PositiveIt has basically everything you need - live chat, multiple operators, beautiful design, macros, ... It's stable and has a "we are offline" out-of-the-box if no operator is currently online which is great.
NegativeIf you want a little bit of customization by using the JavaScript API (for example to hide the chat on certain pages) thats only possible if you pay for the most expensive tier which is pretty annoying considering it's a base feature on other live chat platforms.
