Okay, creating reports actually feels like a game. Not in a good way, because it feels like you have to go through a million levels. Another thing is that you cant save it until you complete the report, so you know now how it feels.
The keyword searches can be a little more intuitive. Meaning that it feels too mechanical, a touch of personality to it would be great.

Ultimately the limitations don’t overtake the benefits experienced through this software. I would highly recommend for all.
