Not sure that milestones will ever be the same without Kudoboards. Excellent resource for leaders and event coordinators.

Bring everyone along... all you need is an email address. Build the momentum, raise awareness, and celebrate others. Easy to set up. There's a template for everyone and all occasions! The GIFs rock.

It's time to open this up to phone numbers, that kudos can come in via SMS too.

Overall, I would recommend to those in the business workplace! Very easy to use and a pretty good price.

Really easy way to give appreciation or support to teammates at work. I also like that it sends updates as people are posting and when the recipient opens the board.

Could be more designs for the templates especially for those going through a hard time.

Very easy to set up and get a link to send out. This is my go to for office cards. People who work remotely can easily sign so no need to pass a card around and track people down.

I always upgrade so that the recipient can keep it forever. The cost is low and the ability to add videos, gifs, or pics makes it fun.

There is nothing I do not like. Could maybe be more choices for gifs.

Overall, if you are looking for a way to recognize or celebrate someone using a link - this is for you.

This program has made it easy for me to recognize and celebrate my employees. With it's fun embedded pictures and GIF's as well as the ability to upload your own, it fits the bill!

Auto delivery and email notifications make for easy administration.

Pricing may be too much for some users, which would be my only con.

Overall a great experience. It's been fun for the office to use and also to receive their Kudoboards. I think the team now looks forward to receiving their customized Birthday Kudoboard.

Kudoboard is an easy way for a team to celebrate their colleagues.
Easy to use and customize. Maybe Kudoboard can have a feature that sends reminders out to participants who plan to sign.

Maybe there can be a feature to drop images (for custom backgrounds), WITH functions to stretch/crop images/add multiple images for the background.

Really like my experience so far and the easy use. I like that we get reminders. We will definitely continue to use it!

It's super easy to use, other colleagues can quickly come and write a word. I like that we can put .gif and most of all that it can be delivered automatically and we can still continue to contributes afterwards.

I would like to be able to save it as a file and the person can still open it years later. I like that we can print it, but it's not the best. I would like to have more backgrounds. Also I would like the website to be available in french.

Love this so much better than physical cards. Even upgrading it to be able to have more than ten people post is a low cost to me. Up to 100 posts! I love that we have the ability to send a gift is great! I can reach more people this way! I’m so happy I found Kudoboard!

Easy! and enjoyable. I think of a Kudoboard first for any farewell 'cards' at work, for all of the reasons listed above.

There is nothing I don't like, I appreciate being able to access a 'free' version for a small number of contributors.

Great product, continue to use almost every month for work events, a lot of people at work ask me what I use and I recommend this every time.

With the pandemic, this was amazing to send to my staff for any occasion, leaving, birthdays etc. and easy to send to all my employees to sign.

The price could be a little lower, with the exchange I spend $10 for 100 people to sign, I only need around 20-50 additions.

Overall, I've had a wonderful experience with Kudoboard, both on the receiving end of things and on the configuration side of things. I've received a few Kudoboards, and it's such a fun experience to open the link and see all of the messages people wrote on my behalf. I love that I can bring that joy to other people by coordinating boards to send to others.

The Kudoboard platform is easy to navigate, and I love so many of the features. 1) it's simple to change the background if I decide I don't like the initial one I choose, 2) setting up a future delivery is great - I can create the board and know it'll get delivered, 3) there are personalization options that make Kudoboards come alive (ability to upload your own images, choose a gif, change your font and color, etc.). I also like that I can receive a confirmation email that the board has been delivered and that the recipient opened it.

The option to print the Kudoboard into a book was expensive, especially for the product that was received. I wish there were options to partner with other vendors for book choices.

As above, a simple, intuitive tool which allows collaborative input. I've used this multiple times in the last couple of years and find it is reasonably priced.

I use Kudoboard as a way to recognize my team members and celebrate things like their birthdays. Managing a number of employees located in different countries to myself means no face to face interaction in person so this goes a long way to helping me make them feel valued. It's a great tool that's really easy to use.

Overall we really like it and will open a business account to use as a team as we have to pay each time for more users.

It's easy to recognize people. Especially in our BIG office! I use it often since it is easier than passing around cards and losing them in the shuffle.

Wish we could upload our own background. It would be cool if we can upload our own backgrounds. More personalized.

Overall great and easy to use, people love to receive something so simple yet meaningful. It is perfect for the hybrid virtual world we live in now and makes workplace collaboration easy.

This is super easy to use and it also super easy to share with others. It is a great way to show appreciation, congrats, etc., across a team virtually.

I try to use for smaller groups since you have to pay a fee if you have more than 10 contributors.

I love that you can invite a group to contribute, set a delivery date, and Kudoboard does the rest.

Since my office transitioned to working from home we utilize Kudobard for all of our recognition of teammates, such as birthdays, boss’s day, new baby, etc. This is a great platform to send a unique recognition while giving everyone the opportunity to include their individual messages.

It would be great if you could customize the reminder email to send on work days. Unfortunately, when the Kudoboard is scheduled to deliver on a Monday, the reminder message is sent during the weekend.

Kudoboards have become my go to e-card to deliver out to my colleagues! It's very user friendly, and I like all the backgrounds they offer. I recommend Kudoboards each time we have a going away/ major event in the office.

Love how easy Kudo Boards are to release out! They offer many gifs and images, which offer a fun custom message for all.

The price is a bit high per Kudoboard. Our office only has about 20 people. I would be nice to have a different option for smaller offices.

Easy for everyone to use, easy to send and receive, great personalization opportunities, affordable, convenient (can get people working remotely or family members in other places involved), nice backgrounds and a decent variety of them.

We've been using this for work, has been great when everyone's working remotely to be able to create a "card" of sorts for team members who are leaving or going through a major life change (i.e. wedding, condolences). Super easy for everyone to use, even for the people on the team who aren't great with anything that has a hint of technology associated with it. Easy to deliver. I love the pictures, GIFs, etc. you can add too, makes it fun and personal.

I don't really have anything to improve upon, maybe just more backgrounds or fonts to use?

Absolutely fantastic easy and really great designs. after trying other e cards this is by far the best and easiest.

They are so easy to use easy for people to add gifs pics etc to cards and so much better than a card. Best site I used for shared office cards.
