It was easy to set this up and didn't take long at all. I liked that the kudoboards were so colorful. It's great to do this all electronically as opposed to the old-fashioned notecards.

It was great that I could share this with a group of people and get a wide selection of messages from them thanking our speakers. It was also great to set a delivery date and know that they would be delivered on time.

It's sometimes difficult to find an image that fits your mood. There are quite a few to pick from, I just had a hard time deciding.

Great tool for sending congratulations, celebrating milestones etc.. with the team. It really makes it easy to include the whole team in celebrating others when we work in a remote environment.

Easy to put together and fun to be able to include images and gifs with text.
The schedule delivery feature makes it really easy for me to send a board out to the team, set when it is to be delivered, and then forget about it.

Nothing that I don't like. I'm cheap, so I guess it would be nice to be able to have more contributors on the free boards.

Absolutely great option to gift someone, it's so easy to create use & distribute for all to comment.

It's simple to create, add to the board, print options are nice and you can send it out when needed.

More backdrop options to each of the drop items.

Have had a great experience with Kudoboard, love the ability to schedule the board to send at a specific date and time.

Love the variety of GIFS users can post. We use Kudoboard for employee birthday celebrations and have enjoyed it.

No cons, my organization has really enjoyed using Kudoboard.

This tool has been great during the pandemic to help our team celebrate birthdays, retirements and connect virtually.

I like the ability to celebrate virtually, schedule delivery and personalize each greeting. The ability to upload images is a nice feature but it is time consuming searching, saving and uploading.

I wish there were more gender-neutral backgrounds and that the images were easier to sort so that we don't have to continuously scroll to get to an image that has not yet been used.

It's a fun tool to have in the office as it let you celebrate birthday wishes, congratulations, anniversaries and more. It does wonders for morale and keeps the team connected more than ever.

It would be great to send audio only messages or at least add a few more background options for video.

Kudoboard is such a great way to virtually pat someone on the back, thank them, wish them well... it's been such a good solution to passing a card around. Scheduled delivery makes sure no one forgets to share it on time. <3

Simple to use, easy to navigate the website and customize. Love how we can add photos, GIFs etc to make it personal and fun.

We use as birthday cards as well.. would love the option to have an email reminder to send the following year (like GroupGreeting). Maybe a reminder email an hour before scheduled delivery as well? Perhaps font options as well, though that may take away from the aesthetic...

Overall I think this is a great way for teams to recognize their teammates, whether it be birthdays or accomplishments.

I like how easy it is to have all your coworkers contribute to a virtual celebration. From setup to delivery of the Kudoboard, the experience is seamless and easy for anyone to do!

There is not anything I can think of that I do not like. With everyone working hybrid at my company these days, it is the easiest way for us to sign birthday cards etc.

The mini board (free) limited to 10 posts, actually have no cons at all.

Kudoboard is easy to use and hassle free to set up. The pricing model is simple and affordable. Lets you schedule delivery date and keeps you updated on the progress e.g. people have commented, recipient has opened it etc.

Easy login via SAML and ability to customize the board. Pulling in GIFs make it a fun surprise especially for any team jokes, etc.

There can be a lot of Kudoboards flying around at once so people can ignore but overall this is a culture thing vs product feedback.

Would like to see automation of boards based on dates plugged into the system.

I love the ease of creating a Kudoboard and that can send to people for many reasons. I like how there is no limit to the number of individuals who can sign a Kudoboard and that can send a board to many people at once.

The different categories of picture you can pick from. I like how easy it is when a Kudoboard is sent from someone else to log in and post a message to the Kudoboard.

Some of the button functions like scheduling board delivery are not readily apparent of what intended for. Navigating when you create a Kudoboard is a little difficult. Also I would like to see more GIFs to pick from.

It was fun and a colorful way to express our wishes and gratitude online within a closed group. Loving it!

It is simple and easy to use, has great range of features for customizing the background and even to add gif/ pictures. Helps to preserve the memory for our loved ones. We have used it multiple times for farewell and birthday wishes especially during the pandemic when we could not meet and greet in person.

Great for what it does! Again, could have more free features and more background to choose from, which are its main drawbacks.

Ease of use! also fun to use for either friends or coworkers. people don't need much of a tutorial to work the site.

Only 10 free signatures allowed - would be great if there could be 15-20 allowed for free.
