative thing about this form is that there is no way to import a list of contacts into it, therefore, when you are starting to use this platform for the first time, you will have to manually register the contact of each one of them. your employees, so that they can receive the recognitions you send them and also the gift card, this is quite a painstaking process, having to register all the employees manually can turn out to be quite a complex process.

Overall experience was excellent. Had no trouble with setting it up, sharing with others or sending it out.

Kudoboard has fun designs, options to upload various media, is super easy to set up and user friendly for those wishing to participate.

Kudoboards are a hit - they're lightweight but meaningful. They don't need shipping, the choices you have to make are minimal (title, background, when to send) and they're easy for groups to contribute to.

It's a fun, easy, personalized way to send well-wishes for any occasion! The gif + note is the perfect way to shout someone out efficiently!

The designs are lovely, the layout is professional, contacting contributors and sending reminders is very easy, it's a very nice looking and easy program to use.

No complaints, it'd be nice to have more templates/backgrounds/themes but it is fine as-is as well.

Overall I would highly recommend this product to both individual users as well as in a corporate or business environment.

Kudos are exactly that! Kudos to Kudoboard for making them available. I did not know they existed until I moved departments and they use these handy little boards daily

I love how easy it is to use and the variety of options. We use this as part of a team and it gets used almost daily for birthdays, retirement, bereavement and it is so user friendly. the options to send when you need scheduled is perfect and you do not have to check if it did. It follows up and gives statuses and even asks to send a thank you to recipient!

Nothing at this point. If I had to say anything which I am going to have to do is, remove the boards i created, i would think it would be nice for them to expire rather than have to delete them.

Overall Kudoboard is a great tool for the workplace. We can celebrate each other easily.

I love that we can send shout outs to our coworkers. We have also been using Kudoboards to welcome new members to our workplace, and I love that while setting up the board I can schedule the delivery date and not have to worry about remembering to go back in and send it after the new employee has started working.

I wish we could customize the colors and font types for each message to allow for more personality in the messages.
