I have enjoyed being able to send fun boards to coworkers to recognize their birthdays and anniversaries.

The site is very easy to use. It is a simple and fun way to recognize people. I like that you can add text, images, or simple GIFs. It is easy to set deadlines and invite others to join.

The search for GIFs returns a small number so it can require some creative searching at times.

Very satisfied and will recommend; everything is great and happy with Kudoboard; will continue using it.

Good. I think that the best use cases for me and my team are for goodbyes. Otherwise I do not think that we would use them regularly.

I like that it’s easy for users to contribute. I can send private or public links out. People like the gifs.

Limitations and tiers of amounts of contribution. If I am paying for it it should be unlimited.

Sometimes it is hard to know everyone to send the board to since you may not know everyone they have interacted with. I also think it would be cool if there was a slack integration.

Love that we can personalize the board with different backgrounds, fonts, Gif's. Very easy and simple to use.

You are not able to upload your own image for the background.

The product is easy to use. It is straightforward for all team members to use, there is a good selection of GIFs to choose from.

Limit to number of people who can post without the premium version. I believe when I used to use it before there was no limit. So I started using it for that reason. Could use more background options.

It is very easy to use and the person receiving it feels appreciated too. Also, it does not look or feel half-hearted in the perspective of giving and receiving.

Some of the pros are that everyone can write in their own time, the delivery can be scheduled, and the use of gifs.

There are not much cons using Kudoboard, but if there is one con it is that it is expensive for a e-card.

Fantastic! I have created over 20 kudoboards, there is a reason I keep coming back! It is super easy to use and the interface is very intuitive.

I love the ease with which you can customize the Kudoboard and ask for contributions. You can simply copy the link and others can add GIFs, pictures or messages rapidly. The feature of programming a delivery time is fantastic as well and takes the stress out of planning.

Really, there is nothing I didn’t like about it! I do wish that we could have 20 contributors on the free version or a corporate, or team annual fee would be amazing.

I love Kudoboard. I had never used it until this year, and seeing how user-friendly it is, and how people in my department responded so well to using it (and enjoyed receiving a board on their own birthday!), we decided it was well worth it to get the annual subscription.

Kudoboard has provided the easiest way to wish everyone in our department of 30 people a Happy Birthday! Gone are the days of hunting everyone down to sign a paper card. With so many now working remotely, this is hands-down the best!

Not Kudoboard's fault, but my company has blocked the images/gifs being used. I'm working on getting that fixed, but I have had to add a personal note to each recipient to open their board on a device not on the company VPN.

I use it a lot for Thank Yous and Birthday Greetings.

It's very user friendly and customizable to the recipient's personality.

I am a free Trial user - so my items are limited to 10 comments which I really do not have complaints. Other than that, there's none that I can think of for right now.

It is important to note that to send a gift card as an award to our employees, the platform does not charge any type of additional commission for this award, that is, no additional taxes must be paid.

During our experience I have liked several things about this platform, the most notable were the following: Kudoboard It is a fairly simple platform to use, any of our employees can use it to send gift cards, congratulations, cards for a birthday or an anniversary of work, its interface in general is quite familiar to everyone and this helps anyone without previous experience to use it and generate greeting cards. Another of the main things that I liked about this platform is that it allows me to send awards to my employees. This platform has a great list of prizes available to send to employees, such as gift cards, cash prizes and many more prizes, This variety in the awards helps me to provide different recognition for each employee depending on the activity that has been completed. I should also mention that I love the way this platform saves all the awards I have previously made, so I can have full control of the employees who have already received an award, to avoid duplicate awards.

One of the main things that is necessary in this platform is that a function be implemented that allows adding a goal to be completed for each employee, it is very important for us that our employees increasingly strive to complete their activities and be the best within of the company, so it would be great if we could create a goal for them to complete in order to be recognized by us. It would be great to be able to manage all these goals from the platform, currently this is not possible, we cannot add a goal for each employee individually. Another thing that this platform does not have is that it is not possible to know exactly which employee has received the most awards, we cannot know which employee has received the most awards and which has received few awards, there is no type of list which is able to order employees and their recognition by positions. To know exactly which employee has received the most recognition, we must do this inspection manually, since, as I mentioned previously, there is no type of leaderboard.

Fantastic piece of kit for sending a new type of e-card or messaging board, especially for a team who are geographically distanced, to an individual for a special event or to send kind words of support, it really helps to bring the team together without actually sending a physical card around the office for everyone to sign.

Love that it is user friendly and easy to setup and execute from start to finish! I've used it for benchmark events such as co-worker engagements, work anniversaries, and work farewells. I love that you can add gifs easily and give it your personal touch. It's also a very adaptable format going from PC to mobile. Overall love that its a way to celebrate others while working remotely.

Wish there were more fonts, and backgrounds to choose from! Also wish the add a video function was a little more customizable or user friendly.

Overall this website is awesome and I would recommend it to others :) you are able to make others feel special on their birthday. I feel like that is important.

I love using Kudos board as a fun new way to celebrate birthdays. It lets everyone post their own message digitally so they don’t have to come together in one spot to sign a card.

Wish the free version had more than 10 people limit.
