ONLYOFFICE allows us to create, edit and share documents, spreadsheets and presentations in a secure and controlled environment. In addition, the ability to control document access permissions and track versions ensures the integrity and confidentiality of the information we handle.

Although the platform offers a wide range of tools, I would like to have more options to tailor the look and feel and functionality to specific needs.

ONLYOFFICE provides a capable free & open source alternate to commercial office suites like Microsoft Office. Strong real time collaboration features at an affordable price point. However, the depth of features & third party integrations has gaps compared to market leaders.

Good collaboration capabilities for real time coauthoring. Compatible with Microsoft Office formats. Affordable licensing compared to mainstream office suites.

Missing some advanced features offered by Microsoft Office. Limited third party integrations & add-ons. Usability not as polished as leading products.

In my opinion, OnlyOffice has lots of potential. You can build, edit contracts and answer email questions from the forum. We have using it for more than 8 months pretty much happy with it. Great document manager.

In a few updates, the offline view of documents doesn't work properly.

It is not just a document management tool. You can also manage CRM and send emails to clients directly by simply adding them to the ONLYOFFICE CRM database. The user interface is great, there is no difficulty I ever faced while navigating.

The AI text generation is not well implemented. I'm not getting a reply after giving a command.

Overall if you are frustrated with the limitations of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office then ONLYOFFICE is the best tool to try out. It offers every customization to make the working system streamlined.

In my experience, ONLYOFFICE gives an edge over Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. You create a common folder where anyone who got approval can edit and work all together on the same task. It has a good number of plugin support. The UI/UX design is clean.

Its mobile app is very convenient and allows to access records saved on its server.

Less integration capability with other software/tools.

Since I moved to ONLYOFFICE, I never had any thought to roll back or switch to another application. Everything works so smoothly for me. We have significantly increased our dependency in the last four months.

I can't able to connect my other software due to its limited integration support.

There are many things I liked while using OnlyOffice, a few of them are:

ONLYOFFICE is a versatile software. Its macro feature is integrated with OpenAI helps me to save a tremendous amount of time. It provides short-form data to better analyze spreadsheets. Its document editor supports formulas where you can simply get statistical, logical and mathematical results by adding shot code formulas in tables.

So far I don't have any strong dislike about ONLYOFFICE.

Great, needs a little bit more polish and would recommend. Great alternative to Libre/OpenOffice. Fonts support could be a little better.

The overall deign is great, and for when I have to get someone to switch over from ms word it is generally pretty easy.

The print dialog didn't seem to work with hardware printers. Ie, only the print to PDF option word. Also, it doesn't have the same fonts as Ms word so it doesn't display Ms word docs with those fonts.

Very satisfied with this solution. It helps my organisation to work efficiently. Overall, great solution to have in any size of organisation.

The team collaboration is not as good as we get in Microsoft Teams. Otherwise, it's a great product.

The biggest advantage I started getting since I moved to ONLYOFFICE is to perform a few CRM and project-related tasks from the same platform. It helps to cut expenses and reduce the pressure from computers. The interface is clean across all platforms.

There are too many option filled in single menu. It could be seperated in every sections.
