Very straight forward and helpful especially given the impact of COVID for a work setting where so many need to be involved.

Easy, practical and quick. No confusion about the structure and pricing is very reasonable for the service.

Not much to dislike but I would say maybe the pricing could be better.

Introduced this at a number of workplaces and every time i have it's asked to be used again and again. easy to have everyone sign it and contribute to team milestones, which can be anything.

Easy to navigate.

Lots of different themes and backgrounds to choose from.
The photos/videos/gif options are awesome.
Can set it and forget it (set a time to send out automatically).
Everyone can contribute in their own way.
Multiple uses for various milestones.

When setting a delivery time you cannot pick times like 9:05am/3:43pm etc, only on the hour delivery is possible.

Overall, its a simple interface, easy to interact with, and a lot of the automation makes things smooth (setting dates for boards to be delivered, etc).

Intuitive design layout once you work with it for a few minutes
hugely appreciate the pre-populated "previously" added emails list.

Wish there was a group list you could add a number of emails to and select individual group lists to add to a Kudoboard rather than 1 by 1.

Kudoboard makes it fast and easy to design a beautiful card. The app is very intuitive, there are no surprises. It's just really easy to use.

Really good experience with using Kudoboard, have recommended to a lot of people. I use it regularly.

Kudoboard has helped us as a company be able to send birthday, retirement and leaving wishes to people during the last 2 years. Having it electronic is amazing to just send a link out and have people use it from anywhere!

With using Kudoboard regularly, there aren't any cons.

So easy to involve many members of the team. Love how easy it is to set up a board, involve others. People have adopted this practice here and really love it.

I tried to use the Slack invite integration and that didn't work. Also once when I set up delivery it didn't work and I had to check in with the person who received it, then share it manually.

I love how simple Kudoboard is to set up, use and send out to my teammates. We do a board each month to allow anyone on our team to recognize and share kudos for other teammates.

Overall the Kudoboard is a GREAT way to show colleague support for any occasion. We have used the Kudoboard for birthday celebrations, work anniversary's and even to show support in the event of a lost loved one.

Pros of the Kudoboard are:

*Beneficial since a lot of colleagues are still remote. Its an easy way to bring everyone together to celebrate an occasion or to let someone know that they are being thought of.
*Variety of GIF images available or you have the option to upload your own photo
*Can schedule a delivery time and an email notification is provided 24 hours before as a reminder.

The only con that I have is when searching for a colleagues email address it does always populate easily.

There aren't any cons I can think of at this moment.

Overall very nice app, with a few modifications would be even better. It is a simple interface, that allows a quick set up for colleagues.

Kudoboard gives me the opportunity to recognize my peers and colleagues and direct reports, for a milestone, a birthday or an important event. It is so easy to do and adding an option for a gift card allows colleagues to donate directly. Very easy, simple and wow so effective!

Too many steps to set up a kudoboard for sending at a later date, could be more streamlined.

Good product. I like this product and will keep using time to time. All receivers also like it. Printing option is super good.

An awesome way to let people know you appreciate them when working remotely or for family that is all separated. Lots of background to choose from and ways to customize the boards.

I received a Kudoboard for my 25th work anniversary with over 50 kudos from coworkers. I printed it out and have it next to my desk. I love being able to see appreciative messages when I'm having an off day. It resets my mojo.

So easy and quick to set up.
Being able to add GIFs or upload my own images.

Setting the timing of delivery.
Response that they opened it.
Ability to have others invite.
Being able to send the same Kudoboard to more than one person.
Ability to print out the board after the fact.

Wish it was easier to link my address book to the Kudoboard web app.

I think it's a really nice way to share a team greeting/hello/farewell and so on. It's easy to use and allows for a lot of input and collaboration.

The ease of use, great way to share a greeting, as a team. It's a nice way to ensure everyone contributes , rather than relying on people to send or reach out individually.

It is less personal than a handwritten note or card but its better for the trees so...

Overall it was very nice experience with Kudoboard. I frequently use this tool to celebrate virtually like birthday, anniversary, new parents and any team achievement within team we used it more frequently.

Each team member can contribute in celebration virtually with good pictures, Gif to make special moment more special. No matter wherever you are.

There is no easy way to share receive Kudoboard on social media. i.e. WhatsApp Status, Facebook Instagram stories.
