Kudoboard is much better than other e-card platforms I have used. I am a repeated user and Kudoboard is the preferred solution for my team.

The best features of the Kudoboard are:
- The possibility to add GIFs, which allows all contributors to be more personal
- The many backgrounds to choose from
- The reminders
- The automated delivery schedule

- UX can be improved (more for the person who sets it up, rather than contributors)
- There could be a "lite" version that is slightly cheaper

I love using Kudoboard!! It's so nice that you can send a beautiful greeting to a loved one or friend, from your device, without having to leave home and spend a ton of money on a card. Everyone I've ever sent one to Loved It!!!

It's free for a simple, 10 posts Kudoboard.
It's fast and easy to use.
You can schedule the delivery for a specific time.
People who receive it, love it.

I found that you can't edit the photo portion of the message to add additional photo's once you post it. You have to delete the post and start off with the photos you want to add from the beginning to make a collage.

Using Kudoboard is easier than online cards especially since it’s on one page and easily printable. Also unlike some ecards I noticed you don’t have to have someone go back in to arrange the posts before sending. Kudoboard arranges posts automatically so that it lines up the best it can at the end. Very user friendly for the office person who volunteers to collect for the office card but can’t spend a whole lot of time dedicated to the project.

I like the fact that multiple people can access the board and rearrange post but unable to edit other peoples posts. I also like that individuals can leave multiple posts especially when it comes to posting pictures that make the board more personal to the recipient.

I wish there wasn't a limited number of backgrounds to choose from. Something simple like a sunset or travels or best wishes would be prime reasons to utilize Kudoboard however a good background could help personalize the sentiment even more.

Fun platform, recipients always appreciate the cards.

Takes a bit to set up but less time than going out to buy a paper card, etc!

Fast and easy! Many people can participate. Everyone loves giving and receiving! Large variety of options!

The price is spendy, but that is the only negative!

I've been very happy with Kudoboard and plan to continue using it with my guest speakers and students.

As a professor, I use Kudoboard as an easy way for my students to send thank you notes to guest speakers. I love that we can personalize cards for each person.

I don't have any complaints about Kudoboard! I like everything about it!

Overall it is a good platform to use to send e-cards across your team for a birthday, farewells, welcome, or goodbye!

I have used kudoboards since 2019 and they are such a wonderful way to bring people together to show appreciation for others, no matter where they are. It is simple and quick and love the image/gif options to include. They are always appreciated and so meaningful to those that receive them. It is a wonderful virtual option for appreciation of others!

I guess if i had to think of something, more background options. There are lots, but there have been times i have not found just the right image for the background to thank someone for their work, a professional but fun thank you.

Overall, it's a nice platform to recognize a team member for any celebration. I would recommend. Simple and easy to navigate.

It's easy to set up. Huge selection of gifs and pictures, I like being able to print it as well. I like the notifications as well.

You cannot edit after a day of submitting post, you cannot email in bulk, I tend to copy the url and send an email out. Also, have an easier way to thank the team after receiving it. I think currently I would have to add in the emails manually. More fonts, more nicer themes :)

My team loves receiving them, it's a great way to show just a little extra appreciation and they are fun to do! I love using them to help build morale.

I love using Kudos boards for my team in helping celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other big milestones- it's a great way to keep my team connected.

I wish there was a way to link it up to my calendar or to put in dates/events to set up boards to go out automatically- I am a busy and forgetful person so sometimes I am late to get boards sent out for my team to sign. It would be great if there was a reminder system or something.

Will be a great tool if we can overcome the access issues
Otherwise it has been useful in our "virtual" office.

The idea of this is great, just frustrating when individuals have to add an access code multiple times to get in.

Multiple people get a message requiring a code to access the Kudoboard, but after entering the code they still cannot access.
This has happened many times over the past few months and is extremely frustrating for users.

Keep up the fun and inspiring messages and look forward to what your teams will add to the system.

My teams have had such fun creating the boards and expressing such fun GIFs and inspiring messages to our colleagues.

Continue providing different GIFs and backgrounds for variety of events.

Kudoboard has been a great tool to keep our hybrid team connected when birthdays and anniversaries come up!

Kudoboard is very easy to navigate and use. It has great graphics and gifs to select from. My team has really enjoyed building these boards!

I wish the mini board could be up to 15 people vs the current 9.

This is a great site, provide a good service. Quick and easy to figure out and but if you have problems they are eager to help.

Easy to use, fun, free options. they make it easy to stay in touch with online associates. I like that they keep me in touch with the item I have set up, reminders. Thank you.

Would like more choices of backgrounds and fonts.

Over all great concept to send for a group birthdays and other events. Thoughtfully thought out process for companies who use the hybrid work method.

It’s really good to use if you want to use it for a small team group or a large group. I love the fact you can send the link through an email and people can add in their own amount and message.

I wish there was better backgrounds to pick from for birthdays!

I LOVE Kudoboard - again it is always my go to for any cards for work (and for personal life). I always tell other folks about it and ensure that is the go to way that my work will share cards for co-workers leaving, retiring, birthdays and everything in between.

I like how the board looks, that there is an option for a free board, its cheap for a larger board and all of the options for adding to the board. I find it easy to use, share with people to add, and easy for the recipient to access and enjoy.

Obviously would love not to pay any money, but I appreciate that their is a free option and cheap ways to get premium boards! No other cons though.

Highly recommend to send notes of appreciation or congratulations! Kudoboard makes it so easy to collectively send a group card/board to someone.

We love that our team can add notes of appreciation for our employees & add unique touches like photos, videos, or gifs. We appreciate that it is SO EASY to use. We also used the new gift card feature & it worked GREAT.

Maybe more features in design to make it more customized.

Since using Kudoboard, I have increased the frequency of sending out cards based on the simplicity of creating a card quickly. There are so many occasions, background patterns etc that make it fun to customize. I know these special deliveries put big smiles on the recipients and I will continue to use Kudoboard because of that.

I love how simple it is to set up a Kudoboard. I like that it is easy to send cards for any occasion, especially now that we are all working virtually. It is really nice to acknowledge colleagues for birthdays, new jobs, etc. And I like that there is a an option to collect money for a gift card all in the same place! I like that I can schedule delivery of the card so I don't need to worry about forgetting to send.

Truthfully, I don't have a con! There hasn't been any downsides to using Kudoboard

Overall, Kudoboard has been a game changer while supporting a staff that is remote! It reminds our staff in a fun way that we are all still a team and still able to enjoy those special moments as a team.

I love Kudoboard. It is a great way to recognize staff in such a virtual world. It is an easy platform to use and very reliable.
