    PandaDoc is, overall, a useful software that does more than just create proposals and send them to clients, it works as a tool that keeps you updated throughout every step of the proposal lifecycle, from the creation and the very first idea to the completion of the proposal and the collection of signatures from the client. It is a very integrated software that aligns with the right path to create versatile proposals that attract the client and combine modernity with professionalism, I have been integrating with many other softwares that it supports and the rhythm of the workflow has been amazing because we are able to streamline the entire process and keep track of all the little details that often go missing, and because of the payment integrations, clients are able to complete the payment process directly from the email and so the process is so much faster than having to go through every step via email.

    PandaDoc is a creative and influential software that completes the tasks wonderfully and skillfully. It is able to create multiple proposals that are professional looking and don't leave any questions out in the air, the proposals are very detailed and they are made to provide the client with something that is professional and convinces them. It has many templates that are already included in the program, and these work very well, but additionally, they are very customizable and it allows for any additional information to be added, as well as any information not needed to be extracted from the proposal. I have been using the templates that it provides and they work really well to create proposals and send them over to clients, it is a very quick way to complete this task in a very short time and it is not done badly, on the contrary, it is better than creating the template from scratch which takes much more time. I also like that the templates include automatic reminders that can be customized to keep in contact with the client, it makes it easier to follow up with any answers to the questions they might have, and it makes it easier to complete any deals. The notifications that it provides on the mobile applications are also a life-saver, they are delivered at the exact time and allow me to view different details about the proposals that have been sent, if they have been opened, interacted with, completed, and more, it is very convenient to stay up to date with the status of a proposal during the day with these notifications, so that we can except the client to give a response or complete the proposal after it has been viewed, it is a smart software that facilitates the workflow.

    There are a few points that I want to talk about when it comes to the cons of using PandaDoc, firstly, it is a bit pricey, it can be very expensive depending on the amount of proposals and esignatures that the business has to complete during the month, and as needs grow, so does the price of PandaDoc, I would say that their pricing options are not very convenient. Secondly, I have experienced certain issues when using PandaDoc to send out the proposals, it turns out that they sometimes get sent to the spam folder of clients, which becomes a problem because it does not make the communication between business and client very efficient, and it takes a longer time because the client tends to check their primary inbox because the email should be there and not in the spam folder, it is something that PandaDoc needs to fix and put as a priority.

    PandaDoc makes e-signing really simple. We looked at several possible solutions for document management and PandaDoc was a clear winner for their balance of features and price.

    PandaDoc has made our contracting process much faster! I particularly appreciate how easy it is to create a template with customizable fields to make it really simple to send the same document/contract repeatedly. You can customize how frequently reminder emails are sent, and it's easy to download the completed document (or search for it later). It also integrates with HubSpot which helps make our tracking really easy across teams.

    There isn't much to not like! If I had to pick out a couple things it would be that the overall interface can be a bit slow to load, and the main dashboard design isn't my favorite. But neither of those things are a real problem!

    A very good platform for electronic signatures. The company is always trying to improve its product and adapt to new realities. The price is reasonable and the gain in performance is there.

    -The learning curve of the platform is reasonable. There are many options, but the tutorials are well done and allow you to quickly understand which options are used in each of the situations related to our daily lives.
    -The gain in performance is truly incredible. Once the templates are created, managing signatures and forms is really easy.
    -I love the bulk option which allows you to send a multitude of forms at the same time.

    -The limitations on the bulk and form options which is 250. The price to add uses of its options is much too expensive.

    Very reliable, easy for customers to complete documents. The mobile app is a perfect cut of the web client and you never miss a read or signature.

    We've significantly benefited from the out of the box integration with Zoho CRM, I can get a prospect a proposal or contract in just a few clicks, all the fields have been mapped from our CRM so it's very quick and efficient to get documents sent. In addition, the ability to E-mail or send a link means I can be flexible about how I get my documents to my prospects. Analytics are real-time and I know when a prospect has not completely read an agreement.

    Some of the drafting features in templates are tricky to format e.g tables are not as easy to control as they would be in a programme like Word.

    We have a sales force of 130 reps, PandaDoc allows us to update our templates and offer tons of prewritten content to help enable our reps to have professional documents. Also like the analytics to help you know who is looking/how long to help drive a better understanding of what is happening with the deal.

    It can be difficult to find library photos as they are uploaded they are mixed in with all the other photos. Not really that useful for others when they are looking to add a photo to their proposals. Also think the integration with the CRM could be better as certain info is not shared which make some of the analytics not very useful.

    After using multiple applications to collect customer signs, PandaDoc appears to be best user friendly and simple application. Client confidentiality, easy to upload and send documents are the best features compare to other signing application. Yes it is cost effective as well.
