Overall very good and useful product. See pros and cons above. in summary - very easy to create and use greetings, attractive designs, love the "schedule send" feature. Cons are just that there could be a few more enhancements.

Easy to use! Quick and not a lot of clicks to make a message. Easy to share with a group via simple link. I've never done it, but I think there is a way to download and save, which would be a nice memento - maybe when it is sent it should automatically also send the recipient a pdf file of the card or something... Great that you can schedule sending.

Wish there was some way to customize backgrounds or that backgrounds changed more often. Wish the free version were just a bit more generous.

It is a great, fun, and easy way to spread joy within our company. Everyone has fun posting messages and even more receiving a Kudoboard.

I love using Kudoboard to set up boards to spread joy for special events, recognize hard work and I love how easy it is to share amongst the team, schedule delivery dates and much more!

Boards are so easy to create, and there are a range of ways to put your own flare to make it personable. Boards are easy to share and invite others to participate.

Log in can be a bit of a hiccup at times. But other than having to login over and over and verify my membership, I have no other concerns.

I found this during COVID and wish I'd had it before. We've always struggled with getting people to return a card when passed around the office or to have a card with enough room for everyone to sign. Kudoboard is PERFECT for large offices in that everyone can sign it easily (and even at once and after it's sent!), access it quickly (via email!), and even personalize it beyond a mere signature without using up all the space in a paper card. Plus, you can add fun memes, pictures, and videos! The backgrounds are easy to find and apply - and there are a lot of cute, occasion-appropriate styles from which to choose! This really is a wonderful platform and I am going to use it again and again for birthdays, retirements, congratulations, and anything else we may need. It's also great for family to do when we all live states (and even countries!) away!! A cousin is getting married next year and this is definitely on our list - it'll be a beautiful, inexpensive way for all of us to send our love together. :D I can't say enough positive things about Kudoboard!

- scheduling the card to send at a certain time makes it easy to set up and forget about it
- Allowing posts after the card is sent is an awesome way to ensure everyone gets a chance to sign!

I truly can't think of many cons, but it might be nice for the creator to do the following:
- upload a personalized background
- see who made a post and forgot to sign it
However, there may be the ability to do so and I just haven't explored enough to see if I can!

Great tool for sending cards and recognizing life events in the current virtual environment we live in.

Great way to get team members to add their individual messages to e-greeting cards. Easy to use and can customize as needed.

It is sometimes a bit limiting with available animated images and card templates.

I have been using Kudoboard and will continue doing so. It's a great tool that enables anyone to create a simple but effective digital group board for a special occasion.

Easy to use, many useful settings, you sit back and watch the birthday boys and girls get their greetings.

Could offer more backgrounds. Suggestion: option to blur the background.

Overall I like it. It is a nice way to recognize people and I like the addition of adding a gift card which I have done for my employees in the past. It has a simple interface that is very easy to use; uncomplicated. Is it possible to add a single background sound/song (welcome to the myspace generation) that could play to set the mood/tone?

I really like the gif options. There are a lot of options. I also enjoy being able to schedule delivery.

I wish that we could schedule delivery on the half hour and not just the hour as an option. Also, I find that when I am just working off my laptop (versus attached to an external monitor) the screens are more difficult to maneuver when scheduling delivery; it cuts off the calendar option until I log back into an external monitor. I'm not sure if it is my settings or the system though so I'm noting it here. Would love some additional design options though for work anniversaries, welcomes and people leaving only because those seem to be the ones we use most.

Overall I feel like there could be cheaper ways to do this but it is convenient and everyone easily understands how to use it.

It's easy to create group greetings and I like the ability to add GIFs. Easier than going and buying a physical card for lots of people to sign.

It's expensive for what you actually get and could be a lot cheaper. No option to purchase in alternative currencies which leads to bank charges in the UK.

My overall experience with Kudoboard is great but, if the accessibility of outsiders to sign Kudoboard links is a possibility that would be the icing on the cake so to speak.

I love the ease of creating a Kudoboard with the settings options that are plentiful to choose from as a background as well as the functionality of the delivery of the Kudoboard to the receiver. I like the personal notes that are provided in the settings as well as being able to upload pictures to the add to the Kudoboard.

I do not like that sharing a Kudoboard link with outsiders to add or sign is not possible since, the Kudoboard access is only for the users on the account. If there is a way that the link can be shared with outsiders to sign it would be beneficial. Our company wants to have the ability to have others sign Kudoboards without the party being part of the account as a user.

We all love Kudoboard and highly recommend it to everyone!

Friendly user.... straightforward to navigate. Having Kudoboard during the pandemic was the best way to wish everyone on any occasion and location around the globe. It brought joy to everyone. We ALL love Kudoboard!

If they can bring the icon or make it more visible the date, delivery, and email of the person you're sending the greetings would really help.

This has been a great tool in our workplace and has been used for a number of new baby, and retirement celebrations. We are a global company, and colleagues from all over are able to access and include their sentiments/photos, etc.
We have even purchased a few kudoboard books as a lasting keepsake to retirees.
I like that the board can always be accessed, and can still be added to after sent to the recipient.
Overall, we love it!

I don't have any cons - we enjoy this software and I don't have anything negative to say.

I have sent a few Kudo cards and each time the recipient was very happy and the whole process was well received.

It is simple to get participation from everyone in your staff by just forwarding the link. There are lots of GIF's and templates to personalize your response on the card. You can schedule delivery, so you don't have to worry about it not reaching the recipient in time.

There is nothing that I can think of, besides the price.

I've been using the pricing per board option and that ends up being a bit pricey.

Such a great product, easy to use and simple to send out to teams to write their messages. A great product that our company can depend on.

How user friendly it is, it's also at such a great price. You can't get a card at the store for less than this anymore.

More sympathy backgrounds, possibly other features could be included in the price.

I use this tool frequently to mark and celebrate events and people in my team. It's easy to use and I enjoy finding things that will make people smile.

I'd like to send it to more than 10 people for free but that's because I don't have a budget for this.

Kudoboard is a fun and easy way to get your whole team involved in celebrating special occasions (birthdays, work anniversaries, promotions, retirements, etc.), and has been a great way to connect people with so many now working remotely.

If you don't have your own go-to library of gifs and memes for special occasions it can sometimes take a while to find what you're looking for in the built-in giphy library.

Great, Kudoboard is really simple to use and works well for our global team to recognise birthdays and special occasions.

Lack of options for smaller scale bulk purchase eg. package of 20 boards per year.

I love Kudoboard, it allows me to recognize team members for special events, awards, etc in an easy to use way--makes remote working more personal.

The platform is easy to use, the graphics are awesome. I like that 10 people can contribute on the free board.

I have not come across anything I would change about Kudoboard yet.

As the creator of a board, it's so easy and when I send it to others to add to it, it's so user friendly and the receiver is surprised and loves it. What a wonderful way to send a compliment.

I use this consistently for birthday and leaving cards! Find it really easy to use and does a great job of having that 'birthday card' moment, even when working remotely.
