    Through Userlike we have the possibility to give customers a low-threshold way to contact us. Due to the simplicity of Userlike, the acceptance in the executing department is very high and we are able to roll out the chat quickly.

    Positive

    The tool is very well preconfigured. Especially the automatic messages in case of absence or not answering questions. Very intuitive and also not very intrusive for our customers.

    Negative

    Test period is a bit short. With installation on dev system and then testing by sales, a longer test period would be desirable, but support was very accommodating in the test period extension.
    It would be nice if there were roles in the team version that did not consume a quota (e.g. for agency or internal admin).

    It's hard to speak for bigger organizations, as ours is <5 employees; but overall we enjoy using UserLike and it's been fruitful since we integrated it to our website too.

    At first, we had some trouble regarding page speed, but it's much better now with some tweaking.
