I will continue to use this service to acknowledge and support my team. It is worth the expense and easy to use.

No matter where people are located (in the office or remote) everyone can participate in giving acknowledgement/support to colleagues.

I wish there were more options for formatting and design.

As stated previously, I started using Kudoboard about 10 months ago to acknowledge team members for various reasons. The functionality allows me to set it up upfront and no need to check back to ensure it was delivered -- which is very thoughtful and appreciated. Collaborators are able to participate and edit their responses should they need to do so. Being able to add GIFs or upload images allow users to add personalized touches to each Kudoboard, which creates the idea that no two boards will ever be the same. I plan to continue using it whenever there is a need. Team members always provide positive feedback after reading all the messages.

I started using Kudoboard about 10 months ago to acknowledge team members for various reasons. I find it to be user friendly and fits the need when wanting to include multiple collaborators. The delivery methods make it easy to deliver the Kudoboard as it allows me to schedule the end date and time, include additional contact emails for the recipient, gives collaborators an open canvas to express themselves and allots the time for them to participate, especially when time is limited these days. The pricing tiers seem to be fair also. The board is free if there are less than ten collaborators participating which is great when you manage smaller teams. I have shared with other managers!

Kudoboard was introduced to me earlier this year and while I enjoy most of the features. I would like to have the ability to create a banner for existing backgrounds. I think it would be great if we had the ability to add a personal touch to say Happy Birthday or Congratulation verses having to create and upload an external image.

Kudoboard is a magnificent platform, since I started using it, I have noticed that my employees are now much happier, this platform allows me to obtain a correct retention of employees and improve the satisfaction that each one of them has when receiving a card of thanks or a card of recognition for any of their work, within this platform I can create personalized cards, with attractive designs and enter the information within the card that I want, I loved the experience obtained with this platform so far, I consider which has been key to developing a correct delivery of acknowledgments to my employees, since I have been able to enjoy a large number of dishes that allow me to create personalized cards. I am very happy with the experience I have gained here. I have also been able to enjoy the system for sending electronic gift cards. I can send electronic cards by email, but I can also send them by direct message. In addition, with this platform, each of the employees will be able to log in and view the number of recognitions you have earned over the course of your time with our company, otherwise I will graduate a very impressive platform and one that provides unfailing benefits to employee recognition.

Kudoboard is a magnificent service that helps any company to develop a correct employee reward system, with the help of this platform you can grant all kinds of recognition to employees when necessary, in addition, you can have a system at hand that will help you to sending them all kinds of congratulations letters for doing a specific job, this platform allows you to give recognition on a large scale throughout the company. One of the main things that I love about this platform is that it has all kinds of pre-designed templates to send some type of recognition or a birthday card to an employee, all the templates offered by this platform have an attractive design which allows congratulations card for my employee have an optimal and unique design, in addition, you can also change the design of each of the gift cards that you send to your employees. In addition, I love that it is a platform that has data storage, which is capable of keeping a specific record of the number of recognitions that have been sent to various employees, in addition, I love the great variety that exists when sending cards As a gift, you can send gift cards for online purchases or for physical purchases.

Kudoboard is an incredible platform, really since I started using this platform I have only noticed positive features and factors, at no time has this platform given me any kind of problem, it has served immediately to send all kinds of recognition to employees and to be able to automatically configure the sending of greeting cards for the birthdays of our employees. This platform has never given me any type of problem, I am totally satisfied with the functions offered, with the payment rate offered and also with the support team that has been attentive to solve each of my concerns, in conclusion, I have never had no problem with this platform.

We love to send Kudos back and forth to each other and it allows us to bring the whole team into it so we feel like a full team again.

We are able to send birthday, get better, and anniversary cards to our team members virtually now that we are all working from home. Helps bring the team together again.

Only 10 people can sign unless you want to pay for it.

Until I find something better, my team and I will continue being Kudoboard patrons. I am very pleased.

The 5 stars is for ease! I love that I can send this link to my team and they can specialize their message with special Gifs, etc. I love how interactive the interface is and its actually easy to navigate through and read.

I wish there were more backgrounds. The price point is great but the background images to choose from are limited.

We'll continue to use Kudoboard in our company for sending cards due to its simplicity. The cards are always well received too.

We use Kudoboard now that our team all work virtually. It takes less than a minute to set up a new card; it emails the card our for you to those who you want to contribute; sends reminders to contributors with one click, and again just one click to have the card delivered to the recipient.

Main pro: so easy to use!

Only downside is that we are based in the UK, so have to pay a currency transaction fee. Nevermind.

Overall very satisfied with the digital greeting card - see my comments above under pros - very good solution as we are all moving toward more digital solutions.

We are a global team and with KUDO it is so easy to send greetings and wishes from around the globe to around the globe and everybody can participate easily and can submit individual memories, greetings, photos, videos etc. - it's so easy, also to deliver - we also pinned some print out in our office area.

No cons - just pros.
Would appreciate some more fancy background options.

I like using them and wish they would have more promo offers for users to continue using. An unlimited package would be ideal.

A very positive experience. We created 5 different cards for teachers to say thank you or if they were leaving. Extremely hard and time consuming to try to get parents to sign an actual card these days so perfect in a post pandemic world ;)

I love the fact you can choose a message and a background.
That you can send the link to all the other participants.
That people can add a photo and a message.
That you can schedule send.

Can't think of anything that is a con. Could maybe have the option to use own background but I'm just trying to fill space.

We have used them all year for staff birthdays and it’s worked well. We are able to send it on their birthday.

We use it at work instead of typical cards which are hard to pass around. Some of our staff work remotely and it’s easy to include them.

I wish we could add more people to post on the board even if it’s the free board.

I really enjoy using Kudoboard, and I recommend it to friends for their companies. I think it's really friendly and easy to use, I really like the scheduled delivery option - this makes sure everyone gets theirs on time without me needing to remember to send it!

The different themes and styles, it's not just for birthdays but can be used to celebrate other things too. It really encourages managers to think about celebrating the smaller wins as well as the larger ones and big anniversaries. Being able to link and include gifs is great for those who don't always know what to say.
So much easier than a physical card, and better for the environment too!!

Nothing that I can think of! It might be good to be able to re-arrange the board to put a picture of the recipient in the centre, but that might already be possible!

I love using this and will continue to do so. Always great responses from employees. Definitely a morale booster.

Kudoboard has allowed the staff to come together for special days and each one feels very appreciated from the generosity. Taking a moment out of your day to wish someone well really makes people feel loved and this has allowed staff to do so. Birthdays are wonderful, each and every employee loves receiving their Kudoboard!

Only up to 10 signers for free, but we have 12 employees. So it's not worth the fee for our business, so some people get left out on occasion to sign the card.

It's been great using Kudoboard. It adds an element of collaboration and celebration across distant offices that we were lacking. I like that there's a lot of variety and customization in what you can post.

It's easy to use and a fun way to celebrate virtually. It reliably sends the board just when schedule. I like that you can add your own content or search from a wide variety.

Some of the features for modifying the boards aren't where you'd expect them. It usually takes me a couple tries to find the "Schedule Delivery" option.

I like that you can add your own backdrop, but I wish there were some sort of parameters listed around size/quality of photo so it turns out better. Or the option to zoom in/out and drag/drop the photo around.

It's really easy to use and fun way to personalize greetings for people. It is used widely on our campus for various events!

I love that it is collaborative with folks who are not physically in the office. We can all contribute to birthday cards without having to sign them. Plus being able to.

I would like something in between the free feature and the $5.99 model that would be suitable for offices of 15-20 folks.

Overall very good and useful product. See pros and cons above. in summary - very easy to create and use greetings, attractive designs, love the "schedule send" feature. Cons are just that there could be a few more enhancements.

Easy to use! Quick and not a lot of clicks to make a message. Easy to share with a group via simple link. I've never done it, but I think there is a way to download and save, which would be a nice memento - maybe when it is sent it should automatically also send the recipient a pdf file of the card or something... Great that you can schedule sending.

Wish there was some way to customize backgrounds or that backgrounds changed more often. Wish the free version were just a bit more generous.

It is a great, fun, and easy way to spread joy within our company. Everyone has fun posting messages and even more receiving a Kudoboard.

I love using Kudoboard to set up boards to spread joy for special events, recognize hard work and I love how easy it is to share amongst the team, schedule delivery dates and much more!

Boards are so easy to create, and there are a range of ways to put your own flare to make it personable. Boards are easy to share and invite others to participate.

Log in can be a bit of a hiccup at times. But other than having to login over and over and verify my membership, I have no other concerns.

I found this during COVID and wish I'd had it before. We've always struggled with getting people to return a card when passed around the office or to have a card with enough room for everyone to sign. Kudoboard is PERFECT for large offices in that everyone can sign it easily (and even at once and after it's sent!), access it quickly (via email!), and even personalize it beyond a mere signature without using up all the space in a paper card. Plus, you can add fun memes, pictures, and videos! The backgrounds are easy to find and apply - and there are a lot of cute, occasion-appropriate styles from which to choose! This really is a wonderful platform and I am going to use it again and again for birthdays, retirements, congratulations, and anything else we may need. It's also great for family to do when we all live states (and even countries!) away!! A cousin is getting married next year and this is definitely on our list - it'll be a beautiful, inexpensive way for all of us to send our love together. :D I can't say enough positive things about Kudoboard!

- scheduling the card to send at a certain time makes it easy to set up and forget about it
- Allowing posts after the card is sent is an awesome way to ensure everyone gets a chance to sign!

I truly can't think of many cons, but it might be nice for the creator to do the following:
- upload a personalized background
- see who made a post and forgot to sign it
However, there may be the ability to do so and I just haven't explored enough to see if I can!

Great way to get team members to add their individual messages to e-greeting cards. Easy to use and can customize as needed.

It is sometimes a bit limiting with available animated images and card templates.
