Some things can be improved, but it's a REALLY good mailing option and I strongly recommend MailerLite.

It's very easy to use, almost intuitive. You can make great email designs without much expertise, elaborate forms, pop-ups and automation like a professional and analyse data they provide even if you are just a humble entrepreneur like me.

It can be a little bit bothering to deal with some limitations in Automation and I think some options could be more clear or well presented, like the preheader one. They even say at their help page that most users don't even use preheader, but isn't it they own fault when not making this option more clear to the users?

- I love the way in which I can monetize each of the objects that I implement in each advertising campaign, I can add specific objects to each campaign and be able to sell them within it, I love the way in which I can integrate this platform with others trading platforms, We are a company specialized in selling properties and renting them, so linking a trading platform to our campaign service is fully functional and beneficial for all of us, as it helps to receive payments within the campaign without any problem and without using any external program.

- I love the way I can send targeted campaigns and generalized campaigns, thanks to this system I can send campaigns for each subscriber, it also allows me to use tagging and personalization functions that deliver relevant content for each specific subscriber. Targeted campaigns within this platform also allow me to schedule a campaign for a specific time zone, this scheduled campaign allows me to automate sending them to recipients.

-I love the auto-response mode that the MailerLite system has, within this platform I can configure automated responses that are sent depending on the action taken by the client within the campaign, create advanced marketing workflows within this platform It is quite simple and it helps to automate between the client and the campaign, I can configure the automated sending of emails depending on the client's interaction.

Within our experience with this e-mail marketing system, we have had great positive factors which have allowed this experience to be much more complete every day, however it is also important to mention that there have been several negative factors that have limited a little our experience, and cause us to be unable to enjoy some specific features. One of the main negative things that this platform does not accept you were the following:

- Within this platform, it is currently only possible to create advertising campaigns for emails and text messages, however it is not possible to create surveys. We have previously enjoyed various platforms that have allowed us to create campaigns and surveys within the same panel, but within MailerLite this is not currently possible. I would love for this platform to be multipurpose. It is important to us that the poll creation function is implemented as soon as possible.

- Currently, it is not possible to import content from another platform into this advertising campaign system, as I mentioned previously, we have previously used other e-mail marketing platforms, where we have various default designs for campaigns, those designs have not been able to be used within this platform since it does not allow exporting or importing designs or information from another place. It is important for us that this e-mail marketing system can import and export information from other media, thus helping this campaign to be created more easily.

- There is no way to measure the traffic generated by each campaign within our social networks. On several occasions we send campaigns through this medium through our social networks, but within this platform it is not possible to visualize the progress and the audience that we have obtained through that publication on social networks, it would be excellent to be able to measure that traffic from social networks since This information is very important to us.

I consider that I have not had any type of problem during my experience with MailerLite, this software has exceeded my expectations and has performed excellently during its operation in my sales and marketing sector. I have never had any kind of problem during the creation, distribution or administration of advertising campaigns, I have always felt comfortable, the customer support has been really good and I have enjoyed a very good automated system to obtain clients. I hope not to have any kind of problem in the future, MailerLite is second to none.

I have used another similar program for a different group. I didn't choose that one. When I could make a choice, this is the one I chose, for the reasons mentioned above.

I would have liked more options for the "unsubscribe" page, but there has been a re-design of that which I have yet to try.

Great product, I had been looking for a tool like MailerLite but never find one as simple to use but overall excellent.

Has all the functionality we need for our mailing campaigns and links to other applications.

Most of all is very intuitive and any one with little practice can learn to use it.

Any cons are really relevant, all basic features are in place.

I am happy and have no plans of going anywhere else. I hope to have time to keep learning about the automations.

I transferred from a different site--I have a newsletter so was concerned about moving all my subscribers, but you all made the move simple. Setting up by making a template keeps life so easy--I tend to send twice a month and have designed two templates. Now instead of starting from scratch, your template allows me to make simple adjustments. I also can see the open rate, click rate, and subscriber additions and subtractions with ease.

Sometimes I need simpler or slower instructions in the how-to videos. There's a whole new lexicon involved and I am older so I need a little more time and explanation for understanding things like the automations.

The transition to MailerLite was simple and easy. Understanding how to use MailerLite has been an easy experience.

Easy to use and easy to understand. No problem transitioning and moving my subscribers over. Designing newsletters is quick and easy.

No cons from my perspective at this time. I have had no trouble with the transition and enjoy designing newsletters for my subscribers.

Works well for sending our very simple and basic emails. They do offer a free tier you can use.

Very simple platform but is costly as others are.

We were using a self hosted email solution but it was getting difficult to manage the increasing list so we decided to shift to a cloud based solution and after researching market MailerLite seemed to be a perfect solution and that too not much heavy on pocket. Mailchimp was our first choice but it was expensive to be used on long run so mailer lite was chosen and since that day have never looked back. Our experience has been awesome and its evolving at a good pace, Zapier integration is something very nice which gives endless possibilities.

3) List management is also super intuitive which helps in easily organizing subscribers.

1) Lack of Android app, iOS app has been released in beta version.

2) It uses a very dynamic IP so sometimes mail gets in promotion but guess that happens with every email solution.
