I really liked how quickly I was able to get the tool up and running on my website. I also love the features of leaving a message when a rep isn't available, and the survey feedback at the end.

The overall experience for us from a usability perspective in the first weeks of usage is pretty great. It's simple to use and modern.

It has basically everything you need - live chat, multiple operators, beautiful design, macros, ... It's stable and has a "we are offline" out-of-the-box if no operator is currently online which is great.

If you want a little bit of customization by using the JavaScript API (for example to hide the chat on certain pages) thats only possible if you pay for the most expensive tier which is pretty annoying considering it's a base feature on other live chat platforms.
