I (we) have been using Kudoboard ever since since it is easier and very convenient to use and now had more options to explore like the gift card, administration and data/analytics. Before, I have not been able to explore this but looking at these as it will be useful for future reference.

Easy to use.
Had a lot of selections to add on (i.e. gifs, images, and even videos).
Perfect for a virtual setting to send e-cards and be able to show that we care.

in terms of adding gift cards, I hope we can partner on existing platforms (i.e. PayPal and others) or to a more secure one since we also have to protect our users using credit card information.
to provide and enabled on other platforms (i.e. mobile) to have a seamless customer experience and the same convenience we provide to users when using in web

Great way to gather messages from co-workers working remotely and deliver a personalized card to express value and care.

fun backgrounds with lots of choice, easy to customize, easy to distribute, send, include notes and photos.

It would be fun if there were more suggested choices of how the notes and images were displayed on top of the background.

Great way to connect teams all over the world to celebrate, recognize, or unite. I love the ease of set up and the ability to have all messages under one site.

Love the confetti option, the scheduled delivery and the fact that it sends out a reminder. Love that it also allows the receiver to send out a thank you note if they wish to.

Designs and customization is limited to some extend. Uploaded backgrounds become stretched and you are unable to change the color of the Title background.

I use Kudoboard for so many occasions in the workplace: Birthdays, Anniversaries, Congratulations, Retirement, Weddings, you name it. They offer a variety of backgrounds, colors and themes. They also have a library of GIFs to use on your posts. Kudoboard has changed the workplace for our company. I highly recommend:-)

Kudoboard is a great tool to celebrate staff milestones of all kinds, whether work anniversaries, birthdays, or farewells. It's great to be able to have multiple contributors participate in these celebrations!

It's great to have the ability to include multiple contributors. I also love being able to include photos, gifs, and typed notes. It's also great to be able to personalize the Kudoboard's background (and there's lots to choose from!). Sending the Kudoboard to the recipient via email is also so easy, and I like the option to schedule this in advance. Finally, it's great to get an email that lets me (as the sender) know when the recipient has opened their Kudoboard!

My only con is the pricing model. I find it a bit odd that the price to print the book and the post is the same. I also wish there were smaller size options to print the poster. One time, a recipient wanted to print as a poster, but wanted to print it small enough to have at their desk; printing through Kudoboard seemed less worth it compared to printing at places like Staples or CVS.

Overall, we love using Kudoboard for team events and to show appreciation! We plan to continue using this product for years to come.

Love the ease of sharing the board with other members of the team. The use of GIFs is so fun as well!

Scheduling the delivery UI is a little tricky the first few times, but once you've familiarized yourself with it it's a breeze!

We heavily use this for our corp comms celebrations. Great product. I wish the GIFs were more current, and there were more modern background choices. Easy to collaborate with others on.

The GIFs are a bit dated and I never see new ones. Price is a bit high for what it is.

Overall great product! Super easy and a great idea to help keep the culture alive with WFH. 10/10 would recommend.

I love that this takes very little effort from everyone to write something quick but means a lot to the person receiving. Love that you can add gifs as well and change the background to make it more fun.

Would love more background options! Also would be great if others from outside the Org could add to it (so anyone with the link).

I have used Kudoboard for some time now, during the pandemic is has been a go to some for all occasions in groups.

People can easily access the board and it can reach people through just a share of a link. The idea that multiple people can contribute to a card makes things easier when working from home.

More board options would make it more appealing. Like card style options.

I've used kudoboards multiple times for staff events and they're always a hit. They are easy to set up, get people to contribute to and send to the recipient.

Easy to set up, affordable, reliable delivery settings, easily accessible for people to add messages.

None - I haven't had any issues at all after using them multiple times.

Prior to joining my current team, I had never heard of Kudoboard, but since joining the team and receiving two Kudoboard's myself, I am loving it! The idea is so cool, it's very inexpensive for an annual membership, and the sense of teamwork is fantastic! Our team uses it on a very regular basis, and it is super great. Kudoboard allows my team to feel much more included and involved in each other's work. Since we are all working remotely, this level of inclusion and involvement is huge in keeping our team engaged. The variety of gifs available also mixes up the way we are able to give each other shout outs, which is super fun!

We have a blind member on our team, and his screen reader doesn't work with Kudoboard. However, Kudoboard's support team is working with him to see what can be done so he can be included in the fun, too! Everything else is super great!

It would be nice if maybe the mini board could be 15 max as sometimes i have maybe 11 or 12 to add to a card.

I really enjoy using Kudoboard for office birthdays and anniversaries. It's a great tool in this very digital, and virtual, world. I plan to always use it.

It's easy to use and encourages collaboration amongst organizations. I like that you can add pictures, GIFs and videos with ease. Everything about it is just so easy and wonderful. Great job!

Absolutely nothing. There's nothing I do not like about this service.

I have done only five Kudoboards. None of the people had ever used it. It's a fun creative way to say Happy Birthday and to see how others interpret their greeting.

Love that it is a way to remind/encourage family to say Happy Birthday or Good luck! It's fun to see everyone else's boards. It seems more personal/fun than sending someone an email to wish a happy birthday.

None that I can think of so far. :) Am a fairly new user, haven't had a negative experience.

Very useful for the work setting. Just need to send an email with the link asking people to sign and then it automatically gets sent to the recipient.

My team uses Kudoboard for all of our team members birthdays and celebrations. It's so quick and easy!

You have to pay for over 10 signatures which is usually needed at work.

Highly recommend this product. I am ale to create reminders for upcoming events and setting up a board is very easy. We use this for work anniversaries, birthdays, kudos and even work contents and love it.

Boards can be automated to get delivered at a certain date/time.
Inviting contributors is easy.
Automatic reminders 24 hrs before the due date.
Notification is made once recipient opens the board .
Variety of items can be used from GIFs, to photos to home made video.
Reminders can be set for qualifying events (birthday, anniversary remainders for certain individuals.)

I had to think really hard on this one. One feature I wish would be available is auto fill for email addresses I have used in the past for contributors. I create a good numbers of boards and have to manually input all addresses and it gets tedious.

I truly enjoyed creating a card using Kudoboard. It has created a different culture now that people are working in a hybrid setting.

It allows people in different locations to share their well wishes in a card. It is convenient. While working remotely it provides a sense of connectedness.

I wish there were a few more background options when selecting a card theme.
