Kudoboard provides a quick and easy way to show others you care and are thinking about them. The mini board is perfect for small teams in the office.

The free mini boards are perfect to send celebratory cards in the office! We use them often for birthdays. It was a great way to stay in touch during the pandemic and we've continued using them even as we've returned to the office. The GIF feature allows you to personalize the greeting and add a special touch.

I haven't had any issues with Kudoboard. It provides the service I'm looking for.

With so many co-workers teleworking now, this is an easy way to have everyone involved for milestones, celebrations and events!

Fun layouts, able to add personal pictures, fun GIFs and it's very easy to set up. Also very easy to add to other ones once received.
You can also view the Kudoboard as it fills up.

If you could save previous contacts or create groups.

Overall, I highly recommend Kudoboard when you need several signatures on a card and folks are participating virtually or are in several different places.

It's very easy to use, and I love the customizability of people's submissions - you can add photos, gifs, etc. Kudoboard has been a lifesaver during the pandemic; I've used it several times for celebratory or condolence cards for the virtual office.

No real cons, except perhaps the cost in US dollars.

Kudoboard is an easy and effective way to stay connected in the workplace. It gives many options for personalization, which help to give that personal touch in a digital platform. Our team loves to use Kudoboard to welcome new hires to the company.

Simplicity, many options in design, large library of gifs, email reminder functions are helpful, price is reasonable.

I wish I could select multiple fonts for each Kudoboard post.

It was easy to set this up and didn't take long at all. I liked that the kudoboards were so colorful. It's great to do this all electronically as opposed to the old-fashioned notecards.

It was great that I could share this with a group of people and get a wide selection of messages from them thanking our speakers. It was also great to set a delivery date and know that they would be delivered on time.

It's sometimes difficult to find an image that fits your mood. There are quite a few to pick from, I just had a hard time deciding.

Great tool for sending congratulations, celebrating milestones etc.. with the team. It really makes it easy to include the whole team in celebrating others when we work in a remote environment.

The schedule delivery feature makes it really easy for me to send a board out to the team, set when it is to be delivered, and then forget about it.

Nothing that I don't like. I'm cheap, so I guess it would be nice to be able to have more contributors on the free boards.

Absolutely great option to gift someone, it's so easy to create use & distribute for all to comment.

It's simple to create, add to the board, print options are nice and you can send it out when needed.

More backdrop options to each of the drop items.

Have had a great experience with Kudoboard, love the ability to schedule the board to send at a specific date and time.

Love the variety of GIFS users can post. We use Kudoboard for employee birthday celebrations and have enjoyed it.

No cons, my organization has really enjoyed using Kudoboard.

This tool has been great during the pandemic to help our team celebrate birthdays, retirements and connect virtually.

I like the ability to celebrate virtually, schedule delivery and personalize each greeting. The ability to upload images is a nice feature but it is time consuming searching, saving and uploading.

I wish there were more gender-neutral backgrounds and that the images were easier to sort so that we don't have to continuously scroll to get to an image that has not yet been used.

It's a fun tool to have in the office as it let you celebrate birthday wishes, congratulations, anniversaries and more. It does wonders for morale and keeps the team connected more than ever.

It would be great to send audio only messages or at least add a few more background options for video.

Kudoboard is such a great way to virtually pat someone on the back, thank them, wish them well... it's been such a good solution to passing a card around. Scheduled delivery makes sure no one forgets to share it on time. <3

Simple to use, easy to navigate the website and customize. Love how we can add photos, GIFs etc to make it personal and fun.

We use as birthday cards as well.. would love the option to have an email reminder to send the following year (like GroupGreeting). Maybe a reminder email an hour before scheduled delivery as well? Perhaps font options as well, though that may take away from the aesthetic...

Overall I think this is a great way for teams to recognize their teammates, whether it be birthdays or accomplishments.

I like how easy it is to have all your coworkers contribute to a virtual celebration. From setup to delivery of the Kudoboard, the experience is seamless and easy for anyone to do!

There is not anything I can think of that I do not like. With everyone working hybrid at my company these days, it is the easiest way for us to sign birthday cards etc.

The mini board (free) limited to 10 posts, actually have no cons at all.

Good product -especially for distributed / international teams. Have used many times and does the job without hassle!

Kudoboard is easy to use and hassle free to set up. The pricing model is simple and affordable. Lets you schedule delivery date and keeps you updated on the progress e.g. people have commented, recipient has opened it etc.

Design could be improved and features could be more customisable.
