Incredible product, I've been all over the email marketing space and I keep returning to MailerLite.

Simple, fast, but not lacking features. I love the layout and nothing feels clunky or slow. everything is where it needs to be.

Integrations could go further and I'd love for website tracking to come on the scene.

Coming from Mailchimp was a delight when I arrived here with MailerLite. I imported all of my contacts with ease and there was a low learning curve. I was surprised at how quickly I could create and email a campaign. In addition, it's affordable for those just building their lists and has so many features to make your brand shine. When I switched to MailerLite, I found a new email marketing home!

None that I can think of. Everything I've encountered to this point has been positive and just what I needed.

The billing issue was annoying. But overall, ML provides a great service and is serving me extremely well. I was able to build some fairly complex workstreams without any problems.

Very intuitive, plus when I do have a problem, there's always somebody able to help me out. I was able to setup some very complex workflows that would cost me a lot more with other competitors. Deliverability has never been an issue, and I feel well-informed when there is a problem.

The billing wasn't great. I opted for an annual plan, but when I cleaned my list and dropped into a lower payment range, MailerLite was unable to adjust the annual plan. I had to pay a much higher rate than I needed for another 6 months. I'm now back on the monthly subscription model, because on the annual model, I paid way too much.

There were more tools opened up when I started doing the monthly plan.

Free to use up to one thousand subscribers to get your feet wet.

Integration to other software is just a few easy steps.

I haven't found anything negative yet. So far, everything meets my expectation.

Great experience so far, this autoresponder pricing is logical compared to these other highly expensive autoresponders in the market.

I like all the features and the pricing is so competitive compared to that highly expensive autoresponder.

Maybe segmenting and grouping needs to be easier.

I switched from Mailchimp to Mailerlite back in 2019(ish) and I am so glad that I did. I haven't had any issues with creating the types of campaigns that I need for my marketing. Plus, the landing pages, automation, and other features as equally easy to use and come with a ton of customization. Last, I am always impressed with how built-out the resource library is. Best internal resources I've seen in a while!

Sometimes, it takes a while to load/save changes. Creating takes a bit longer than I would like at times. I have been kicked out at times due to slow loading. It happens rarely, but can be very frustrating and take up more of my time than I would like.

And, when I get stuck, the concise video tutorials get me to the answer quickly.

For somebody who had no idea of what I was doing when designing a newsletter and managing subscribers, MailerLite made it so easy.

I can't think of a thing, except for perhaps giving us a few more options on embedding video. I sometimes struggle with that - but it may well be a Facebook/Instagram issue.

Very good experience, tools and deliverability. Let's see how it will evolve with more and more mailing users. I would say it's way way better than Mailchimp.

It's constantly evolving. So you will have new features monthly after a vote of the users. It's nice.

Lack some features of course, and a lot of things are too simple.

Overall I love MailerLite. Sometimes it takes a little effort to learn a new advanced technique, but it has been worth it every time, and the support staff provides awesome help when you've (that's me) have forgotten what you learned from the tutorials.

You can do things with MailerLite that you would otherwise use premium services for but at a price where everybody can participate.

Service is super fast, often the minute I create a ticket, and I always get great help. The support staff will often go out of their way to overdeliver, and they are always kind and personal in their replies.

I still need clean text emails, and I hope they will soon make it possible to change the email address of the subscribers.

Great communication tool for small groups, affordable pricing and availability of templates is a big help.

Ease of use, templates make it a breeze to send campaigns. Love that I can schedule to send out emails at a later date.

Edit picture feature freezes up at times. Other than that, don't see any other cons.

Relatively easy to use, great support and the emails look great too. I would highly recommend it and have suggested it to a number of my own clients already.

I've been using it for quite some time and I haven't yet found anything I don't like - and I use a minimum of once a week for different types of emails

Like I said, great service. I know about all the alternatives out there and none of them have ever tempted me because MailerLite really has it all.

Simple, powerful, affordable. Interface is super intuitive and got all the features I need. Can't think of anything I would change. Great customer service as well.

Really nothing I can think of. I'm very geeky with coding my own emails and once in a while I have a question that support can't help me with but that's really not something I can expect.

Love it, it is simple and easy to use and customise to what I need. I like that I can duplicate campaigns and reuse them with a little tweaking.

I have used other services, but to be honest, they were so much more complicated. I'm busy and I haven't got hours or days to work out how something works, it needs to be pretty much intuitive for me to use and Mailerlite is.

Resizing images can be confusing (especially logos).

Easy to use, great support too. I use MailerLite for emails and it also hosts my website. I'm very happy with what I've been able to create on my own with MailerLite, as well as with the quick, knowledgeable and easily accessible support team.

I's like to be able to embed videos from YouTube into my website.

My overall experience has been extremely positive. I am pleased with the ease of use, functionality and pricing of MailerLite.

MailerLite is so well thought out, it has every feature and option you can think of. It's well-priced too!

The only con is that you need to wait a little bit for certain elements to load.

For any queries I may need help with, the support team are always helpful and quick to fix it.

MailerLite is so easy and user friendly. I like having my newsletter and website all in one place.
It's easy to create pretty websites and newsletters with the drag and drop function.
Compared to other websites with similar functions, the prices are quite cheap.

The only drawback for me is the limited number of pages I can create for my website.
I would love to expand, but for the moment it isn't in my budget.

I came from Mailchimp and it's night and day. Mailchimp is confusing and has a terrible UI. MailerLite is quite straightforward. Customer Service (a very big factor for me) is fast (ie: responding within seconds or a minute or two) and they offer a solution every time.

Customer service is fast and knowledgeable , workflows are pretty clear, groups and segments are also good.

Some features could be clearer/improved and more features would be nice. Such as ability to save custom blocks, move users into group w/o activating workflow, etc.

MailerLite is a good tool for beginners and for more advanced users who want to share the latest news with their community.

I really like MailerLite because it is easy to use and it works perfectly with Divi which I use for my website. The price is also really good and it has almost all features I need.

I would really appreciate if there would be more than one entrance point at the automation but hopefully this feature will be added one day.

Overall, I really like MailerLite, mainly for it's great UI/UX interface. It's fast, simple, and easy to deploy.

MailerLite has a clean and easy to access user interface, really good for email marketing newbies. It also has great automation.

Lack of really in-depth customizable features like complex automation (like you'd see in HubSpot). I don't really care for "segments" feature, I haven't really found that much of a use for it.
