PositiveThe ease of setup and installation for policies and deployment are beyond easy. Pricing is very competitive and Sales & Tech are always available.

PositiveIt brings together an awful lot of (but not everything) into one site that I can use to manage hundreds of machines, including the remote control portions, software lists, asset lists, and security status and alerting.
NegativeOur chosen AV software (WebRoot) is not integrated into the website, otherwise I'd give 5 stars, as well as a few UI/UX items that are not totally intuitive.

Great RMM Solution
Date: Jun 26 2020SummaryOverall, Ninja has definitely improved productivity and response time. Being able to be alerted of when a server or organization has gone offline, before the client even calls. The constant improvements and fixes keep polishing Ninja to be an even better RMM Solution.
PositiveInformation and Alerts are very informative in most cases.
Integration with third party software.
Ability to Run and Access Command prompt and windows services with out interfering with the user.
Remotely able to run scripts and restarts services from the mobile app.
Has a mobile app to allow to quickly check status of Servers and Users, while also able to run scripts directly through the app.
When support is needed, their assistance is very helpful.NegativeIntegration with TeamViewer at times was choppy, but on TeamViewer side was normally the cause.

Finally, an RMM designed FOR the SMB IT Consultant

The foundation of this technical experience are the great people behind the design that take my job as serious as I do. Bottom line: I FEEL supported by anyone I work with at NinjaRMM. That is priceless. My IT business is 10 years old and NinjaRMM is my 5th and final RMM. I have been benefiting from a partnership with them for 5 years now. Kudos to the team at NinjaRMM!

Our MSP's Main Tool
Date: Jun 23 2020SummaryAll-in-all, Ninja is a great platform. My staff and I use it all day, every day to manage our 400ish computers and servers, and love the end-user access recently added. Integrations are available and slick, and the price is right for us.

I love Ninja!
Date: Jun 19 2020SummaryThe title is not a lie, even if the cake is.. I love NinjaRMM, it has streamlined so much of our work and the integration has been incredibly smooth. When we have needed to contact support they have been helpful and prompt. They really listen to each customer's input and we have already seen improvements to the product as a whole with questions we had when just looking to switch. I can't comment on pricing exactly as that's not my area though compared to our previous service I know we get more bang for the buck with Ninja.
PositiveThe software is easy to use, easy to configure, setting up new clients and even access for those clients is very straight forward. The basic dashboard is clean and concise, great logging to track/review changes, access logs, etc. They have a ton of options and are adding more. With the increase in work-from-home for all our SMB clients it has been a lifesaver. Multiple options for AV and Remote Access software are great.
NegativeClearing alerts for clients who haven't started their machines for a long time can be difficult.

PositiveExciting feature road-map, diverse integrations, 2FA, useful power-user and end-user tools, and excellent support.
NegativeNative control of Bitdefender for Mac, Bitlocker integration, Linux support, and HyperV integration are all still a work in progress. These are listed as in development, so they shouldn't be a problem for too much longer.

PositiveNinja makes remote access easy and secure forget about vpn, blah blah just install ninja and use TeamViewer. If that doesn’t work (unusual) spin up a Remote Desktop session that’s secured.
Monitor all the disk usage, memory, etc of all your devices with the ability to remote file transfer, reset services, etc.NegativeCan be a little clunky, especially the need to use the back button in the browser which feels kind of dated.

Solid RMM
Date: Jun 23 2020SummaryThis is not just a software for MSPs. Ninja is always looking to improve and add new features. Tech support is fast and they keep you updated with important notifications at the top of your site until you dismiss it.
PositiveAllows you to bundle machine stats, remote management, backup, and endpoint security if you choose to along with a few other integrations. Being able to control machine updates by custom group is great if you don't have SCCM or WSUS. Usability is easy with limited training so you are quick to get going. Having the capability of remote cmd and registry is nice.
NegativeNothing really that I don't like. TeamViewer had an issue but that wasn't really on Ninja and it was resolved in a timely manor.

Total life-saver

PositiveDue to COVID-19, 99% of our customers and support were pushed remotely. I'm not sure how we would have functioned without this product. The users were able to complete their jobs from home and we could facilitate that transition seamlessly.
During normal operations, our ability to proactively monitor client devices and catch potential issues before they turn into angry phone calls has been outstanding.NegativeI'm hopeful that Ninja's homegrown backup solution is a solid replacement for Cloudberry. We have had mixed results with the latter product and I've got my fingers crossed that we can move our clients to Ninja backups!

NegativeAlthough a necessary evil these days, the additional prompts to enter a 2FA code when adding a new user or making a minor configuration change are cumbersome since we already had been authenticated with 2FA when logging in.

Efficiently buggy
Date: Jun 30 2020SummaryOverall its a great experience. The pros far outweigh the bad. I really like the ability to deploy software from the portal. Also, being able to diagnose PC's without having to disrupt users makes our team look great to our clients.
PositiveIt has many features in one spot to help me manage my users PCs. The ability to see performance, files, programs, etc all in one spot is extremely efficient.
NegativeIt can be very buggy at times. Remote access fails probably 1 time a day where I need to ask a user to reboot.

So much increased productivity

Aside from that, this product has really saved me time and effort over and over again through my everyday work routine, and we have been suggesting to every one of our clients to join us in using NinjaRMM.
PositiveI love you much easier this makes my job. I have 1 central location to manage all client devices, and with email notifications for so many customizable alerts we can be as proactive as possible with our IT support.
NegativeTeamViewer has issues sometimes. It doesn't always open even if the service is running on the remote PC. Sometimes a simple restart of the service fixes it, but sometimes we just have to wait a little bit.
