My team says I should be a salesperson for Plexxis Software. I cannot say enough good things about this software and the company as a whole.

Cost for new hire training. I feel if you are paying for additional users, the training cost should be included in the annual price you pay.

Plexxis is the Formula One vehicle of drywall ERP. Its optimum performance is at full throttle, with best R.O.I when all the modules are integrated and the team is fully on board, creating a seamless environment across the entire company.

Unfragmented, unified work platform. Customizable reporting for accounting and project management. Quick, fast takeoffs with easy toggling for never ending addendums and alternates. As detailed or un-detailed as you prefer. Unparalleled customer support.

Set up time and onboarding. WinBid can get buggy and sluggish when running on the cloud. WinBid area takeoff tool also gets quirky. Interface on both WinBid and ERP can be confusing and clunky. Does not operate seamlessly with outside payroll companies.

Overall, very happy with the ERP and it only continues to get better. I would recommend this ERP to any subcontractor.

Ease of use. Includes great tools that allow our PM's to manage their jobs efficiently and effectively. Great reporting options. Plexxis app allows us to enter time and create COR's in the field and import data into our ERP.

Internet connectivity can be an issue sometimes with the app. Could improve the ease of integration with 3rd party applications.

Excellent tool for easy access to cost information needed for cost management. Also, the readily available information is vital for accurate cost projecting and overall company profitability.

Though the program itself is very impressive with the ability to access information from multiple areas simultaneously, what is most impressive to me is the quality of the support team. No matter the question or the issue, Plexxis support is always thoughtful, considerate and will do whatever it takes to provide a solution. My background is construction management and estimating, not accounting, however with help from Plexxis I am becoming a proficient construction accountant.

There are some quirks in the program operation where you must click twice to enter information in the space provided. In particular, when entering a cost code for an invoice it requires you to click on the cost code tab or click the space twice to enable the ability to enter the cost code. This creates an extra unnecessary step. There are some similar issues in payroll requiring a double click to enter information.

We hit a glass ceiling with our old software. There was no growth opportunities as an owner to be able to see what we needed and where. We have gone from doing jobs and seeing if there is money left, to having budgets and projections and knowing when there is a problem before there is a problem. With Plexxis, there is no limits to our growth capabilities.

From start up to $20,000,000/year, we had quick books. Quick Books was good for seeing how we did as a whole financially, but had no ability to filter how we do by PM, by estimator or by job type. In Plexxis, as a single source center for all that we do, we have found that it is built for us, has all our material, knows what we do, and now we tie budget and projections to financial statements, for much more accurate information that is organized and sortable.

Well, we found our weak spots. And for those responsible for our weak spots, they were not happy that we switched to Plexxis. We now track material, equipment, labor, budgets, extras and dailies all on the same platform.

My overall experience with Plexxis has been positive. Their customer service team is top notch and they are always a phone call away.

I like the task specifics. We can setup the software tailored to our business. Being a Union company, the remittance options is great!

Reporting. It needs some reporting help. It is difficult to find or create information. I would love to be able to customize the reports.

Highly recommend Plexxis. Their team and software is the best I've seen in my 25 years in the industry.

Robust software that takes a project from cradle to grave. Integrates with their mobile app. Software was designed for subcontractors in mind rather than retrofitting a GC software. The reporting options are amazing. Plexxis is always quick to help anytime we have a question.

Creating POs with many line items can be cumbersome at times. Program feels overwhelming to less tech savvy users especially during initial rollout. The software is so robust we definitely under utilize, but continue to use more features and functionality.

The Forman app is probably the most helpful app we used, and together with Plexxis is what makes us stand apart from other Masonry and stucco Company!
And the support team is unbelievable! Worth paying for our annual support!

I never thought there would have been an app that captures everything and then files it for you in the appropriate job detail!
Very easy to track person-hours and essential job details.
Change orders are straightforward to enter and track. I would use them just for that one purpose!
Plans and take off on the fly.

The plan room can take a long time to download. But it might have to do with all the plans that are in our system.
Other than that I love it!

Overall we have been very pleased with Plexxis and all of the staff through the entire process. From implementation to 2 years later, we never have an issue with support or help when needed. The software itself encompasses everything we were looking for. It had become our 1 stop place from bidding to field to accounting.

Having to unpost to change certain fields on the accounting side can be frustrating.

Using Plexxis Software has been an amazing experience and the features and functionality continues to grow. The team is very responsive and understanding. This software has saved my company labour and time as it automates a lot of our daily tasks.

Positive, creative, engaging, resourceful, innovative, and fun. The integration of Winbid Estimating, Project Management and Accounting streamlines our business and helps level out back-end issues.

The Plexxis platform is the only ERP software I know of that was crafted, specifically with drywall specialty subcontractors in mind. It is tailored for our needs and is also adaptable to other needs. If you can think of it, so already has the Plexxis team. They like to stay engaged and in front of issues and are very 'hands on'. Reporting functions within the system for WIP, labor, material and data mining are excellent.

There are features that Plexxis provide with the system that we likely underuse.

Great. They're very friendly and willing to do as much as they can to help and create a complete efficient workflow from accounting to estimating to project management. They make an easy software so we can focus on what we do best, which is NOT IT and complex software programming!

Easy interface with minimal clicking that is user-friendly for all experience-level employees in all departments. Plexxis continues to develop their tool with a focus on the construction industry and its users as a focus, not software to sell more software.

They do not have an East Coast local representative to stop by onsite and help with face-to-face continued development of our workflow and implementation of new updates & features.
