No ability to preschedule new kudoboard - if you could preschedule Kudoboards to create new ones for people's birthdays or work anniversaries then people would need to add well wishes.

I love having this resource to use in my role as an Educator. I have found many times where this came in handy. It's better than a hand written thank you note!

Easy to create. Fun. Engaging. We used this to send our condolences to a school where they lost a student due to a mass shooting in our state.

I wish there were a free option or a less expensive option.

LOVE Kudoboard. When my team and I all went remote, as leaders we were constantly looking for ways to engage the team and say thank you or happy birthday. This did it! Kudoboard brings a smile to peoples face, small moments of recognition are SO important!

Love how collaborative, fun and easy it is to use! It allows each person to personalize their message!

I wish the free board would increase how many people can participate by just a few - but totally get it!

Love it, will continue using it for sure! There is no app or website that comes close to the level of quality of Kudoboard.

Have been using these very often, super fun, simple, and boosts morale. I love all the different features, from being able to post pictures to gifs and everything in between.

Maybe more backgrounds, more variety, but overall nothing specific.

Overall, Kudoboard is a fabulous product and I don't hesitate to give it a five star review. It is easy to use, excellent quality, and a way to organize a large group of people to send lots of greetings all at once to commemorate any occasion. What I love is that it can be for small things . . . like wishing someone a wonderful day as a pick me up . . . or for big events like weddings, anniversaries, retirements, or milestone birthdays. The possibilities are endless and I absolutely love Kudoboards! I would love to see an education pricing opportunity. School budgets are truly thin already and that is why I just purchase individual Kudoboards for special occasions. I would love to do a birthday board for each staff member, however, cost for something like that would be a barrier in our school.

I love the simplicity of Kudoboard. It is very user friendly and I love that you can add your own photos to your greetings! Every person I have sent a Kudoboard to has responded with gratitude. It is a great way to get personal messages from a large group of people without having to organize them in the same physical space to sign or add to a greeting for a special event.

It is not a con vs a feature I am hoping will be added in the future. I would like to see more generic themes or the ability to change the color of a theme that I like, but is not in the recipient's favourite color scheme. I would also love a simple way to create my own theme . . . but that is not a con of this product, just my own love of design and creativity.

It is easy to add messages and send the platform to others to have them add their own messages. I like that everything is combined on one webpage and you just have to scroll to see all your messages.

Kudoboard is a great platform to provide delightful messages quickly and seamlessly to team members. I like the ability to add GIFs.

I would like additional GIFs as well as the option to customize the design of the board more (more colors/options)!

I have used Kudo several times and truly enjoy creating them for my co-workers. It's a fun way to celebrate my co-workers!

I really like the ease of use. So quick and fun to be able to collaborate . Selection of backgrounds is also great.

I wish that the free version would allow more people to be added.

I love that we can deliver this and send it out to our folks real time. We are a company who has employees located all over the US and this tool brightens our staff's days when they receive this.

I and my team love using Kudoboard for birthdays, congrats, etc. I work at a company with 20,000 global employees and it makes it so easy for folks to contribute regardless of location or timezone. Love it.

Kudoboard is so convenient and such a quick, easy way to create a thoughtful group note or recognition to someone.

I would say more background options but only because I like to see as many options as possible. I haven't looked into if this was a feature yet but the ability to record a note would be great!

Ive been using this for birthday shout outs and anything special for the team. Fun and easy to use for everyone.

I love the ease of the Kudoboard, and inviting contributors. Love that you can link videos too! Makes someone feel uber special! I also love that you can schedule a specific date/time. That gives us ample time to set it up and have it delivered on the special day.

I had nothing that I didn't like. If anything, I would love some animated backgrounds to make it even more engaging. Also wish i could print it out on regular size letter paper.

Overall, the website could run smoother but it's still a fantastic resource to use. Any team would benefit from its use.

This site is a wonderful way for colleagues to celebrate each other remotely. For a team like mine that has employees all over the country, like mine, this is a great way to build camaraderie. It's also great that there's an anonymous option to contribute to a gift card. It decreases the pressure to contribute for those who may not be able to afford it.

The gift card feature sometimes glitches. The GIF feature could also be improved. It lets you select a GIF but if you don't like it you have to reload the entire page.

No need to spend several days passing a card around the office. In today's remote work environment, it's a great way to send a note and involve the whole team/company!

Really easy to use and a great place to collate messages from lots of people.
Great that you can schedule delivery to the recipient.

The Free board only holds 10 messages before you have to pay - irritating for smaller boards as sometimes have had to pay the extra when I only needed it for the ability to post 11 messages.

Covid really changed the way we work, moving to a remote workforce made it hard to get teams to sign cards for those leaving, going on mat leave, take a long vacation. Kudo Boards are a great and fun solution. I love how much they can be personalised, the effects that present when it is opened, the GIFS and attachments that can be placed on messages, it's all fantastic and can be shared via email to ensure the entire business has an opportunity to contribute. The feature to print the board or have it turned in to a book is something really unique and personal. Such beautiful word and messages then made a keep sake. Most of all the ease of use to set a Kudo up and personalize and schedule delivery can all be done in under 5 minutes.

Support function is not easy to find, would be good to see this as a chat bubble or something on the front page that could be clicked on and take you to the correct area.

Great product, would definitely recommend - do think there should be a level before 100 contributors though with revised pricing.

I have used this to create quite a few Kudoboards. I like it as it's accessible and very simple. I'm sure you could start to get super fancy with advanced graphics etc now.

It's simple, and quick to pay for and open. The free option is pretty sweet too. It's a fun way to collaborate with those at distance.

I reckon you could get some fancier backgrounds/GIFs etc.

Useful, quick and easy to use. I use this on most occasions for the office. As mentioned it is a great tool for sending quick messages and to add more features if required making it a go to product.

Kudoboard is a very easy software tool to use and quickly set up. It's great for those that either just want to leave a message or send something extra in the way of a GIF or photo.

Basically all good though maybe a tad costly. Perhaps there could be a new charge feature for 20 posts.
