The plans for OnlyOffice are charged per user, so I wish there were corporate plans. I'd like the ability to open a file which is in the Common Documents with hyperlinks.

I really like the look of the web app, it looks great on the desktop and is intuitive in use and navigate. I love all the different options within Office projects like CRM that are helpful to store contact details for our client's projects where we can clearly track and manage our projects.

Big missing part of the tool is pivot table, which is at least in my case most needed. UI can be improved and apart from this everything is good.

ONLYOFFICE is capable to manage large document files and provides some fantastic tools to edit them. Its UI interface is very simple and beginner friendly as well. It is able to work with any format of documents and also offers features to change the doc's format such as DOCX to PDF or PDF to DOCX etc. It is a powerful platform and can handle multiple documents simultaneously, you can switch on any document at any time without any issue.

As we experienced there is no any such as big issue with ONLYOFFICE but some times it shows error while changing the format of documents. It can be solved easily and overall it is a great software.

Takes up less space than Microsoft Office. We mostly use OnlyOffice to share and send documents in the cloud because we don't have enough space for email attachments.

There is only one thing that I dislike about OnlyOffice: It does not provide apps for mobile devices. You can only view documents and versions of files in Other Private Distributions.

Overall, OnlyOffice is a great tool. In general, the experiences and problems I have solved with ONLYOFFICE are more than my management skills. This allowed me to focus better and get my work done very quickly and efficiently.

Easy export to PDF is a great help in my daily work. Also, having multiple languages ​​is a great feature that I don't use very often, but it's a nice addition to its features. Technical support and response are fast and accurate, making it easy to troubleshoot problems.

The graphics editor needs a little improvement, and bugs are tedious and hindering. It's also a bit tricky because it doesn't work on all operating systems.
