Overall, we can go with ONLYOFFICE for all office related stuff and for personal work too. Some advanced excel features are missing but still it has got a lot.

What I like most about ONLYOFFICE is simple to use interface and a complete suite containing tools from mail box to CRM. So, you need not to go anywhere for anything. As software is open source, there are lot of updates which makes it unique.

I have not come across any disadvantages as such but if you stuck anywhere, online community support is missing for ONLYOFFICE.

Overall, I have had a positive experience using ONLYOFFICE. I have found all of the applications to be very user-friendly and have had no problems with them. I would definitely recommend ONLYOFFICE to anyone who needs to do any type of document creation or editing.

Even if you forgot to save a file after completion, the autosave feature comes as a savior. Lots of templates are available along with graphs and tables for data visualization. Also, it has compatibility with MS Office files.

Not many downsides, it would be better if there is some mobile apps are there. Apart from this, it's the best office suite tool when compared with its competitors. I am really happy with the tool.

Hi-DPI support is very weak. The app looks great on high-resolution screens. (2736 x 1824 by 12.3 inches in my case).

When my department was considering ways to optimize and reduce costs for our office productivity expenditure, Only Office was on our short list and it should definitely be on everyone else's as well. It seemed to offer pretty much everything that we would want and its road map seemed to be heading in the right direction.

There was some minor concerns regarding security, given the data sensitivity within our department we were not able to find the answers that we needed in time for our decision.

This suite is very intuitive as all the commands are easy to access, menus and icons are very well arranged to work with it.

It is hard to think of anything wrong with this software but the facts I would point out that deploying the software for the first time is confusing and frustrating, and sometimes the system gets a little sluggish when working with multiple documents simultaneously.

Easier and faster than existing MS Office, I like that ONLYOFFICE can be used online. I like being able to easily upload all my contacts to an Office CRM from anywhere on my desktop.
