Overall - very pleased! Haven't dived into all the features yet but simple to build customer lists and groups, navigate around.

Multiple groups, easy to build emails, haven't tried any templates but created my own, reports are easy, will try automatic birthday wishes! Features rated 4 as I haven't tried A/B campaigns, landing pages yet.

Had to pay to remove logo, small customer count and would have preferred free until customer count grows.

I find it confusing that the landing page/ website interface is different than the newsletter one.

MailerLite has by far the best features for the price. Even their free plan has loads of things you can use to get your newsletter looking great and functioning like a well-oiled machine. Automation--check, easy to use content blocks--check, landing pages--check. Even a website builder if you need one. Plus an amazing support team who reaches out quickly and goes the extra mile to make sure any issues you have are addressed completely.

I haven't found anything that has disappointed me about MailerLite.

I really like that the environment is user-friendly. The price is really welcoming, the design is also very good.

I really like the drag and drop feature while creating my emails. I moved from Mailchimp because MailerLite is cheaper and more convenient.

So far no cons. I do not use all the features like landing pages etc. I use only emails. They are awesome.

It's very fast and easy to create e-mail marketing campaigns. One tool that offers everything - campaigns, design, subscriber activity, analytics.

Content editing could be a bit faster and more interactive.

I looked over many different email services and MailerLite was the one for me! Price, features, ease of use, and a responsive help desk are all very important to me and MailerLite checks off every box!

I like that MailerLite has the features I need for a low price when compared to other services. It's great to be able to segment my subscribers so I can provide them the information they need!

I am very happy with MailerLite. I am on the paid version and I think it's good value for money. I particularly like the fact that when I get stuck on something and I need help, there's always someone available on the chat to help resolve my issues. Their customer service is great.

I like the ease of use, I'm not particularly techie and yet I was able to set up my mailing list with no issues and even create my first automation. Which works, by the way!

My confirmation email when someone first subscribes, often ends up in the spam/promotion folders, so readers may not confirm their subscription. I'm not sure though that it's a problem related to MailerLite or filters in email providers.

MailerLite has been a software that has had an excellent performance within the real estate company, mainly because we constantly use this platform to design campaigns about property letters and to be able to maximize the number of clients that we obtain who are interested in the properties that we offer, we consider that This platform is key to developing a correct system of advertising campaigns, I have loved the great design that each campaign that I have developed has had, this platform has provided me with a large number of templates with excellent design which helps my campaign to be much more more attractive, I consider that the experience obtained within this platform has been incredible, I really liked the fact of being able to design campaigns in a simple way with the drag and drop system. I also believe that this platform should make improvements to the high costs that it has in each of its plans, they should also improve the application for mobile devices, since currently it only allows viewing reports or viewing the progress of each campaign but does not allow creating campaigns from zero, this application needs to be used as soon as possible.

MailerLite has been a very important platform for our company mainly because it has helped us obtain a large number of clients thanks to the advertising we have done in the advertising campaign. One of the first things I like about this platform is the automated system response, this system is capable of automatically responding to any request made by customers, it does not matter if it is a request through our website or if they have sent us an email requesting a requirement, in the same way this automated system to respond any of your requests, in addition, also respond to the requests made by each client within each advertising campaign, this system is capable of detecting when a client has responded to the campaign correctly and we can configure an automated response for when this occurs. Another thing that I liked about this platform is that it has an integrated sales management system, it not only allows you to carry out advertising campaigns, but it also allows you to register each of the potential clients obtained through those campaigns, I can register them within of this database and I can keep track of each client obtained, it allows me to use a CRM system integrated within this same panel, which helps to optimize sales and retain clients immediately every time we run a new advertising campaign . In addition, I also liked the ease with which I can send a campaign simultaneously on my social networks and at the same time send them by email, every time I am going to send an advertising campaign I only have to select the social networks and if I want to send it by email, it will be sent immediately to all registered contacts.

MailerLite is an amazing platform to optimize ad campaign management service and also allows to manage all the sales or negotiations with leads, however, one of the main problems within this platform is that it is quite expensive, each of the plans that they offer are quite expensive, therefore, I do not recommend that this platform be used in small companies, since this will cause it to take a long time to obtain benefits or return on investment due to its high costs, I consider that this platform can only be used in medium or large companies, to maximize the profits corresponding to each advertising campaign. The second negative thing that I did not give you about this platform is that it does not have any email bounce system, it is very necessary that this system be implemented in order to know exactly if the client has correctly received the advertising campaign or if the filter of sending mail to bounced in this sent campaign, I consider that this function is very necessary so that we know exactly how many clients have received each campaign correctly. The last negative thing about this platform is regarding a specific feature of the application for mobile phones, currently this application only allows you to view the reports or the performance of each sent campaign in real time, you can also send campaigns that are ready through that platform, however, it is not possible to create new campaigns within it, you cannot design a campaign from scratch within this application, the only way to do it is through the desktop version or the web version.

I switched from Mailchimp to MailerLite because of the automations. So much easier and I could have multiple groups and automations going all at once.

CUSTOMER Support is out of this world. They help with ANYTHING any time of day or night.

Able to have multiple groups (not just limited based on subscription).
Community they have setup (office hours are the best).
Landing pages.

I wish I could see more columns on the subscriber list would love to see what groups they are in.

Overall, I am very happy that I decided to make the switch from Mailchimp to MailerLite. It was an effort to accomplish, but worth it and I'm quite happy with my choice.

I appreciate how functional the program is, and the many tutorials and resources that teach how to use the features. MailerLite is also very affordable in comparison to similar products. I think the MailerLite team is responsive to the needs of customers and on top of industry development to keep it on the cutting edge.

I own one small brand and I love to use newsletters as a way to talk/sell/feed my community, but I'm not that much into technology stuff.
MailerLite surprised me: it is really easy understand and do it all the stuff. Also, the assistance is really 24h and amazing!

I'm not technically trained or even very competent, but I have managed to create some great email newsletters for my small business. The support from MailerLite has been amazing - accurate and always encouraging. Love the service and the end results.

There is nothing I wish to complain about!

MailerLite has managed to optimize our business advertising system, our company is dedicated to the sale of properties and their purchase, in this way we have been able to create advertising campaigns which help us attract more customers to buy our properties or access one of our services. I am happy with the general experience I have had with this platform, because it has allowed me to send advertising through email but also through my social networks, it is a fairly complete application, its general interface is quite comfortable to use, you can monitor the progress of each one of the campaigns and check the traffic they have generated. It is a fairly accessible shower, supra free and quite complete and allows you to access all the functions of the platform for a limited time.

The main feature that I like about MailerLite is that it has a fairly complete free trial, it has a good free trial service, which is capable of allowing us to create all kinds of advertising campaigns and send them to customers and a minute of payment of some fee , this free trial lasts approximately 1 month, but it is complete and you can get a lot of use out of it. The free trial has the testing system included, this way you can test all the advertising campaigns before you send them to your clients. Another thing that I like is that it has a mobile application for iOS devices, I have installed this application on my mobile phone and its general operation is quite good, it allows me to create advertising campaigns from my phone thanks to drag and drop systems, too I can monitor the entire advertising campaign is from my mobile phone, this application is really impressive. Finally, it has an excellent automatic response system, so that they are executed depending on the client's interaction.

One of the disadvantages that I have noticed within this platform is that it has very few pre-designed templates to incorporate into the advertising campaigns that you carry out, I have bought this platform with several alternatives and I have noticed that it has very few templates for all users. Another of the negative things is that you cannot carry out a joint advertising campaign from the platform, it would be excellent if within this platform you could carry out campaigns with the support of your colleague, or you can carry out a campaign with the help of your work team, this it would further facilitate the campaign and help it to have greater participation and collaboration.

We like using the program. It has become one of pillars of advertising in our cultural center.
We could use some UTM options for campaign tracking, but it can be done manually, so no problem.

It's very easy to do beautiful email campaigns. It has easy to use design program, you can re-use different campaigns. Also it takes care of GDPR and everything.
Also management of different recipient groups is well implemented. And the prices are fair.

Having some email notifications before the yearly plan expires would be great.
