PositiveWe went from another chat system cause of a data protection problem with the old one. Userlike is very good for german customers, because they respect all the rules.
The setup is really easy, also to setup WhatsApp business. If you have questions, you can chat with Userlike and they will help you.NegativeThe communication with Zendesk to forward tickets can be a bit better. If you forward a ticket automatically to Zendesk, the chat will be still open in Userlike and you have to close it in Userlike also, after you solve the ticket in Zendesk.
