I know ONLYOFFICE because it's used as the office suite in my university's Owncloud and found it really useful and feature rich for an online editor.
It has a very good web interface, better than Office 365's web version. I recently picked it up as my daily driver for my desktop. Since I use Linux, I've always relied on Google Drive and a wine installation of MS Office. Libreoffice is very functional but too bloated and isn't as compatible with MS Office as I'd like. ONLYOFFICE has a nice visual interface (although not native-looking), has tabs for the opened files and feels more like MS Office which honestly is the golden standard for office suites but doesn't run well with Wine.
Since they offer paid variants, I hope that the development pace will be good and the (mostly minor) shortcomings are going to be ironed out in the not too distant feature. It's definitely worth it to try ONLYOFFICE or at least keep an eye on the project.

Some advanced features are missing:
Hyphenation in Docs.
Some functions in Spreadsheets are missing, e.g. sort.
Print Preview is missing (although I've read it's coming soon).

I have used ONLYOFFICE for a few years now and overall it is a good product. The only thing I don't like is that it is not always easy to find what I am looking for, but overall it is a good product.

Easy to use hassle free software, too many tutorials available on YouTube which helps to use all tools and features effectively.

Documentation is amazing only office is pretty well documented, all the features are well explained.

Working is smooth but UI is a bit older according new trends.

It has a cloud service platform that has a small fee with which we can create our own server to that is best for people doing task in cross device.

It is an easy to use document editor also it is integrated with cloud functionality which is quite useful.

Everything is just perfect for the application, it works smoothly.

On documents and presentations, there is greater collaboration and cooperation. We used to send Word documents to a number of individuals and then try to reconcile them at the end. We are unable to use GSuite due to security concerns. Even if we could, we would rather not have "upgrades" forced upon us.

Meetings have been much more productive as a result of the cooperation and simultaneous editing. We can not only discuss what needs to be updated, but we can also update it right away.

There is currently nothing about the product that I hate; it checks all of the criteria. The only problem is that I don't get a warning when I exit a file I'm working on.

When working with a loosely spread team of people on a regular communal activity, it provides significant efficiencies. It's a fantastic solution for social projects, and best of all, it's free.

It's a great software and one should not hesitate in implementing it. User should be alter and cautious in upgrade process due to its trickiness. It's a promising product and hopefully it will be in a great place in future.

ONLYOFFICE is extremely well documented and is free for a desktop use in different operative system.Its compatibility with MS office file format and layout is magnificent.

ONLYOFFICE doesn't have app for mobile devices, we can only use web platform and desktop applications for computers.other than that i pleased with its services and performances.

OnlyOffice eliminates the problem of having several copies of the same document with erroneous or outdated versions. This is very handy when utilising OnlyOffice to make a management system easier to use.

This programme has everything I require in one convenient location and is simple to use. There's no need for many sorts of applications that keep you scattered! This programme is not only simple to use, but it is also beneficial to my company.

I'd want to be able to open OnlyOffice to a specific file and move around the Common Documents using hyperlinks.

I was extremely satisfied by using ONLYOFFICE on my phone. I have always used office suite on my computer but ONLYOFFICE has now changed my preference, thanks to its sleek design and compatibility with my phone.

I was sad that Microsoft Access was not available on it, I will add that to my wishlist for now.

We can use it as a desktop software like Microsoft Office, also it has an Android and iOS app where we can use this by downloading the application. Using cloud services we can use cross device functionality and can edit anywhere.

Everything is perfect just the enterprise edition of ONLYOFFICE is more expensive.

Using the desktop spreadsheet is easy, because instead of looking for things on the computer, I have everything I need in one place. This is really effective, especially when you are working on a project with a team or group. Having multiple people in our company is great to be able to help and work on projects using Office alone at the same time and to be able to view all completed and uploaded documents only through Office.

I love how easy it is to browse office spreadsheets. I like the design and look of the actual software. It's super easy and always looks great when it's done, so being able to edit spreadsheets for office presentations is a lot of fun. It is easy to use for small businesses that do not have technical support. The Office options are easy to use and are very similar to Microsoft applications that most people are familiar with.

I can't think of anything in particular that I didn't like about this software. If you continue to use it, some parts may not suit you. Keep your software updates current. Failure to do so may cause delays.

It helps me to exchange documents, regulate my relationships with our clients plus can create projects. CRM works just wonders!

There's not much that I don't like about ONLYOFFICE. It is a great platform for online collaboration. However, I would like to see more features added, such as the ability to create custom templates for documents and more robust reporting tools.

Ease of use: You install ONLYOFFICE, start a new project and everything's laid out like you were using Microsoft Office (so if you're into Office, ONLYOFFICE will be easy to understand).
Open-source: I prefer open-source software than proprietary ones, and ONLYOFFICE uses the AGPL-3.0-only, which is FSF (Free Software Foundation) approved.

On the app, if I open a document while on MIUI Dark Mode, it doesn't render the document properly.

Overall it serves the purpose of entire suite of productivity management suite which include mail, documents CRM etc.

Great alternative to existing high cost productivity management suite right from documentation to project management.

Since we are used to high paid version user interface can be a setback but feature wise it is really extensive.

Best alternative to MS Office. Accessibility and ease of updating are very common. After all, everything for the documentation is part of the software.

Best documentation and easy to use. It's all included in one software and you don't need any other kind of software to edit your documents. The best thing about this is that it is completely free. This is great for students like us.

I haven't come across any negatives as such as exposure is very less to it.

As a user, all my companies (and possibly our customers) enjoy a great user experience, very close to the Microsoft suite but with the ability to install everything online and on their own servers. Other than that, the compatibility with document formats is really great (we ran some quick tests and it's really impressive). After all, open source offers more opportunities to implement any crazy idea than deep integration into a code base like Office or Google.

ONLYOFFICE is an open-source solution which means it is upgrading daily via myriad of users. ONLYOFFICE supports many standard MS Office formats. It is easier to open complex Office files than Google Docs. The formulas are integrated and make it easy to collect a variety of statistical data.

ONLYOFFICE is best on its own but one thing it lacks, great UI. In next update they should add support of Pivot files.

Great experience overall. Despite having some issues with presentations that isn't my daily task so it does not affect my work.

One environment window for different types of documents making easier and faster the process of delivering reports.

It has some problem with slide colors for presentations done with PowerPoint.
