PositiveThe tool is very well preconfigured. Especially the automatic messages in case of absence or not answering questions. Very intuitive and also not very intrusive for our customers.
NegativeTest period is a bit short. With installation on dev system and then testing by sales, a longer test period would be desirable, but support was very accommodating in the test period extension.
