    I'm still in the start-up phase of my business and haven't really chatted with customers yet, but my overall impression is good and everything I tested worked almost immediately. So far very satisfied with software and support.

    The widget and chat box look good. I think it is very important that the dashboard where you set everything is well-arranged and clear.
    Support is fast and clear, you get an almost immediate response.
    No employees / programmers who act derogatory if you do not immediately understand certain things yourself.

    The possibility for a sole proprietor / self-employed person to use a free one-agent version.

    Negative

    As a designer of printed circuit boards, among other things, I need the possibility to exchange files with customers. This is possible, but unfortunately the files are not scanned for viruses and malware, so it is very important to have good security software installed yourself!
    No employees / programmers who act derogatory if you do not immediately understand certain things yourself.
    The possibility for a sole proprietor / self-employed person to use a free one-agent version.
    Some things are only adjustable in the most extensive and not cheap version.

    In conclusion it is very complete, in which there are tutorial videos but I feel that there should be an easier way to learn how to use it. However, it is one of the most complex APIs on the market.

    Another point in favor is the possibility of modifying the permissions according to the ranks, even creating new roles.

    A good, easy and save choice. I was really surprised how easy it was to setup an administrate Userlike. Our customers love also the chat system.

    We went from another chat system cause of a data protection problem with the old one. Userlike is very good for german customers, because they respect all the rules.
    The setup is really easy, also to setup WhatsApp business. If you have questions, you can chat with Userlike and they will help you.

    Negative

    The communication with Zendesk to forward tickets can be a bit better. If you forward a ticket automatically to Zendesk, the chat will be still open in Userlike and you have to close it in Userlike also, after you solve the ticket in Zendesk.
