So far we are glad we switched to ONLYOFFICE. It serves every possibility in my office. In usability, it is just great, new joiners were easily able to learn its potential.
I recommend this tool.

Its team chat room is awesome. This helps to eliminate the use of any third-party messaging tool.
Its in-built calendar integration works as described. I use this to set task reminders across all of my devices with one click.

The CRM plugin it provides is not well-optimized in the Windows version.

It has every feature that should have on a robust office suite. The ability to organize bulk files was great. Overall it's a credible tool for all your office needs.

The ability to not only manage documents but also manage your assignments and relations with customers. Collaboration abilities like co-edit and file transfer work great. The menus and settings are placed in the perfect position so that you can navigate without distraction.

I have a suggestion, Please add support for more cloud storage platforms.

OnlyOffice is very much similar to Microsoft Office but if you compare it to their corporate plans OnlyOffice is a lot cheaper and has flexible plan options. The integration with Box cloud storage makes it more convenient to use in the workspace.

Some pros are:

No need to install separate software on each desktop.
Blazing fast file upload and download speed.
Multiple methods to edit documents.
With presentation and spreadsheet builder support.

The UI/UX design is kind of outdated. Need some improvement.

It becomes so convenient when all of the utility software used in the office is housed in a single platform. This same benefit you get from ONLYOFFICE software. You can use all its productivity tools in one plan. Overall, I loved using it.

It has tons of cool features but the best thing I liked is able to collaborate with teams in real time. Getting set up was fast and easy. It has a robust messaging and file sharing room which works flawlessly on cross platforms.

Customer relation integration has less to do. Please add more features.

The biggest plus point I found over other office suites is, that you can co-edit with other employees and the changes made by others can be synchronized in real time and applied to the same document. Integration with Dropbox ensures the documents are accessible from remote.

Its time-tracking function is not reliable, I was getting the wrong data every time.
